We have stayed in the Joke, this is the 2nd time, the staff is amazing.

So much to say about this hotel! The welcome was great, the room, the p'tit dej, only positive! I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Yannick for his good mood and his good plans on the capital. ☺️

Great hotel in a superb location for sight seeing. Very clean. Quiet rooms considering on a busy street. Good breakfast & a really nice touch that you can help yourself to drinks, teas, coffee, fresh orange & croissants, fruit etc whenever you want. Free water, fresh orange provided in your room daily too. Our 2nd stay.

Amazing, quirky hotel in a great location with great staff. Very close to the metro, restaurants and easy to get to other parts of the city from. A good value for money hotel in the heart of the city.

Loved our stay! Location was great! Walking distance from metro station and prime street with the Moulin Rouge theatre. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Rooms size was perfect and cozy and super clean. Interiors were very creative and fun in a bizzare way. Would defintely recommend.

We were 3 nights in the hotel and payed over 700 Euro. I don’t recommend it if you want to relax and have nice romantic time in Paris. There was no wardrobe. It was loud because of the traffic outside. You don’t have any greeting drink. There is no bar. The breakfast is served at the entrance door where the reception is. There is one very slow lift. What you get as breakfast is really basic. Some hostels even have larger variety of food though. The hotel is overrated and doesn’t correspond with the price paid.

Very, very good. Price very reasonable, great location, staff excellent, 2 minutes from the tube and walking distance to restaurants/cafes etc. Recommended.

Absolutely loved this hotel. So close to restaurants and the metro (Blanche station was about a 5 min walk) Quirky but functional. Cute little balcony as well. Had a luttle mini bar stocked with pop and water. Front lobby had soft drinks, coffee/tea, pastries all throughout the day. Very helpful reception. Bus route less than a 1 min walk. That particular route takes you to the Louvre or D'Orsay museum.

Wonderful hotel, lovely staff. A perfect base to spend time in Paris. Had a fantastic time.

Awesome hotel with very friendly staff. As soon as we checked in they made us feel very comfortable and at home, recommending sights on the map and making sure we knew about the complementary breakfast and free drinks at any of the other Astotel hotels.

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check in/out, clean and individually designed rooms. Good breakfast spread, both continental and hot food. Free soft bar throughout the day and access to soft bar at other Asotel sites throughout Paris. Well priced, l and good location. Great experience. Would stay here again. Don't let the official 3 star rating fool you.

Such a cute hotel. We are staying at one of the sister Astotels and stopped in for complimentary espresso and drinks while sightseeing. Would definitely consider staying here on our next trip.

I stayed here in the last week of June and the staff were always polite and patient with my many request. The hotel rooms are comfortable and a bit small but that really didn't bother me. It's a great location close to places to eat, bakeries, and the metro station. We ordered pizza one night after being out all day, and the guy at the front desk helped us to place our order. He was so kind and even whenthe pizza guy lost our order and went to the wrong location he ensured our pizza was made over so it can be hot and on time. While waiting we went over to the convince store and bought wine and he provided us with cheese and bread to go with it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in for a while. Excellent staff, breakfast included, USB ports in the room, spotless bedrooms, full sized hairdryer in each room, two min walk from nearest metro station, free non alcoholic mini bar, espresso machine in lobby, snacks and drinks all day from 1-12, snack service available in all other sister hotels. What's not to love, I'll be staying again next time I'm in Paris!

The reception staff were more than helpful with everything. Rooms are compact but functional and I suspect standard size for hotels in Paris. The decor is bizarre but delightful. Free refreshments available from afternoon til way after bedtime, very much appreciated after a long day out. Highly recommend this hotel!

Went on our honeymoon and this location was perfect. The room was clean, beds comfortable and being from Texas the air conditioning was cold and refreshing. Breakfast and the snacks available during the day was great as well. Would definitely stay at and recommended this hotel again. Thanks for making our trip perfect!

Great location in the city. Amazing, SUPER-quiet rooms, the windows are like slabs of sound-blocking granite blast doors from NORAD's Cheyenne mountain. Staff are lovely. Will 100% come here next time in Paris.

What a wonderful place to stay! The fabulous experience began at the reception itself. Friendliest staff possible & let me see what can I say about the breakfast. I guess 'Yummmmmmm" is the word. Then comes the rooms. Cutest rooms possible. So warm and comfortable that it really is worth coming back 'home' at the end of the day after getting all tired up. Another thing about this wonderful experience is the location. Walking distance from Sacré-Cœur through all the wonderful and beautiful streets of Paris & 2 minutes from the Blanche metro station. Very good Hotel You would think that by the area there would be problem but for nothing … It's very clean you have nice view … They give you breakfast the Metro is 2 blocks away and the bus stop is 20 meters that more!

We loved the Hotel Joke in Paris it was perfect for our needs — perfect location with plenty of shops, restaurants and nearby transport options, friendly and helpful staff and a tasty breakfast. We loved the quirky room and funky design of the hotel. Free drinks and snacks in reception is a great touch. Arnaud and other staff members made us feel very welcome and we would definitely come back. Thank you.

We stayed 3 nights in Joke the end of January. The hotel located closely (roughly 3 minutes walking distance) to Blanche station. I chose Joke because it's convenient for us to take metro line 2 in those days for business. It's also not quite far from the downtown area, walking 15-20 minutes. A staff, Xavier (if I remember correctly), prepared 2 maps (routes) in an envelope for my running. Although I finally didn't follow the routes but chose my own route (from hotel to and along the riverside), he is so attentive. The room's decoration is nice. It's a bit hot even we turned off the heat but we can still open the window for fresh air. Breakfast is good enough and it's nice for the drinks and light foods available anytime in the lobby.

Beautifully clean and comfortable rooms — the perfect size for me and my partner. Amazing location, incredible decor and very helpful staff. The free snacks and drinks (2pm to 2am and free drinks in your room) were a lovely touch too, especially good when we first arrived! Would recommend this to anyone, and also recommend trying the Rouge Bis restaurant just up the road.

Best. Hotel. In. Paris. And believe me, I've been to a few. The whole theme here is around having fun. The staff are nice and helpful, there are always drinks and snacks out, and the rooms are comfortable and a decent size. The location is very convenient, and in a fun part of town. I've found my new favourite hotel in Paris!

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Staff were always so friendly and helpful, especially Xavier who made some excellent restaurant recommendations. The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxed and chilled out and we loved the decor throughout. The free mini bar in the room was great to have and was refilled daily. The USB charging sockets were very convenient for charing our phones and cameras. We were very impressed with the buffet breakfast that had everything from fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, crepes, cold meats, cheese, bread and more. It was great to have the snacks available in the reception area all day long especially after a busy day of sightseeing. I couldn't recommend Hotel Joke enough!

The Front Desk was so nice and professional. Very modern and comfortable rooms. Bed's are very comfortable. Bathroom too. The food was quick, hot and delicious. Very impressed with the quality and service.

My fifteen year old daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel for our two night stay in Paris. We wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel, price and location were all excellent. The staff were the best we have experienced in any hotel we have ever stayed at. Its nothing I can put my finger on except that they genuinely seem to love their job and this is reflected in the way they treat their guests. Everything about this hotel was perfect and we could not have asked for anything better for our short trip to Paris. Thanks to the Joke team for a great stay. Jane and Andi.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. I liked the design of our room, and it with a free soft drinks minibar and a deal that included breakfast, it was good value for money. Will definitely go back.
