Great location, and rooms good enough for the price. Also people were very gentle.

Junk hotel, who comes who is mentally retarded. Has anyone ever seen a check in a hotel? Service attitude is super poor … Not a second time.

Value for money, excellent position, lively neighbourhood on a Saturday night.

Not much space in the room. But hey who comes to Paris for the rooms? Anyway, France is known for crumped accomodation. The hotel is beautifully located, nice an clean. More so, the personnel is very nice and helpful. The view, from the higher rooms especially, is a delight.

Receptionist was real cold and impatient. Room looked like a broom cupboard. The owners of the hotel have overmilked the fact that it's at the city centre. So even the basic things are not so basic. I always have to go 6 flights of stairs to get a cup of hot water to make my baby's cereal. Which I never get with ease. My family was not even permitted late check out as our train time was 2pm. Had to wait at the train station in the cold with an infant. Real sad choice for my family.

Hotel Clean but frame (painting, bathroom, carpet…) tired without real comfort. Heating thoroughly I cut out of my arrival as unbearable. Good to sleep there 1 or 2 but little more. Finally if you get to sleep because you do not miss any come and go. In addition the TV does not allow to see all the channels and you have to look for them in the mess. Limit for the price.

I found this hotel very old-fashioned… But well placed in the city, no parking…

Clean room, airy windows, weird elevator, no landing step for floors, Wi-Fi was intermittent and extremely slow.

The worst hotel I have experience with. I accidentally booked in on Bookingcom while searching for free of charge cancellation hotels. Immediately after realizing I did a mistake I contacted the hotel of every possible ways (Bookingcom complain, hotel messaging, calling to the hotel) and tried to fix a mistake, but they charged be for 100 euros for nothing! What's going on with you? You haven't missed any opportunities. It is the latest room, you have plenty of time to sell it to another customer! Why on the Earth you charged me for 100 euros? Never recommend it. If you read this before booking — avoid this hotel!

Any hotel with a room decoration a little past. A bit expensive but it's Paris.

The shower is very small.
The door of the room closes only when you force energetically!

Apart from being in a strategic area: Subway nearby, the Centre is within walking distance, the Lafayette near … Difficult to classify this hotel three stars … It is known that in Paris the rooms are smaller than standard, but … The service is not up to a three star hotel and same goes for cleaning, considering the prices, wouldn't be fair to remove at least one star.

The first receptionist to greet us was very helpful, answering our questions and suggesting routes to us. She was there for the first few days; after she left the staff was much more unconcerned about helping us or answering questions. Many positives here for a budget hotel in Paris — location is fantastic; only a block each way from two Metro stops, walking to great shopping on the Rue la Fayette (including Galleries Lafayette), nice views with rooms overlooking a small park, easy walking to Montmartre and only a few blocks from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. The Metro (Cadet stop) takes you directly down to the Ile de la Cite, the Louvre and other must-see places, and for post-card senders, there is a post office just a block away. The room was not large, but comfortable for two, and we had a nice bath with a roomy shower. It was impossible to take a shower without soaking the entire bathroom floor, however, but it was a good shower with plenty of hot water. It has a small elevator (a luxury in budget hotels! ) but it strangely stops between floors, so you walk up or down (and carry your luggage) a few steps either up or down to get to the rooms. My worst complaint would be that the towels did not always smell fresh — like when a teenager puts too many dirty clothes in the wash and they don't rinse well. We did not eat the breakfast, so I can't give a review, but at almost US$20 a person for a Continental Breakfast we decided to eat out at the many cafes in the area.

The experience I had was not very good. The receptionist was unkind. When I consulted with an adapter for my phone charger, told me: "go to buy one, here don't have" very unwillingly, responded to the concerns of its guests. The room that I didn't shower, but bath. The cost/service ratio is regular, since they offer very little for what they charge. Internet access costs 5 euros, which I think is too much. The location is a positive aspect. Close the Cadet Metro and the Garé Du Nord station. I suggest to discuss other options before opting for this hotel…
