Excellent location, comfortable…

Perfect Parisian hide-away!

The only important thing you look for when you stay at a hotel is security and privacy. And this so called 5 star hotel doesn’t provide it for its customers. My room today was opened at last three time and the door was slammed shut also three time. When I informed the hotel management, nothing was done. They offered me a free drink. Thats it! They told me that someone gave them my room number and asked for it to be opened and cleaned. And started denying that the door was ever opened. Watch out. It not worth it to book here for the slim chance that your privacy or safety gets violated.

A beautiful and quiet boutique hotel in a very good location in Paris. A friend and Imwere staying in an apartment very nearby during a terrible heatwave. When we couldn’t stand the heat one more day we called the hotel to book a room. We were warmly welcomed and given a delightful room with a balcony and excellent air conditioning. In fact, the staff made a point of giving us a room with superior ac. The beds are very comfortable and the room and bath are very well equipped. The art in the hallways is distinctive and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend this hotel ant its excellent staff very highly.

The hotel is way overpriced for the quality it offers. 8 euros for a small bottle of water from the minibar will give you a hint. The breakfast was average. The bed was too short for my husband (1.90 m) Location is the only advantage.

Historical! Beautiful! Luxurious in EVERY WAY! From the pants press in the room to the fabulous breakfast buffet to the perfect staff! Thank you all for the 1st class attention!

No coffee maker in the room or at least a boiler, and they don't have an adapter for the electrical socket. Yes, but the adaptor in the minibar is for 10 euro and the coffe maker is ABC for five star hotels!

Do not be dazzled by the big doors, the staff are great, but this is a big old hotel, the heating system is out of control and too hot making desired sleep tough, not worth the money unless you really want to be two blocks from all the Champs Elysees action. But staff, superb.

Charming but did not have a good expirence. The temperature was in my room set for 26 degrees and when we arrived the credit card was xeroxed in the back office. I have no reason for mistrust but procedure is not OK. I suggest that the hotel changes this procedure.

Very friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and greeted you, being sure to offer their assistance. The food was excellent, though the variety was lacking. The room itself was mostly clean, the couch in the room had a big stain on it. The A/C didn't work, and the room was like a furnace, which meant we had to sleep with the freezing wind coming through the windows to try and balance the temperature (as suggested by the hotel staff). The Internet worked well. The television was a nightmare to get to work. The term SPA is quite deceiving, what is actually provided is a sauna, some masage rooms and a small gym. There were no tea making facilities in the room, only a mini bar.

Nice hotel, the service is very good and it is very well located. The breakfast is very rich and the rooms cozy and spacious (taking into account the size of other rooms in similar hotels in Paris). Highly recommended!

Not my kind of hotel, old style and fits more an elder clientele… A professional and quick service, a bar and a restaurant. Internet is free and fast.

Beautiful cosy place in a great location! Very friendly staff and good rooms. Things to improve: make full breakfast included, expand the gym, and get bigger shower curtains. Otherwise highly recommending it!

Wonderful hotel, service was great and the room was impeccable. We got upgraded and the size of the room was great! Room service was a little on the pricey side but is to be expected in this kind of hotel.

Just came back from 6 nights there, THE BEST! I had been a Plaza Athenee loyalist since I was a baby (I am 47), and I will always stay at the Tremoilles from now on! Discreet, much less than Plaza, and well located. Love It!
