Beautiful, clean hotel, very friendly and very helpful staff and well located. Within easy reach of all tourist attractions. We would highly recommend Hotel Park Lane Paris.

Less than 24 hours before our check in the HOTEL has
decided to cancel our reservation which was made 4 months ago. The excuse is "the credit number was wrong". We have checked with the Hotel and surprise; they got the right credit card number. We have contact with the bank and they have told us the hotel hasn´t charged any amount or tried to charge in our credit card. The HOTEL, doesn´t pick up the phone nor replies to any of our emails. It´s a disgrace.

Great hotel easy access to everything
Clean and comfortable.

Very clean rooms and a good location. Didn’t try the breakfast. The bed was very comfortable however the pillows were too soft for my taste. I didn’t give them the full 5 stars because while we were checking-in the receptionist informed us that the room we had booked was without an air conditioner as there was a problem with the A/C in the 1st and 2nd floors. He offered us a smaller room in the 4th floor (room 402) that had a functioning a/c which we didn’t mind — however I don’t think it was fair to charge us for the price of the bigger room.

Great location. Really amazing and very clean hotel. Unique offer especially for overseas travelers as they will provide a smartphone with unlimited local data and minutes where you can call EU and US for free!

We had booked for one night but stayed for two nights in the end because we felt so good that we extended our stay.
The hotel is well located in Paris, Metro stations close to the hotel, no parking space but places to park all around the hotel. The comfort is impeccable and the cleanliness. The breakfast is very varied, suitable for everyone because there is sweet and salty. The team listens to our requests, and frankly it's good to see a team as smiling and pleasant. We will return with pleasure to our next visit to Paris.

Very good location, friendly staff, room rather small but comfortable, very nice bedding!
The negative points: attention to noise and vibrations metro (even on the 2nd floor) so privilege a high floor.
Good breakfast but no more in this hotel range, not enough choice, room cramped.

I stayed with my wife in this hotel for several days. The rooms are very small for the price of the hotel. Management and friendliness are to be reviewed. We decided to change hotels and were not disappointed.

A personal property was forgotten at the hotel and the manager accused me of concluding that it was their fault. Obviously, I was accused of not using the safe that was at my disposal, but actually, when you forget something, it is a little difficult to use.
I advise you to avoid forgetting everything good in the hotel… or something much easier to do: do not stay there! There are other hotels with a direction much more attentive to its customers in Paris and where you feel much better.

Breakfast isn't good but room and staff were good.

Location, breakfast, design is good. But management is the worst that I have seen. In the evening after cleaning the room, I couldn't find my bag with underwear, I asked maybe it was accidentally taken to the laundry. Receptionist told me that they will check tomorrow morning but it was not found. I asked manager to speak about my problem, he was so rude, he started telling me that the housemaid is working for 20 years and that they watched the records from cameras and did not find out anything. He did not want even to listen to me and made a fool of me. He tried to prove to me that I was to blame myself, that I took this bag with me outside the hotel (bag with underwear). He made me cry. I'm very disappointed about this situation. I've never met such unfriendly staff, who doesn't want to help!

We had a great experience here from the time we checked in till the time we checked out. Perfectly located in Paris. Walking distance to most things and the Metro is only a 2 min walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful (in both English and French :) ) Would have no hesitations in recommending this hotel.

I strayed here during the Paris snow in February 2018 — the hotel was nice and warm. The bedroom wasn’t large but was well appointed. The staff were very friendly, offering advice on local cafes and restaurants. It is well situated in a chic location with great access to the Metro network.

It is located just near Galeri Lafayette, which is a plus if you are a tourist. The room was nice and clean.

Very small rooms and tiny en-suite. But hey, all one wants is to bed down, sleep off the hangover, clean up and go out again. More than adequate if these are your only requirements. Very clean.

Lovely room, very clean. You have all the facilities you could want, hairdryer, slippers, bath robe, coffee machine etc. The location is central and very advantageous to nearby attractions. Also a very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Well located for all museums and sites I planned to visit. Close to three metro stations, good eating in the neighborhood and very helpful friendly staff. The hotel itself was clean, quiet and comfortable. For my first trip to Paris this hotel added to a wonderful vacation.

Well located between the Champs Elysees and the Department stores. Ideal for a stay shopping in Paris.

Better than most cheap Paris hotels so don't expect too much more than a small room and clean bathroom.

Mischarging for minibar. No answer and no refund. Called and wait 10mininutes to talk to the right person. Racism for Asian. Worst service. Shame of Paris.
