Really nice hotel. Great people and great location.

This was the perfect place to stay while in Paris for the week in early August. Management and staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for my daughters and I. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfasts were good and we ate there often. Recommendations to restaurants in the area were appreciated and we tried a few that we loved. The location was awesome! The entire city was at our doorstep! Restaurants, bars, shopping close to the RER, Notre Dame, The Louvre, Musee d'Orsay etc… Perfect! If I ever get back to Paris, and I would love to go back, I would definitely stay at the Hotel Residence des Arts! Thank you all so much for a wonderful time! Patricia.

The Hotel was beautiful in the center of many local cafes and shops. The rooms were just the right size, they only thing the elevator was small but I found it to be quite amusing. We were in Walking distance from everything ; Metro, Rivera Seine, Pont des Arts, Norte Dame, Latin Quarters. The receptionniste Lisette was very helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us great direction and suggestions where to get great food.

We LOVED our stay on the top floor! It's a perfect location for sightseeing — so close to everything, right near a Metro stop, and SO many food options within a block or two. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we return to Paris. <3

Loved every minute. Picky traveller. Great welcome. Beautiful trio of buildings Cafe Latin and sister across the street. Big french window, wonderful bed pillows and linen. Good reading lamps. Bathroom clean modern lots of hot water and powerful shower with high end bath products. Beautiful white towels. TV /fridge/internet/phones/plugs. Modern efficient worked very well. Sooooo clean. Room service from their resto Cafe Latin next door. (Amazing food and service — try the duck with a nice red wine! ). It was like spending a week with your rich generous kind relatives in France. Been to Paris 10+ times stayed 5* and 2*. This is our new home away from home. To finish. The outside doors lock automatically, there is very professional helpful. Willie and Marina there 24/7 to mind you and make sure you have a safe. Comfortable stay. Love love love.

The place was cozy and pretty beautiful. It overlooked a small road and was LOCATED IN THE BEST PART OF PARIS, THE CENTRE. There were creperies in the neighbourhood, small restaurant fot cheap eats and more. The Disadvantage was that the hotel rlevator was too small and without our luggage only 3 of us managed to get in (2 of us were kids one of 5yrs and the other of 14 yrs). Another thing is that they have the reception nextdoor and NOT ATTACHED WITH THE ROOMS.

We stayed here in December 2016. The staff members at this hotel were EXCEPTIONALLY accommodating. I travelled with two kids (9 & 11) and they went out of their way to help us enjoy the city. When we got lost trying to find local attractions (twice), they actually walked us to our destination. The rooms are a bit dark (but it was December) and a tad dated (but that is Paris! ) Breakfasts were fantastic. Location was perfect. I would book here again.

Excellent location The staff does not speak Spanish and does not strive to be understood. It is expensive for the service they provide. They should improve cleanliness. You sleep until 7 am per is download area and the noises are unbearable.

Beautiful rooms in a incredible location in the heart of the Quartier Latin.

Very central with easy access to the hop on/off buses, it was a good way to learn paris at a reasonable paris price. Unfortunately it is small, slanted and kinda lumpy. Some complain about the local noise, but I expected it as there are a bunch of local bars right underneath. Our room did have a fridge and safe, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff are about at helpful as you can hope for from Parisians (which means that they are mediocre in Canadian terms and amazing in French ones). Would not stay here again, but it isn't bad as a first attempt at the city.

Villa d'Estress, Paris Booked "early discount" 3 months in advance for "best rate" only to discover they subsequently LOWERED the rate quite a bit afterward and refused to adjust the rate. Not only felt deceived, but Joanna was not at all accommodating.
