Stayed at Maison d'Anne in September 2017 for 9 days, in the apartment across the street, also a part of Maison d'Anne. The Apartment had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. The location is perfect, the apartment was quiet, the subway 1 block away, easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. Anne was there to help us in anyway we needed. Absolutely loved our time in Paris and felt Maison d'Anne was a bargain for all it offered. We also had access to the all the facilities at Maison d'Anne even though we were across the street. Anne's home is even more beautiful than the pictures.
