Hotel was under construction which means no lift to the 6th floor and noisy construction. The rooms were dated and the receptionists are so rude and belittling. If you want to be shamed and laughed at when you have a slip up then stay here. They do not care about customer service what so ever and it is apparent in the way they talk to guests, and laugh in your face. Worst and most humiliating experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. I’ve never left a negative review in my entire life towards staffs attitudes as I believe everyone has a bad day and we all make mistakes, but when you call my room to yell at me even after I apologize for a payment mix up and laugh at me while I’m checking out and make fun of me to my face by two different employees, I can’t excuse that.

We had only a single night to stay there, but we’d highly recommend it. The staff were helpful despite reservation glitches and helped us fix our connection for the next day. The standard European breakfast was a good send off.

Hotel is quite dated. Currently there’s construction going on inside of which we were not informed when booking. Rooms are a very decent size, so are the bathrooms but are in dire need of an update.
The location is good. Front desk staff is friendly. I do, however, wish they warned of the construction and, since it’s an inconvenience and a disappointment, at least offered a free breakfast/discount. I have stayed in much better hotels in Paris for $200 a night!
Also, there’s no hair conditioner or lotion in the room. There’s a kettle, safe and fridge. Bring earplugs since doors slam with a big bang.

I had the worst experience in my life. The owner' s wife is so arrogant. After we have booked through booking. Com and paied the full amount for three clients, she refused to host us in the hotel and did not refund our money. She was yellingaand she threw our luggage. And then we got an email from booking telling us that we did not show up in the hotel which is not true. They are racist and thiefs. Please dont book here.

Dont book here. If you have a case of force majeure, you will lose your money, they won't refund or change date. Rude people, not à minimum understanding of the situation.
Other hôtels with the same conditions made exceptions, but not this one.

Nice hotel in a great location. Friendly staff and small but clean and up to date rooms. Good breakfast too. Good value. I’d stay here again.

Nice location next to metro RER B line. Room was reasonably large for Paris standard. Room on 6th floor had lovely french balcony overlooking the street.

The hotel is small but very cozy, just a stone's throw from the metro and a beautiful park. The rooms are clean, cleaning and changing towels every day. The air conditioning works perfectly, the room has a fridge and a kettle. The staff are very polite. Breakfasts are monotonous but delicious, especially cheese)

The hotel itself gets a strong 4 score (not new, but VERY clean and well maintained). perfect location (1 min walking from Hotel to the Luxembourg garden)  the staff is wonderful and so helpful, I stayed in room 112 very tiny but so clean, I paid about 150$ a night when other hotels wanted $250 a night. I didn't get much of a view but the bathroom was so clean the bed was so comfortable and the train blue line B was 1 min away. They serve breakfast its 14€, it's so centrally located I just went to cafe to eat. I will be back!

This is an alright hotel in a pretty good area. Beds were pretty hard and it could use some renovation but overall we had a decent stay here.

The place met our expectations, the negative was the poor attention on the part of one of the concierges specifically.

The hotel place is very close bus or train (metro) stop and it's clean, especially it has good price in Paris.

Hotel a bit expensive for the level of service; A little dated.

Located next to Luxembourg main garden entrance & train to airports, boulangerie and grocery store 50 meters, very nice breakfast, small and cozy but with 24/7 reception, 4 bus lines witin 100 meters (nicer than metro in my opinion), taxi station 200 meters. Only problem was with hot water at shower on top floor so we change room.

Hotel very well located, with a value for money more than correct.
He's filling the job! A 3 * * * not very modern but quality.

A perfect 3-star hotel. Great location, nice service, much appreciated cleanliness, and they even provide you an umbrella if it's your last morning in Paris and it's raining dogs and cats and elephants. I'll be back.

Very nice hotel, good location, clean room, very good breakfast. Just a little problem: the person who received me at night had given me 11:30 as check-out time and the next day I was asked to leave the room at 11am. Hence a little stress in the morning, but nothing serious. Please give the correct information as soon as you arrive. This will not stop me coming back to this hotel.

Excellent. Great location, friendly staff, clean room, and the breakfast has improved hugely since I was last there (the only drawback before). (Note: I would much prefer fresh orange juice to the 'concentrate' one served to start the day, but that's the only negative, and just a quirk of mine. Overall, recommended, though! )

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Had 3 balconies with a cracker view of Eiffel tower from bathroom (Room 604). Really friendly staff. Bus right outside hotel. Just behind the hotel is Luxembourg Gardens and the train station to take u into CDG Airport within about 45 mins. Take ur own hairdryer though as little or no power from one provided in room, that's the only thing. Thank you for a lovely stay, would definitely stay again :)

Pros: 1. It's conveniently situated right next to the Luxembourg Garden and a Marks & Spencers (so you can buy picnic supplies by the hotel and eat at the garden, just be careful you picnic where it is appropriate and not where signs prohibit it) 2. The beds are decent 3. The lobby has a computer you can use Cons: 1. The air conditioning is horrid. It's very uncomfortable if you're visiting Paris in the summer.

Great location. Clean rooms. Breakfast is OK. Staff isn't really welcoming (I'm just asking for a bonjour and/or a smile acknowledging a customer passing by). Not cheap.

It was perfect for visiting my sister and brother-in-law! The rooms are very cheap and of good quality. Lovely, clean, and good location! I really recommend this hotel!

Really disappoimted! Have been to this hotel several times, but not for the last couple of years. We paid for a 'superior' room and got something really average. There was not enough room to pass ech other. The shower had nowhere to put the soap, no slip mat and nothing to hold onto. Was really quite dangerous in there. Breakfast always used to be included but they were asking 12.50 euros for a simple petit dejeuner! I mean, come on!? Doubt if I will be back. There is so much choice in that area!
