Beautiful place quite, original rooms, nice breakfast, kind people… what else?!

I like it for not being pretentious. Very rich, current and balanced dishes of the day. Correct service without raucous… Very well!

(This notice concerns the restaurant) Once we ignore the price, which is that of a restaurant of the 8th, we can only fall under the charm of Edgar, first by the décor — dim lighting, vintage chic furniture and wallpapers — in a pure 50s style, then by the menu, including some c exceptional lassic revisited (black pudding). The only shadow on the board: the service is sometimes a little haughty.

This hotel has a beautiful terrace to drink a cocktail or even a coffee. About the restaurant, go ahead with your eyes closed. Map access to seafood products and lots of other excellent products, such as burrata poutargue. In short I advise you strongly.

Excellent table, more turned to the products of the sea but everything is quality. Very professional team, attentive and customer-conscious.
Ideal to invite a customer in "false" simplicity. Finally, the wines are all well chosen and we will not advise you the most expensive but the most suitable… a real luxury in Paris!

Top quality meal if you like fish. I love meat and I always have a perfect piece of beef. On the wine side, ask the waiters for advice, they will find you what you need!

This is the second time that I have brunch at Edgar's and I wasn't disappointed. We booked in advance and had a very nice table with a sofa a comfy chairs which is very comforting on a Sunday morning. The location is really nice, on a sunny day it is sunbathed by the large windows and the déco is well-tended. We had the salmon brunch and it was good, the eggs were really soft and the dish is well balanced both in taste and portions. I was only a bit disappointed with the salmon : a bit too fat and not very tasty. I had the cake of the day for dessert and loved it. The hot chocolate is also very nice. Overall I would recommend it but it's good not "exceptional". Also I wish they offered more options for brunch on weekends. Nice service too.

Small place isolated on a very nice little green place in the center of Paris. Very quiet, no cars, no noise! Waiters are very nice and easy talking, wine is good, food is great (a lot the share with friends), perfect place in the summer for a little aperetif.

The intimate terrace is perfect for a sunny day or a nice summer night. Edgar is a rather simple but effective. We could test their delicious desserts: millefeuille passion caramel and chocolate crumble vanilla foam.

A nice address nestled between the passage of Cairo and Alexandria Street, attracting start-ups of the very close number. The little Egypt, which was already full of beautiful addresses (with especially the Lockwood, the Frenchie or even the Ivress bar), is seen here equipped with an addition of brand.
We sit in a comfortable chair or on a bench sixties — it's cozy, it's turquoise and Art Deco. We eat very well — the good, the healthy, with a menu focused on the daily specials that change very often. The most? The pleasant terrace in fine weather, on a quiet courtyard, and really friendly staff. That joke, that laugh, slap to the buttocks: it's good-natured and it relaxes the appearance very hype of the place. We like! But beware, it's still a Tomcat chouille, and adding suffers.

An absolute gem. Restaurant and accommodation both boast excellent design and tons of love for detail. Try the boudin!

Very comfortable room. Nice bathroom, very good bed and Wi-Fi connection was decent. The hotel is a little hard for some taxi drivers to find so one of the nearby streets may be easier to direct them to. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only 15 mins walk to the Louvre.

A trendy restaurant in center Paris? The best Spritz (cocktail) we ever had. In a cosy 1960s art deco setting in the heart of Paris. Very warm and gentle welcome by the managing team of this restaurant-hotel. Nice terrace for a summer drink on this quiet square. Excellent tapas food.

Good restaurant with a great and quiet terrasse if weather allows. Very fresh food. One of the places in paris where you an have good and fresh fish/ sea food. + they have very beautiful hotel rooms, each of them having been designed by a different person.
