➜ The lady redhead who holds the home is very unpleasant. She verbally abuses the people on the sidewalk that are at the level of the hotel. She goes out regularly with deodorant to perfume the street under the pretext that the cigarette smoke of the discomfort. There is still the voice of public. It should be as the hotel management do something about it.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The staff all speaks Portuguese as well which was great for our family.
