The lifts are faulty. The receptionist has to go to the floor where the elevator is stuck & unlock it. Quite frustrating waiting for a lift that is not moving. Staff appear to be frustrated by the situation. When you thank him for fixing it, he just storms off. Rooms are very small. The bathrooms are very small too but appear to have been recently renovated. Close to shops, metro & restaurants.

The staff at this hotel are all very polite and friendly towards us, the accommodation was perfect and it exactly how it was described on the website. We stayed at this hotel to explore the city, it is a little far from all the tourist attractions (we walked so it took us around an hour to get to them) but because of its location you can experience more of the raw culture with the shops walking distance away, the transport and the business of the roads. The breakfast was really good we enjoyed it very much, the other people staying here are very respectful towards everyone else and it was a good relaxed atmosphere. The only negative thing I can say about my experience is that we booked a room with 1 double bed but got 2 singles instead. But apart from that everything was perfect! Would come here again :)

A really horrendous stay to start from the surprises of the paid parking €35 a day that then the staff knowing that the days we were going to stay were Sunday and Monday partying and the communal parking lot you do not pay accordingly. He charged me €70 for two days. A full-day robbery. Not to mention the room. The electronic key did not work twice within 2 min time to climb to the first floor. The rooms were old small and smelled of old even the recumbents was Soprco, when in the official site the rooms were the same small but nice. We cmq staying with a little girl was Vergongoso give us an old room, since later when I saw the room of my in-laws that had been datto a new room, and we were very but very disappointed. They gave us two matching rooms between them with two doors. I felt like I was in a prison it was a maze turn between one room and the other for more with the little girl. Really a disaventura. The doors were distracted between them. The chairs were as if they were found on the street. The shower had no hot running water, I had to shower at step x that Vevina Furi Freda water from the hot water part. The price of the breakfast Fast €4 edge in view at the entrance of the restaurant and at the reception the girl wanted me to pay 4. €50 per person who then later after paying was not paid. Muhamed One of the people in the restaurant room was very friendly.

Very good hotel, it has a very good place right infront of the metro station, and the place is very clean the rooms are a little bit small.

All rooms are in carpets. The parking is at 35euros per night, even if you arrive at 2am, you will be given a full night! The receptionist at night and the maid when they are very friendly but a receptionist of day (Lyla or Laila) very haughty. Takes customers for fools while remaining either saying correct. Certainly she is not vulgar but then she really takes the world for jerks!

The room was not prepared. This is very bad and not professional. I paid all the money but the service was terribly bad.

They have tiny rooms. I went in march 2018, and they were renovating. So expect drilling sounds during day time. Food is good, service is excellent. Secure place.

Good room, quite spacious and clean, equipped with a kettle with tea available, TV and service with hairdryer and bathtub. Essential style, without too much frills. Rich and varied breakfast buffet, 13.50 per day.

Has an underground garage. Disappointed with the lunch. But nice hotel. We were many this probably explains this.

The hotel is functional, no-frills (Which we did not expect, logically), but we were disappointed by the breakfast (monotonous, no variety or amount) and the rooms needed a little hand cleaning of face. There seemed to nothing to the photo and that is that there must be some reformed but not touched us. That is, if, although somewhat removed from the center with good connections by train and metro. In the area plenty of local fast food.

The room was small, but I really wasn't expecting much from it. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. They should clean the mirror more often as someone had left childish artwork on the mirror that was visible only when the bathroom was steamed. Overall the hotel wasn't bad, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very popular area very close and during the stay area in works for future Metro… huge establishment but very decent room for the price and very warm and courteous hospitality.

If it wasn't for the nice staff I would rate them lower. Rooms are small and not enough lighting. It smelled awful, carpets stained, shower head loose and the next door guess smoked so much it felt like it was my room they were in.

The reception is at the rendezvous, the room 407 is large enough for 2 adults and a children. The perfect property. The room is air-conditioned. I regret the breakfast too "industrial" and in the room the noise generated by the air conditioner.

Norm, but the bathtub so-so needs to be cleaned.

Stayed here for 4 nights last year. Hotel is clean and price is reasonable. But the room size is too small. You can't walk around the bed and you might hurt your legs hitting on something. The pictures published on their official website just makes the room look bigger than it actually is. Also the water doesn't drain from the bathroom floors. Wifi wasn't so great. However it's close to a Metro station and easily accessible. Safe location and got some restaurants nearby. I would recommend if you are okay with a very small room.

Very bad hotel, we found bed bug is our room, they have a serious problem with their hygiene standard.

Comfortable bed, location on RER station. Very nice new restaurant but meal and breakfast is very average. Small kebab vendors around. Hotel is under reconstruction and room pictures are from new reconstructed rooms! We got old one and it is not correct approach for hotel management. Close surrounding (crossroad) of the hotel is under construction works. Wifi could be better.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was modest that there were no eggs annoyed me. For a few nights but perfectly fine.

The staying at TIMHOTEL was okay! I just feel disappointed regard to the bed they gave us. My wife and I had separated mattress on queen bed. It wasn't exactly what we paid for or what we promised to get. However, the food was okay. Customer service was amazing. Special appreciation to Lilya who helped us getting our room.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. Rooms are old and worn out. Sheets are not so clean. The bathroom does not have a siphon, that is, whenever you take a shower you have to take care of the collected water, otherwise if you do damage because of the water you will be fined at least 500 euros. The air conditioner is central and very weak. It was cold in the room. The TV was not working. Throughout the day, a roof was repaired and we were not notified of it in advance. Wi fi the connection is very weak and unstable. I would not visit again!

Right above the Metro. Porte de Clichy is the stop, very useful to move in a moment.

Great location! Close to metro lines and nearby shops. Breakfasts were alright, could have used more options and the Wi-Fi wasn't very good. But overall a great experience.

It is my favorite hotel in Paris, Otimo in the price/convenienza in the heart of Montmartre.

Staff very helpful, nice rooms, away from the center but with a mouth of subsubte to the front.

Room was clean and tidy but a bit cramped. The bathroom was also clean, except for a few stains on the flow of the bathtub.
The reception was friendly and all staff were able to speak English.
The metro station is not a 2min from the Hotel. With this (metro 13) you can reach all known sights by 1x transfer to another Metro (about 15min to the Eiffel tower).
In the underground garage you can park your car for €25 a night.
The breakfast buffet was very good, the selection was Fine.
Stern deduction because there was no toilet brush in the bathroom!

Despite the work next door and the lively area, I had a good night, good bedding, copious breakfast. Flat: The room in itself: to be completely redone! Tartar on the faucet, plug coming out of the wall, rust stains. Tub shoe?! and displays stating: If you flood the bathroom, we charge you €500!

Amazingly convenient location, cordial front desk staff, rooms nicely equipped, satisfactory breakfast even for vegetarians. Value for money.

My shower didn't work except once, I alerted the reception downstairs but in vain. That said, the reception is excellent and the value for money also, the bedding is excellent but too bad for the work in front of the hotel.

Very bad experience there. I don't want to go there in life. Room service very poor. Bad working lifts. Small rooms. Highly expensive 90 euro per night without. Breakfast very poor.

Good location, close to metro station. Wouldn't recommend to arrive late to hotel, because surrounding area not safe. Room was fairly ok, towels not changed, tiny bugs in bathroom and on the room table surface, couln't leave anything on table. Bathroom has no drainage and the haidryer only makes noise, not dry hair at all. Overall only to sleep an take a quick shower ok, otherwise wouldn't recommend to families with kids.

The hotel was a little out of walking distance to the centre of Paris but has underground access just outside. The rooms are Ok with comfy beds and a powerful shower. They seemed a bit light on coffee and tea in the rooms and also very short on loo roll for some reason. Rooms could do with updating a bit but a decent stay overall.

Nice Buffet and catering. The room is great and the staff very nice. We keep a good memory of our passage. The subway is just down the hotel and the ring Road to 1 minute… The train stations also but away from the center of Paris anyway. The price is suitable for correct rooms but vielleissantes. A little austere but clean.

I read online how a man fell in the shower because of no shower mat. They still didn't fix that problem so be careful it is really slippery! Also on our first day they had construction work and didn't notify us which was very rude because it was so loud that we couldn't even take a nap. In overall the staff is friendly and the location is good because you have supermarkets and a street with a lot of restaurants near by. Enjoy!

There are no safety mats for the bathtub. Consequently, I slipped in the shower and hit my head — bleeding profusely. I asked at reception for a safety mat for the bathtub, but all they could offer me was a towel bathmat — which would be even more dangerous. Staff tried to be helpful, but apparently the hotel has no rubber bathtub mats. This is surprising, given that is a safety concern.

3 Buffet formulas at will cold and/or hot and/or dessert.
For the first formula at 11, €50 (only 1 buffet to choose from), the quality level price is more than reasonable.

Bad experience: While I was serving at the breakfast Ser-service they stole my bag with all the paperwork, left at the table for a few minutes. The management has declined all responsibility and has provided no way to remedy the damage suffered.
I recommend staying in this hotel for the negligence of the staff.

I just got of Paris, I was there for 9 days, hotel I liked baths unlike other views, are large, because the room as such is just comfortable with his bed and television, options for self made coffee and, safe (neck never use give me confidence) recommend it as it was only going to sleep, came the around Central magnificent of 12 or 1 in the morning and I was going to the 8 or 9 am opposite they are building the new line 14 of the subway station, but passing the traffic light at the three opposite corners there are roads to subway so there is super easy and quick to arrive and leave the area, opposite an Arab market, a bakery and pastry economic compared to the price of the rest of Paris and the truth so I recommend much more even know Paris is delighted and with dreams of someday living in Europe.

It is not in the bestpart of town, but the breakfast is good, the beds are comfy, rooms are quiet and service is good. It is abit far from any sights — about a 30min walk or 10 min car ride.

The rooms were clean, but not very cosy. The walls are very thin, and getting a good sleep was difficult due to the fighting we could hear from the couple in the room next to ours. Late at night we had to wait about 15 minutes outside for someone to open the door to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is NOT worth it given the price and terrible food. The coffee machine broke midway through breakfast. It was cheap, and the service was friendly.

Sorry but they stole my phone Sony Z 3 I have left in the room. It's weird especially saying that only the cleaning lady has entered the room. And what works at home for a long time without incident so that took my phone?

So close to the Louvre and right in the heart of Paris, this genteel historic hotel is romantic and cosy. We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was just perfect.

Restaurant average, really not that great. Too bad because in summer they have a very nice quiet and sunny terrace!
