Really nice hotel. We wanted to go to Disney so we booked this hotel which is between the park and Paris’ main attractions and it was perfect. The room was small but well equipped and comfortable, also the building is very nice.

Yes a normal hotel. All good. Clean rooms, cleaned every day. The staff speaks English. But the area of migrants. However, they behave calmly.

It so happened that I went on a trip with two friends. Looking for housing is not expensive for three people with separate beds. Yes, the rooms are not expensive. But with separate beds we were not lucky. There was a double bed with the second floor. Towels, shower gel, soap is. In the clean room. We were there two nights. Air conditioning is present. The first night in the city was very stuffy and hot. The room was cool. Near the hotel there is a bus stop.

I am absolutely disgusted with this hotel. I had a booking for the 28th July for one night only. I had to cancel the booking 5 days prior due to losing a family member and being unable to visit France as my family and I are dealing with the grief and not wanting to leave other family members. I explained this to the hotel and ask they waiver the $138 cancellation fee as the circumstances were out of our hands. I was told the cancellation fee would not be waivered and I would have to pay if I still wanted to cancel. I would never book this hotel again and would never recommend it, the way I have been treated is appalling.

As a budget hotel, is good. The place is not very good and gloomy.

IBIS sucks. "plastic room" is very small, but for that kind of money. 100€ a night for two. The enemy does not want will settle here.

The location is 12 minutes by foot from the nearest metro station. The room isn't the cleanest you will find. However, check in and staff are great. You don't even need keys for the room, cuz everything is electronic. The Wi-Fi is high speed. And you can stream videos, no problem.

Not very great, but not bad either. The staff is very unkind. The quarters are rather run down. You have to go through under a bridge and there it had a proper camp of clochards … We didn't eat there but out. Was I think a good decision.

Just to stay, if you don't expect luxury perfectly fine! The rooms have a little caravan flair with plastic toilet & — shower. Walls and floors were cokpled in part by previous owners of cigarettes (? — despite smoke-free rooms), but it was clean.

It's a good place to stay if you are not interested in spending a lot on what you get in a hotel. It provides a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Clean and comfortable rooms. No hassle. I read a lot of negative reviews and was scared because I had already booked, but it's not bad at all. Ofcourse it's not like the usual hotels, there are no amenities in the room. But, There is a snack dispenser and coffee machine on every floor, the staff is friendly, rooms get cleaned daily. It is somewhere between a hostel and a hotel room and is decent enough considering the price. The location is fine as well, connectivity to the metro is good. I hardly spent more than a few hours in and I recommend it to anyone who plans to do the same on a budget.

At the edge of the essential is the synthesis that best describes it. It seemed to stand in a cabin of a Tirrenia ferry, second class. The sufficiency is achieved only thanks to the excellent price.

The bathroom's a joke. Seriously… They throw €30 and improve the WC and the shower an awful lot! The beds… Regular. The sheets, dirty. The environment is a neighborhood of prostitution.

Best place to stay for long time. Very reasonable price with or without Breakfast. Very good breakfast is available with a minimum price of 5£ (if u booked earlier within the hotel room booking). Every day cleaning with new bath towels and bed covers. Nice view of city (if you get 6 to 8th floor). I'm giving only 4 stars bcoz it's 700mtr away from the metro. U need to take yourself the personal items like brush, paste, body lotions and all. If you forgot don worry thy kept all basic items within the price limit even the metro tickets. So enjoy your staying without any hesitation here.

Honestly not the worst place I have stayed. I thought the employees were nice enough, and the room was satisfactory. It was pretty loud next to the highway, and I could hear when people walked through the hallway, though. Room was clean for the most part. I just feel like for the price it should have been nicer. Area isn't the worst but not that convenient if you actually want to spend a lot of time in the center of Paris.

I do not recommend even my worst enemy. It is a cheap place but lousy.

The night is chock full of prostitutes and people beating up, uninhabitable species if you are not in group
The hotel is always open, anyone can enter it and this is not good because we often had meetings at how unpleasant
Rooms to say the least shabby, mine was among the most decent and was still of an awesome dirty
Many of my companions have found hairs in the bed, blood on the ground and stains on the blankets
I think it is not necessary to say anything else, I strongly advise!

Decently clean, decently comfortable. At the reception are kind but if you ask for information, or something similar to give you by your side and I almost didn't explain. In the morning, the staff of housekeeping is very noisy.

It's a budget style of Ibis so don't expect first class service, everything must be asked at the reception… for a reasonable stay it's nice a quite.

Bad neighborhood, hotel that looks more like a dorm than anything else, maid who allows to hit three times and open the room door in the morning between 9am and 11am while we sleep… And I'm on it. I do not recommend. We had no desire to go there at night after our days. Better to put more expensive and feel better during his stay.

Small rooms but with every comfort, good cleanliness. The property is a little out of the center, but in the metro you get in just a moment.

If you don't look for luxury it's great. Rooms in the Ibis Standard, with breakfast service if you want to… A 10, minute walk from the first metro Porte Saint Ouen, from there you travel which is a pleasure.

Located on the outskirts of Paris, it is 400 m from the Metro in a not very clean area. The rooms have the minimum required, no wardrobe, small shower… The service is good and the rooms are clean.

I really was disappointed with the overused and bleached bathrobes and towels it sucks to use it.

Value for money and the location for a business trip is: top. For a stay of visits Paris I would be more measured, 1 Metro is a bit far.

Location is beautiful rooms are clean and tidy stuff also good.

I can't explain what it is!, the room is tiny! and that you tell the bathroom! To access the toilet, you have to enter the shower and close the door and then you see it. A terror!

Don't book by mistake, even if it's 2 month in advanced, and even if you booked just for a couple of hours online. They will keep all your money. No refunds for nothing that you didn't even used. Read tripadvisor reviews about this hotel before book it.

Hotel without fame without praise placed on the outskirts of Paris (high density area workers) being restyled (July 2015) small rooms priced accordingly in the neighborhood could be better.

I'll never go back! Hotel with arrogant and hautin receptionists, night service is irrelevant because they have nothing. No coverage and more cold and room never service content. And level accessibility was the time to crush and dock 8 times by any door of clichy. Nulllll
