It is closed for work, but it is a great hotel: we look forward to finding it.

I went there because I was organizing a seminar for clients and prospects.
The staff are very friendly.
The welcome coffee pastries very good too.
On the other hand the room is in the basement so no daylight and room a little dated (carpet and chairs).
We then had a buffet meal, it was very hearty and very good! I recommend. You can "fart the belly", fresh and good products.

Perfect hotel with large room and especially a large bed but it would have to put the price it is a 4 star in the center of Montparnasse opposite the train station.

The top, in the heart of Paris, very well cared for, rooms equipped with everything, breakfast rich and plentiful.

This is Grand Hotel not a palace but the category below… This said it is a great structure in a framework of the years 2000 with a large hall, a concierge a bar 2 restaurants. A service worthy of the great Pullman Hotel of the rest of the world. There is no frankly an atmosphere which one would call "Parisian" but more international… (The hall would be more reminiscent of the dutyfree square of an airport). But its Montparnasse location is a few minutes from the Latin Quarter and its proximity to shops and restaurants on the left bank of Paris make it still a hotel with good assets for tourists.

This hotel is very nice, but slightly outdated. While we loved our view of the city and the room was very comfortable, the odd design of the bathroom and outdated design in the room is why I am rating this 4 stars, not 5. With a minor renovation, this would be THE place to stay in Paris. However, I would certainly recommend here. As tourists, it was nice being in a more 'local' area of town.

The double full room was very large and perfect for us. The breakfast/brunch was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Near both subway and buses or a 15mn can ride to attractions. A block away from great dining and a convenience store.

The service was not what it was in the past. Trying to get extra towels had to ask twice and did not get them. Found the cleaning person in the morning and got them myself. The breakfast buffet was not worth the money. The room was still clean and like before. The person at the information desk was awesome. The only bright spot for this trip.

Breakfast at JUSTINE, with a lot of people as it is a very high attendance hotel. For those who prefer quiet, show up at the opening of the restaurant.

This time I stayed for holiday with my family, altogether 3 person. They gave me an old room (old furniture), which did not give us a good feeling. However, the beds are comfortable. The staff are very help at information.

When arriving for check-in in the morning, a very unfriendly person told me that it was too early to check-in and most probably the room would not be ready. She did not say "Good morning, Welcome… " Nothing like that. Eventually the room was available. It is extremely disappointing to have to face this type of people. The friendliness of the staff is something important to allow guests to feel welcomed and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Fantastic staff, (willing to speak English for those who do not speak French. ) They are friendly, always available to help. The rooms are sparkling clean (you could eat off the carpet ☺). I will came back to Paris and I will definitely stay at hotel Pullman. Great job!

It was an absolutely wonderful experience for us. The room was beautiful as was the view which we were very grateful for the up grade too. But it was the gentlemen working at the front desk and concierge who made the stay extra special with all their help, warmth and personality! Will highly recommend to anyone.

Restaurant in Just… for the father's day brunch… much worse than the first time… hiccups in the service, members of the animation series… probably overwhelmed too crowded for the human resources of the restaurant.

Nice hotel, close to most shops, bakers, and metro. Rooms are average, nothing special, clean but a little out dated. Continental breakfast very nice, staff at reception helpful, parking available, been here a few times and most likely would go again.

Hotel is located quite close to the Montparnasse Metro and SNCF station, about a 5 minute walk. Right next door is a Franprix supermarket. Quite a few moderately priced restaurants around the area. Room facilities were great with a high view of the city. For breakfast staff were slow to clean and set up tables. Food was OK but slow to replace food considering the large number of hotel guests. Hotel lobby and reception staff were very welcoming. We arrived at 2pm expecting our room to be ready to check-in, but we're told to wait until 3pm. As a result of the delay we were given complimentary drinks at the bar.

Very good hotel. Just 10 mins from the Eiffel Tower. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Wifi speed can do with some improvement.

Nice hotel in downtown Paris with view on Eiffel Tower. It is located on the side of the Montparnasse train and Metro station. It's a 4 star maybe however a little dated.

Safe area. Very convenient to international airport & go SNCF Montparnesse. Many good restaurants around 20 mins walking. Shopping around easy.

We stayed for a week in June 2015 in the middle of a heatwave. Thanks to its AC we were able to sleep well in the evening despite the temperature.

Nice hotel with a superb view. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of cold & warm food.

Pretty standard sized rooms, although good for Paris. Great views if you're up high enough. Breakfast was very international and just about acceptable.

Room was very comfortable, with a comfortable bed linen and bathroom towels, even the Nightgown and slippers are very comfortable. Shampoo, shower gel and SOAP in the bathroom were very good. Breakfast was great, full range. Wireless networks can also be used in the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient, away from the restaurants, very close to the Metro, the hotel building itself is also a landmark building. The hotel business is very good, a lot of people check-in and check.

Very tired and warn out hotel. It is now being used by air crews from different african airlines. Very disappointing for the price paid!

Nice rooms, great breakfast buffet. Room service can be slightly improved — we had four people in a double room, but they kept restocking only two large towels instead of four.

Staff very professional and friendly. Restaurant, room service, bar and breakfast is just perfect. A great Pullman.

Breathtakingly beautiful deluxe ensuite on 24th floor… beat view and the best hotel ever stayed. Breakfast was a treat too. Classy and perfect.

Thoroughly appalled by the service of one member of waiting staff at a large function. Having beckoned the lady in question with a friendly wave a colleague of my mine received a five minute, demeaning dressing down in front of his peers at dinner, as an international hotel I would have expected your staff to be sympathetic to the fact that not everyone is aware of other nations customs, instead of such an appalling display of petulance.

Hello I am not go to this hotel but out of the parking lot I saw a commotion of little girls a enter it with books of violetta's hand. To rotate a paris violetta and her troupe in this hotel I was so happy.

Clean room, bed comfortable, big screen at the top, beautiful view from the room or I'm (we can't see the eiffel tower, it's a shame), security at the top (with maps).

Good I went in oct I charm.

Room nice and clean but they don't care about their guests once you leave. I left my CPAP machine and spent weeks trying to get it from them. First they hung up on me several times. My travel agent called and was told they had it and would ship it but they never sent it. When we called again, they denied they had it. There were prescriptions in the bag with my CPAP. I assume someone stole the prescriptions and tossed the bag to keep from being caught.

Very good hotel, room very clean and big. From the upper floors there is a splendid view over the city. Excellent gym located on the 22nd floor, not very big but with different tools and with catering facilities very well stocked. The breakfast is pretty but so worth it because excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.

I tried Baby Brunch on Sunday morning, and it's top! On the one hand, we find a dining room huge and very bright, with all the space you could want to travel with her stroller. On the other side, a row of pieces that could be described as "Kingdom of children". Dance floor, playground, basketball/soccer field, drawing and children's buffet corner.
Dining, there are six extremely hearty buffets that are installed in the room of the restaurant: sweet, salty, salads, meat, fish, seafood, cheese and dessert, several hot dishes complete are offered. Children buffet is stocked with variety of products: vegetables, ham, salads, fruits… and of course a few treats.
Hot drinks are free service at will, while the fruit juice, alcoholic drinks and mineral waters are extra.
Brunch starts at 12: 00, but children's corner activities begin at 13: 00. From then on, more self-sufficient children are supported by professional animators, who organize games, shows, dances, make-up, songs, etc.
Highchairs and changing table are available. The staff keeps warm you dish of baby with pleasure.

Pullman Montparnasse is just okay and in my opinion should have only three star rating. Lowlights: Shower is not separated in any way meaning after a shower all bathroom is sprinkled wet, can not relax and close my eyes since water is going everywhere and have to watch it at all times if you want to keep your clothes dry. The rooms interior was slightly worn — torn wallpaper here and there. Rust spots on bathroom ceiling. Television in the room is big but there is nothing to watch in english except news channels. Wardrobe had only 4 hangers industry standart is 8. There is no complimentary tea or coffee in the room also there is no complimentary water bottle. I do not know is it like that in all of rooms but the noise isolation is near non existant since I could hear lifts going up and down while being three rooms away from it. The hotel does NOT have a car park. You have to park and pay full charge in public car park underneath the hotel wich can be very expensive if staying for a while. The hotel reception area was very crowded for some reason all the time I stayed there. Loads of people just sitting in lounge in street clothes waiting for something. Highlights: Breakfast in level A restaurant is great probably not so in bar Atlantic since it is 10 EUR cheaper. There was a large choice of breads, yoghurts, juice was fresh, cooked food was tasty, staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in my life. When I entered the lobby it was like paradise. Free Wi-Fi all day. The beds were wonderful to sleep on. Rooms were neat and the washrooms were also well maintained. Brakefast was delicious and there were verities also. The receptionists were very very kind and helpful esspically a French man named Adam. I recommend this hotel for you to stay.
