Superb evening with a good warm atmosphere.

Very nice hotel, ideal location a few meters from the train station, very clean and quiet spacious room, relaxing bedding, a very good welcome, nice and courteous staff, who does not hesitate to help you. Everything is done with the barrier gestures, in this period. I would definitely recommend this hotel which is otherwise decorated with very good taste. Thank you. Good luck.

Very well located. Friendly and responsive staff. Very good bedding. Only downside: because of the Covid-19 the breakfast is not up to par not to say it's not worth much … at the limit it's not worth taking … it's a shame because it's clearly one of their strengths outside Covid…

Very cosy restaurant, warm welcome and hearty meals.

Clean room, service, welcome and very professional. Too bad I didn't have time to have breakfast. Easy to find and 300m from Montparnasse station. For a stopover between two trains, I would return without hesitation.

Helpful staff. During the coronavirus period, the aircon gets switched off. The room I booked was really hot and no opening windows. The staff sorted out a new room very quickly.
Other info — the restaurant works but you eat in your room, they call you when it's ready. You can park even big cars in the hotel garage.

The front desk attitude not good specialty if want to ask about services, even when I asked for late checkout they refused with anger tone, the room and services not deserve to pay 200 € for.

Very convenient and central place for all transit for sightseeing in Paris. Rooms are good and linen clean and staff at desk are very friendly and helpful — special thanks to desk manager Benoit. It would have been nicer if it had a microwave and a fridge in the room and a pool.

We had the worst experience ever! We booked one family room for 4 people (2 adlts and 2 kids) about 1 month ago, when we checked in, they gave us 2 rooms instead of 1! How can we split the family in 2 rooms! with kids 6 and 11?! Then after 2 days from our stay they gave us a connected room. Because of a help of 1 guy Xavier he was the best. Then the third day of our stay we came back at night and our bed covers and sheets were not changed! We had to wait for someone to change them at 11p! Then we wanted to take shower there was no water! Can you imagine a hotel without water?! Never recommend it to anyone!

Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, fair location We spent a few days of family vacation in the hotel and had a great time. The rooms are modern and clean. It is equipped and decorated nicely. The recipients were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. The only downside is that the location is not were the action is.

Great hotel within walking distance from Gare Montparnasse. The owner/manager keeps monitoring his staff for the excellence performance of the hotel. Great.

Location is good but for that room price (~260€ for one night) the hotel needs an refurbishment espessially the rooms. Breakfast was good and they offered you a good selection.

Reserved and paid for a deluxe double room. Upon check-in they told me my room was not available and I was referred (reluctantly) to a lower tier room which was infested with the smell of an entire carton of cigarettes. I literally couldn't sleep due to the smell. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to a well deserving and paying patron.

Nice hotel in Montparnasse. Close to Metro. Didn't eat at hotel. Room a little hot & stuffy otherwise good.

Room was clean and bed fairly comfortable. Bathroom was a little small. Hotel location is very Central with walking distance to many restaurants. Hotel breakfast is good. Eiffel tower is visible just outside the hotel and a short walk leads you to a garden.

The hotel is near monteparnasse tower easy to reach from charl de gol or orly since the bus stop of the direct bus is near the hotel. Service is good staff friendly. Food is great. Rooms may may differ on reservation still good rooms yet no special views.

The hotel is very well located for tourists and has larger rooms than usual in Paris. Unfortunately, breakfast left a lot to be desired. The waiters were mostly technically and humanly unsuitable. Many didn't even speak French.

Excellent city, very good hotel but they should improve the security… a companion robbed him of his luggage in the loving of the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location but I did not like the room, it had a lot smell of humidity, the maintenance leaves much to be desired. I liked the electric tea kettle and tea available. I did not like the bathroom, the rate is at a height really uncomfortable even for a tall person.

The rooms should be renovated. Carpet on the floor, worn furniture. Unworthy of a 4 star. Courteous and quality staff.

Very good hotel. The staff were super friendly, good rooms and good breakfast buffet (the only problem was that in the morning it closed at 10am! A hotel where there are people from all over the world should not follow The French schedules like this).

Great location located next to the central station so moving to Paris becomes a breeze and then courteous staff only flaws: nobody speaks English.

The varnish is something that can be noticed at the door of the room, the chairs and the rancid switches and sockets. But great breakfast, attentive staff and good accessibility are clear plus points. Tip: If a lot is going on, prefer to take the stairs as it can sometimes take until the elevator arrives. From the hotel it is only a few minutes walk to the Resto — & the mile rue de la Gaité.

Very convenient location to sights, but not a lot of places to eat/drink in the immediate vicinity. Staff is nice, hotel is decent and well kept. Rooms were very warm (in January) even with he heat off. Try and request a room facing inward to get a window that will open to make the room more comfortable. Breakfast is fine, but a little overpriced for what you can get most other places.

Okay hotel for the price, very good very big assortment of pastries, diffent foods etc. For the breakfast. The rooms are small and was very hot and with high moisture so we had to change rooms Twice but it did not get any better. Would stay again for the low price.

Lovely Hotel, reception staff delightful and very helpful, amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from our room, unfortunately found the waitress in the restaurant quite off putting with no service with a smile, housekeeping were very noisy and persistent in knocking at our door from 7.45am to clean our room, when we checked with reception they told us that this should not have happened as they start cleaning at 10am. He apologised. Apart from that, our rooms were clean with all facilities.

While the hotel location is ideal, this hotel can use a little sprucing up. One thing I noticed was the hotel room hallway carpeting needs a makeover. Normal wear and tear from everyday use is clearly showing. My room was clean but the furniture is a little dated. My bathroom was also clean but the bath tub was scraped in some visible areas. The bottom of the bath tub was narrow and slippery. No bath mat was provided making it a challenge to be stable while taking a shower. I asked for a iron and was provided with one with a cumbersome ironing table that was wired to the iron itself. Needless to say the iron was old and was cracked. It had seen better days. Overall this hotel has a lot of potential and as I said before the location is ideal.

Nice location for zone 1. Big rooms. Efficient shared aircondition was working well even for orange alarm for hot whether. Helpful staff. Breakfast needs to be improved. Less number of choices. Generally needs to wait for hot beverages.

Checking in, the staff looked at me like I couldn't possibly afford to stay there.
Once retreating to the room, I found that the air conditioner didn't work.
A lady walked in on us, lucky we were decent!
When going to sleep, I went to turn off the lights by the bed to find the light switches sticky.
After the housekeeping had come by I found a magazine underneath the bed.
Found a used spoon next to the coffee maker, which is odd because they were plastic. It was ripped open and the spoon was already dirty. Super gross.
Not a good location, we started walking around and found what was similar to a Chinatown with lots of sex shops. Not suitable for children!
I definitely won't be back.

I wanted to celebrate my birthday with a view on the eiffel tower. But unfortunately the rooms (with twin beds) were located towards the inner side (court). Nice rooms. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Just recently stayed there. Very convenient to underground transportation. Hotel is very nice. Clean. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was. From the people at the desk, to the cleaning staff and especially (I wish I would have gotten his name) the waiter in the restaurant who was so helpful. Everyone was so accommodating. The breakfasts were very good and the room was always nicely cleaned and the staff in the main lobby always cheerful. My only complaints were my bed was terrible to sleep on, no alarm clock in my room and my phone was not able to make calls out. So a couple of times we did not get our wake up call. Very annoying. But, again, whenever I had a problem the hotel staff did whatever they could to fix it. Lastly, the food in the restaurant for dinner was very good. Highly recommend it. And I know people complain about the Parisians but we found them to be very helpful, kind… beautiful people.

We stayed for 10 nights spent at Concorde. A single machine ice cube (first floor) for a large hotel. After 5 or 6 nights they change us room, poor air conditioning. Before changing, we're going to see our new room. We came out barely 10 minutes away from our room and on the way back we got face to face with a thief (thief) hotel. He was in our room, but we had closed our door. Anyway wearing closes completely even if it tests leave it ajar. There was a maid who was witness to the incident (incident because he has not had time to steal anything) and we make complaint to the hotel. They're even not concerned to know what looked like this person and have nothing ask the maid. No importance for them. A serious hotel could ask a descirption of the person, would call the police or the security of the hotel (here deficient). Nothing important for them the $$$, the rest they care.

The restaurant is to flee as the food is worthy of a motorway restaurant. It is badly Dowdy, tasteless, without work and presentation of interest any. And the service? Deplorable so it is slow and barely smiling. In short, if you want to eat! And I don't even mean the unjustified tariff.

Very helpful staff on reception. Rooms are a little on the small side but clean and comfortable. Would have liked the old style min-bar where. I could keep a carton of fresh milk for my tea and some yoghurt, but at least there is a kettle and some nice Lime tea that doesn't require milk. AIr con works absolutely fine I've had no trouble adjusting it. It is expensive for what it is and in Australia the room would be much bigger but hey this is Paris.

While the distance from my office and key locations proved a bother for me personally, the hotel was quite nice, clean, and with a comfortable bed. I was surprised that the room didn't have a wine key and glasses, but the hot water kettle, teas, biscuits and chocolates were a nice touch. My room also came with a robe and slippers which is a quick way to my heart. Towels are where most hotels fall down, but these were large and of nice thickness. The TV didn't have any English language channels, despite claiming to in the book, but who really wants to sit inside their hotel room in Paris? My biggest complaint was with the air conditioning which I just couldn't get to cool down — and I'm not usually one for A/C. There is a market, pharmacy and cafes around the circle the hotel sits on so very convenient in terms of food and sundries.

My hotel while visiting Paris, great location and very good value for money.

Nice enough rooms. We had 2 rooms, 1 the A/C was able to keep it at 19 degrees C but the other only to 22-24 degrees C. We told the front desk, but no change was noticed after. The breakfasts were included and nice. The cleaning lady was NOT friendly, and seemed offended that we had not left the room yet in the morning for her to clean it. The location is OK, a bit out of the way but a short walk away from the Metro.
