My husband and I stayed at the end of October, and were very pleased with our hotel stay. The staff was great, they remembered our name and room number, they were very helpful providing us with a map and instructions of how to get to the different beautiful sites of Paris. Everything you need it’s close by, two Metro stations, restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your hotel, which we would like to visit next time we are in Paris”

Great and central location! There's a lot of great food nearby — boulangeries, supermarket, crepes, you name it! Can be a bit rowdy as it's across the street from a cinema but it's still a relatively quiet and pretty street. The staff are SO nice — super helpful and accommodating. Montparnasse is my new favourite area of Paris! Next time I visit we will definitely come back :) Bathrooms were also spotless and I loved the towel warmer!

The staff is the most friendliest and accommodating staff we have run into here in Paris. We took the Paris Night Tour bus which started at 22h (10pm) and embed at 11:30. We didn't get back to the hotel until 00:30 (12:30am), and the hotel staff cheerfully heated us and then opened the bar and served us a snack and some drinks. How nice!

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Good location, with great restaurants and bars near by. Close to few metro stations. Friendly helpful staff. The place needs refurbishment but I've slept there really well. Good value for the money.

Cute and quaint. Did have an issue with our shower hose though which took several days to fix. Had to talk to the right person to get it fixed.

Had to change rooms after electrical problems they could not fix during one hour. The new room had the exact same problem. The rooms are very small, with a funny smell and breakfast was ok, but not great at all. The only good thing is the location.

Very small rooms. The parking is hard to access, you have to go down a very narrow way which is too annoying. The breakfast is ok but not what you gind in German or Italian hotels.

Friendly staff, the Hotel is simple but correct and the bed very fashionable we have felt very comfortable.

Great value for money, near the metro, in a very nice neighborhood (Montparnasse) and full of restaurants.

Excellent hotel in a quiet street with nice staff. Well equipmet room with own bathroom. The supermarkets and lot of restaurats are in 200 m walk.

Clean but cramped. Impersonal. You are a customer among others. No more. The addition reminds you that you are in Paris near a train station.

The team is extremely kind. The room is certainly small and a bit dated (hence the 4 * and not 5) but everything is clean, the bedding is comfortable and the bathroom large enough to have a good sized bathtub. When I added that the breakfast is sumptuous (scrambled eggs, bacon and grilled sausage yum! ) with as much sweet as salt, I do not see why I will go elsewhere.

Pros: 1. Close to metro and city center 2. Great breakfast 3. Friendly staff Cons: 1. Couldn't shut the sink 2. Clear rust on the edges or corners in the bathroom 3. Had a funny smell to the carpet, not sure it was properly cleaned 4. Got severe allergic reaction after a night of sleep Wouldn't stay here again.

A regular customer of Lenox Montparnasse for years, I do not ask questions when I am in Paris and it is always with the same pleasure that I go there.
The hotel is located in a very pleasant area with a wide choice of rooms, a rich and quality breakfast, a very professional staff with a very good availability and a rare kindness. Entertainment, as well as a wide range of cultural issues in general.
An address to recommend warmly and that deserves to be known.

Friendly service, clean rooms and the breakfast had a decent variety of food. Hotel Lenox is also located in a convenient area where you can walk and use the metro to get anywhere in Paris. Also conveniently situated near two grocery stores.

Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, very reasonably priced, great walking location in the 14th arrondissement, the rooms are a tad small by US standard, the shower is in the bath and not completely enclosed leading to frequent leaks otherwise no negatives, very good breakfast offering American and traditional French fares for 17€ per person, they gave us the breakfast at buy one get one free. Recommended.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Lenox Montparnasse. The room was on the fifth floor and iniside. It was very quiet. Nice toiletries, good sheets and a comfortable bed. It is close to many restaurants and easy walk to Gare Montparnasse. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. We will book again when we're in Paris!

What an interesting place! I imagine it's the kind of hotel my grandparents would have booked in the sixties — small rooms, creaky wooden doors and floors, a heavy brass key holder, and wallpaper and carpets from a bygone era. But with modern electronic door locks and recently upgraded bathrooms! Everything is clean and well maintained, but the age and the charm are evident. The staff was great, the location is perfect, and the breakfast was very good.

The photo above is the room we've been given as an upgrade!. Wonderfully peaceful Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything works and is spotlessly clean and the surrounding area is full of bistros, bars and restaurants. Ideally situated to explore the City and all its' attractions.

Our stay in Paris was made even more enjoyable by the staff and team at Hotel Lenox Montparnasse. Aside from the comfortable amenities of the hotel, the helpful and accommodating staff made the experience stand out. I would recommend booking at the hotel for anyone traveling to Paris.

I have been a client at the Lennox for nearly 40 years! It has changed in every way during that time but the staff have always continued to be helpful, smiley and accomodating… The love affair continues howbeit from the Dominican Republic!

Lobby and common areas clean and stylish.
Rooms modern a little tired looking, bed very comfortable. Bathroom very small, hard to even fit into shower. If your weight is over 100kg you will have problems. I weigh 90kg and found it difficult to shower comfortably.

An absolute gem in a convenient location close to transport and with great restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, the staff so helpful and friendly and the "honesty bar" was a lovely touch. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed at this hotel whilst we were in Paris for a holiday on a city break. The rooms in the hotel are a little small (maybe should expect this in Paris) but were comfortable and clean. It was a few minutes walk from the closest Metro which is direct to the gare du nord which is very useful. Staff are very friendly. Would stay here again if the price was right.

First and foremost the staff are excellent! They were so lovely and helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Great location — close to 3 metro stations and lots of places to eat nearby. We got a room upgrade and I'm so glad we did. The basic room was a little small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases. The bed was sooo comfortable! Clean rooms, nice bathroom amenities. We also took advantage of the breakfast buffet on our last day and it was well worth the €17! Highly recommended!

Excellent location, service, amenities. Staff members were so accommodating and helpful we can't thank them enough. At check in we were, to our pleasure, offered a free upgrade. The room was clean with a lovely balcony, bed was most comfortable, television actually worked, and the spacious bathroom was a plus! When booking, we weren't able to get all of our nights at Hotel Lenox so we had stayed 3 nights at another hotel in the Latin Quarter for the same price which was only half as nice! The honesty bar was excellent and a very welcome reprieve after a long day wandering the beautiful streets of Paris. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, typical small european hotel. Good value. Suitable breakfast room (17 euros for the full continental) and an "Honesty Bar" in the evenings which I thought was a nice touch.

I've been here with my boyfriend at the end of July! We were satisfied: room was cozy and clean just like the bathroom. At the arrival we got a free upgrade of the room. The position of the hotel is perfect: near Metro thanks to it is easy reach the main monuments of Paris and near you can also find two roads full of creperie: delicious! Last positive note for Italian tourists: Laura the receptionist, she speaks perfect Italian and she is very helpful.

Genuinely friendly helpful staff, a great location, quiet yet close to Metro, Rail link and endless dining experiences. This coupled with a spacious, well appointed and comfortable room has made the Hotel Lennox my first choice when I return to Paris. The "honesty bar " was a lovely touch, as in the way things used to be.

Lovely, charming hotel in a very convenntient location, to metro and lots of great restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The a/c was great! :) Loved the breakfast, which is the best deal in town.! Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel located just a short walk away from all the major sights. Staff speak an array of different languages and will really go out their way to make your visit special and problem free. The rooms are clean, and have a small balcony so you can site out and relax with a coffee/tea. Most comfortable bed I have EVER slept on. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples or single visiting the city.

This is a darling hotel situated in a convenient and beautiful part of Paris. The staff was very responsive to us and we utilized all of the amenities including breakfast and happy hour offerings. It is easy to find good restaurants of all levels nearby as well as to access the metro and Gare Montparnasse. The hotel was air conditioned and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

One word — excellent! This was our second trip to Paris. First time, two years ago we were staying a place by a recommendation of a friend and were very unhappy. This time I researched and got this hotel. No comparison, this was great choice by all means, price, location, helpful and very friendly staff. Rooms were nice, air conditioning worked very well, you appreciate that when in Paris right at the time of the heat wave coming through. Many nice restaurants close by, metro (two stations) in short walking distance. Will stay there next time, for sure.

The Montparnasse area is great place to be if you like food. Creperies all over the place. Brasseries and casual restaurants abound. There are small supermarkets near the hotel and a bakery and cheese shop nearby. The metro stop is less than one block away so getting anywhere in the city is easy. The room is small but nice sized bed.

This is a lovely little hotel on a quiet street, near great services, restaurants, metro and a taxi stand. The staff is very helpful and fluent in English. Very clean and very welcoming.

Very nice and comfortable. I recommend it for those who want to save while standing very close to the Centre. Very convenient to the Metro.

Stayed here during our visit to Paris last summer. Great room, cheap price. Staff was awesome! With english being our first language the staff was fluent and able to help us out! short walk from the train. Close walk to small grocery, bakery, and laundry not far either. When we go back, I would definately stay here and recommend to friends.

American traveling in Paris for the first time — — The Lenox is wonderful! Never in the states have I had such helpful staff, they truly made me feel comfortable and at home. Willing to speak english happily, and providing lots of information to help plan my visit. The hotel itself is relatively modern and very attractive inside. Breakfast is served in a nice seating area in the morning, as well as some snacks in the evening. Free internet access as well. The rooms are of course small, but this is par for the course for any hotel in Paris — — They are however very clean, and the bathrooms are quite large. The maid staff is also very kind. The location seems to me to be quite fantastic, and we had no trouble arriving here from the airport. The shuttle bus dropped from Orly goes to the Montparnasse subway station, which is about 5 minutes walk with luggage to the hotel.
