What a pity! The place could be magical, but. Zero welcome and low-welcome staff. Bad smells in the hallways and in the rooms. The air conditioning didn't work in our room. In short, choose another hotel!

I came to this hotel thanks to a friend. It's soooo quiet, you can easily relax. The staff is right up to the task and always helpful.

I enjoyed coming back to this hotel where my son and husband had spent 15 days in the big schools competitions. I found, during my two nights, the comfort, the space, the silence and the kindness of the staff that had so much appreciated my family.
I came back alone, for the departure and return of a cruise in the Norwegian fjords.

Good hotel unless you have the misfortune to fall on the top floor where the rooms are mansard… hard to get to take a shower under 1m50 ceiling. Big black spot: Wi-Fi that almost never works.

Checked in effortlessly and found the room with no problem. The area is lively but secluded with an inner garden. The room is old fashioned and ready for a revisement. Additionally, the ironing board and iron facility are in a state even worse. All in all a good hotel but nothing fancy. Shower and toilet are separated which I always like.

Nice place, friendly staff, clean rooms and surrounded by shops. Great location as well. There was some visually appealing wear and tear in my room but really minor. The Wi-Fi was weak in my room which was far from the center of the building but, again, minor detail.

The living room satisfied us, the rooms were clean and quiet, the staff courteous, the location quiet.
Vote 4 Instead of 5 is due to the lack of the refrigerator in the room and the cost of breakfast is definitely excessive.

The rooms are okay, beds comfy, room service also very nice. The same I can't say about some of the staff, some were rude or not very helpfull. The window in room 125 sometimes turns itself on and to be quite honest that was kind of scary at 1am.

Good hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff but in three I, my wife and 7 year old girl the room only had two singles attached…

-the positive: the place, the calm, the rates very correct, the cleanliness-at least well: no workspace in the room (Tablet occupied by the TV, no kettle, a multilingual reception staff but not always understanding our request (it has had to ask 5 times to get satisfaction with a reservation modification, we were always told Yes but nothing followed) in the end, the positive WINS and I think we will return but taking into account all the parameters.

Hotel Comodo, Montparnasse area, between the Metro Vivin and Edgar quinet. The staff is courteous, the rooms a bit basic, but quiet and clean enough. Only color Note: The WC is in a room of one meter for one meter, separated from the rest of the bathroom. All in all a good compromise between quality and price and a good starting point from which you can easily reach the main tourist attractions of the Ville lumière.

I was there for a seminar. Excellent location, near Metro Montparnasse (4 lines) from where you can reach every place of the capital. Beautiful aesthetically and great for a 3 star in Paris. Lively neighbourhood where there are many restaurants and cafés. In the Rue de la Gaîté there are the best Crêperie in Paris. This is the neighborhood with more cinema. Close to the Rue de Rennes, where you can find many different shops.

Traveling on business, good location for Gare Montparnasse, and Tour Montparnasse. Nice rooms in a quiet location. Rooms are functional and Wi-Fi works well.

GO CENTRAL I will tray to put or squeeze all relevant information about this hotel in this review. Slightly dated (nonetheless nice facilities), great location, fair price (in FEBRUARY), delicious breakfast and parking spaces (against a considerable fee daily).

Breakfast is no good and very expensive. For 16 EUROS I expect more choice and better quality. Scrambled eggs from industrial precooked material wa disgusting. Some slices of ham and cheese with no taste. Little choice in bread. Room was quiet but not well maintained. Rust on shower walls, no soap in the dispenser. Not over-clean. Very central.

A well placed hotel, close to several metros and restaurants.
The room is well insulated, of correct size but the décor does not dream and the bathroom would need to be quickly refreshed.
The breakfast is simplistic, no surprise in the basement without window, so no risk of being dazzled by the sun when waking up.
The reception at the front desk was very good and the staff available to give all the advice we needed.
A bit of refreshing and modern décor and this hotel could have a 4th star on my part.

Ideally located close to the Boulevard Montparnasse, allows to do many things on Foot. The rooms are OK as are the Bedding. The staff are welcoming. Do not restaurant, The breakfast room is large but not friendly, and do not arrive at the last moment because there is not much to eat!
Has a parking but a little easy access for big Cars. Overall value for money very correct.

Nice location, small room. Having book your place specially because of "pets welcome" and having to fight for an hour at the reception who did not know that pets are welcome… is not a nice welcome!

I came to this hostel for a short night, arrived at 1am & leaveat 6am. I didn't use any additional services but I can confirm that the bed was very confortable!

Great hotel, nice and helpful staff. Delicious food and perfect location next to the metro, a farmers market down the street, bakeries, restaurants, and a street lined with crepe restaurants.

Very nice and clean hotel in the center of Paris, a lot of fine restaurant's around, near Montparnasse. Wi-Fi and bar is poor. No international news channel on the the TV in the room only in the bar. I can recommend it.

I went to brunch on the terrace in the course of this hotel in summer. The menu is simple but effective, proposed buffet with dishes (sausage/egg/cheese) served at the table. The real plus: the frame.

The room is aged, and the plumbing need some fix to save wasted water. But the best was the early morning arrival welcome due to a minor screw up at booking time. Easy to solve, but customer was guilty not them. I still wonder if this dude was in charge of security or service. Rest is rather fair.

Centrally located Hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
Recommended for young couples.
