The reception was very good. Parking is free and breakfast is ok.
But on the negative, the air conditioning didn't work.

You can not enter before your check in time. Service is pathetic. Place is not clean as it seems. Rooms are small. It is completely outskirts of Paris thought cheap.

Very good value for money, but room a little small for 3 adult people. Breakfast at will super friendly and Nice staff even arriving at night. Really not far from the Disney park.

I have stayed and worked in many hotel's in my life but this is by far the worst. Beds weren't made, had to ask for more pillows (wasn't enough for the number staying) no toilet roll, rooms quite smelly quite noisy from other rooms (I think people live there). And staff are quite rude with no information at all or help for guests. Didn't try the breakfast as looked like cheap muck. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

OK without more! Cheap and close to Disney so perfect for family savings! Pretty noisy, traffic noise and music nearby! Very basic comfort but it is not expensive!

Very noisy two nights out of three and empty of food at breakfast on the last day.
For the rest, the cleanliness is the and the friendly staff with the restaurant campanil opposite.

Extremely small rooms, even smaller bathrooms, smaller still shower space, but clean and comfortable & friendly staff.

Good for a place to sleep, does what it says on the tin really. Great location for Disneyland, RER about 10 mins walk. Receptionists were friendly. It's not the Ritz, but it'll do for a budget holiday.

Used this hotel for 2 nights whilst on a short trip to Paris. It is 2 stops on the train to Disneyland and probably takes no longer than 10 minutes to get there. It is about 40 minutes from Central Paris. The room was ideal for what we needed it for… mainly sleeping! The room was small but it was perfect for our needs. There is a buffet breakfast in the mornings which is very cheap and worth having because it will see you through to lunchtime and it is a fraction of the price! The breakfast included croissants, cereals, yoghurts, cake, toast and drinks. The hotel is about 8 minute walk from the train and bus station. I stayed here with 2 small children and it was absolutely fine. The staff were helpful and spoke good English.

Booked via Booking. Price more than interesting, fairly clean, easy to access. Damage no Wi-Fi despite the opposite indication. Little room on the parking lot which is shared with another hotel and other structures but this is still pretty good anyway.

Comfortable, close to the rr and close to disneyland. Good low-cost option.

The cheapest Hotel I had found near the Disney Park. The hotel is a 5-10-minute walk from the RER station and a few Disney resorts. The reception is nice even when arriving in 23h15. The rooms for the price are OK, so do not expect a luxury hotel. The bathroom is very small but still functional. The only small hassle is the noise isolation but no worries at night or we slept there. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Hotel pitiful The rooms were not made, mildew on the ceiling, broken WC, the floor of the bathroom was also broken and inlaid with mold, poorly insulated noise room at 6am from customers who smokes that screams that spits that throws cans s, breakfast which does not give envy very little choice and can propose is disgusting.
I do not recommend this hotel you can largely find better.

Room cramped and a bit murky, big worries of insulation on the door, which does not cut the noise, neither the wind and the cold… Clogged lavatory reported on day 2 to housekeeper, not repaired at night.

The only note of merit is well served by public transport. For the rest shabby.

Simple but clean and with very attentive staff, perfect to make night when going on a trip or to be close to Paris and Disney, good communication by train.

I left my luggage in my room and when I arrived it had been forced with something like a knife and the password did not work. The receptionist told me it was my luggage and so it is my problem, not theirs with a horrible attitude.
The manager went up and managed to open by changing a security key number … how does that happen? How can she know a “new” password that was not mine?
Everything was in my luggage … I think, but is an unsecure situation!

To sleep and point well. Room and bathroom very small, neither very clean nor very dirty, staff 24 hours at reception although some do not know English… Close to railway station and Carrefour.

My room smelled of tobacco while it was forbidden to smoke in the room, very very noisy room and music infernal all night, sheets avzc tasks + duvet with cigarette burn, broken window and door where you can see the day above and on the Côt É after let's not talk about the bathroom view the photos stay of 7/10 or 8/10 room 218 for a price of €120

Good rates. Clean. Hard working staff. Close to Disneyland Paris. Close to trainstation. Close to shopping. No worries.

The worst costumer service I have ever come across. Receptionist is rude. The hotel doesn't have waiting area and also said that they don't have toilet only inside the rooms which I think is absolutely ridiculous. We requested early checking checking when we was booking. After being on the road all night with 3 children. They showed no care. Didn't even say we will try our best to see what we can do. Straightforward no.

Too small bathroom is tiny. Ok if you just want a base to sleep.

Insulation to review… if there is no noise outside or in the rooms next to it is good otherwise it is not the top… for one night only.

This would have to be the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. First off I was charged more than what I should have paid when I booked online, with no intention of the staff member to drop the price to what it should have been. The room is extremely small and the bathroom is a total joke. The shower is so small and if you dont close the shower curtain properly you can guarantee the toilet seat is going to get wet, the floor gets very slippery too. The push panel button that flushes the toilet was broken so when you had to flush the toilet you had to use two hands one to hold the push panel and the other to flust the toilet otherwise the panel will fall off, take a roll of toilet paper with you because the toilet paper they provide is like small tissues you blow your nose with. You only get one bathroom towel per person, which is fine but there was no floor towel or face towel. So we had to use clothing to stand on after showering. The room service was terrible the cleaners came in to clean our room at 9.30am, they will knock say room service and then they will open your door with no warning. The first morning I was half naked when the lady entered. This happened the 3 days we were there. On our 2nd day we spent the day at Disneyland to come back and find our room wasn't servised and beds not made. Oh and if you have a room with a bunk bed they will not make that bed so be warned.

Despite the friendliness of the staff I would not recommend this hotel. The rooms do not look like the pictures on the hotel's website. They are much smaller, with a very low ceiling. A claustrophobe wouldn't last 10 minutes. The whole looks clean but as soon as the door of the room is opened a bad odor coming from a toilet discharge is striking. The bathroom is tiny: it is very difficult to shower and even wash your face in the morning because the tub is very small and the faucet takes up all the room. Finally, the whole thing is very poorly soundproof and if you fall on neighbors who think only them, it is difficult to find sleep. On the other hand, the breakfast is very good. The agreement with the hotel restaurant located right next door to be able to restore without having to take back the car is convenient.

Reasonably priced, less than 10 minutes walk from Torcy RER stations and restaurants; and based in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Rooms small but clean, fully air-conditioned with a wall mounted TV.

In room 15 spring is smaller than mattress they change my room and keys are boring to have impossible d have the keys to the room at the bornne.
Have see staff undergoes the poor state of the material they are doing what they can to satisfy customers.

It is not bad value for money.

What sea hotel… Avoid! avoid! avoid! on everything cause reception frankly fake 31/08/2015 a receptionist at 01:30. I never leave even if it is never cheaper!

A very good value for money hotel, a great welcome to all time 24/24. The rooms are clean enough small but well we have not all :)
Breakfast at 4, €90 is a little expensive compared to the choice of the coffee products bread jam orange juice milk chocolate not Crescent no y chocolate bread this is the only downside.

Around the hotel is good, the reception is open 24/7, and also the check-in was easy. We had just under 1 1/2 weeks, previously booked and the night paid 44 euro. (p. P for us 22 euros) without breakfast.
The room is not the greatest but actually it is enough! We were 2 days at Disneyland Paris and that everything was okay. The train station is not far from the hotel.
A giant EKZ is also not far from the hotel, where you get everything!
We will be not the last time in the hotel.

Staff very friendly and welcoming and pro. That is the only good point of this hotel.
The room is tiny and dark. Inner insulation and outer mediocre. Clean linens but mattresses and pillows poor quality.
Free Wi-Fi, but you'll go (much) faster in 3G.
If you want to spend a night, why not. But to flee for a week.

Clean, easy to get to Torcy RER station for Paris and Disney, very good prices.

Suggestion, default WEB availability and proximity to Marne Valley. A forgotten emergency. Comfort medium and too noisy. Strong however point hospitality.
