➜ Having booked and paid for 2 rooms, and warned ahead of my arrival around midnight, I was told that no room was available! About 20 people in the same case as me that night, including people with babies. The receptionist offered us no solution, he called his manager who did nothing either, as for the management, they were not available! Result: some customers have returned to the road (sometimes for more than 4 hours! ), and others have slept in their car (some with a baby! ). In addition, he refused to refund us (while he did it just before for other customers! ). This is a clear scam and I intend to seize the crackdown on fraud.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel in May. After the first night we went to the reception because it was 24 degrees in our room (at night). There was then someone to create it, but this did not happen. After the second night we went to the reception again. We were then told that they could not mean anything to us because there was still warm air in the pipes. We were promised a refund. Now 3 months later we still have not received anything. We have called the hotel several times and they tell us to send us an email. We have done this too, but there is simply no response. Really ridiculous!
