Our hotel room was clean, but badly maintained. Broken and lose floor tiles, wall had staines on them, the shower curtain didn't close properly and this caused the bathroom to flud. But the bed was good and the location is also good.

As an apartment to go to spend a few days in the area and visit Disney, this great, but to rest does not serve much, too many children screaming out of time, dragging chairs and tables, without civics for the rest that we want to rest. It Is A small studio, the kitchen and the utensils need a renovation, the room is comfortable, although the sofa is something to be desired. Quality — price… Is chord.

Expensive and noisy at night impersonal little room pleasant.

Good budget stay. Ideal for 1-2 nights and 8 mins from Disney land. However 1 couple and a baby max for one room.

The room is not necessarily to the taste of the day and some small degradation but this remains minor given the price due stays.

Below average, overpriced, not so clean, noisy room, terrible bedding, smelly sheets, poor service. However, the local area is great. Safe, quiet, big shopping mall, big outlet, medical center, pharmacy, train station and variety of restaurants. I would not recommend this hotel unless it is the only choice available!

It is located next to a large shopping center and railway station. Disney is a 5 minute train ride away. The room has a cold floor and a small kitchen. The bathroom is small.

The accomodation was spacious and clean. It also included many ammenities with a well written guide in both French and English. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and comfortable place to stay, especially if you are going to Disneyland. It's also located near a large outlet shopping centre.

Really recommended for visiting Disneyland. Small kitchen, comfortable beds. But you have to live with small smears.

Correct. Good choice for visiting Disney with a small kitchen to not depend on spend in restaurants.

We stayed in a studio of 2 people: size right, half of cookware were worthwhile (pan with broken handle, pot without a handle, cracked lid, a single fork for two, without small spoons, a knife that did not cut because it was sharpened 2 centuries ago…).
In the first place, leaving the jams that formed water in the bathroom, including the shower and the sink, the bed sheets that covered the mattress were cracked all over the top. The cleaning service did not warn of when I was going to go to clean, they made the bed and cleaned (leaving everything that was not visible as the bottom of the dirty bed), but the next day went back through unknown causes to get rid of the bed and return to Dar Sá Banas for us to do.
He was breathing dust. The light box released lint that had not been cleaned since the years 80.
The TV command did not correspond with the TV model, lacked a battery and found it, yes, we found it inside a pillow.
Every complaint we had, the receptionist took it with calm and laughter, without solving anything. I am 22 years old and I do not have to be less, nor a reason for derision. Fortunately, one of the morning receptionist, who speaks 4 languages or more, helped us a lot, but you see that not all work equally.
To top it off, the Wi-Fi arrives when it wants, it switches off continuously.

He needs a renovation to the Apartments. Enough to go to sleep after a long day of park but little More. The kitchen is Minimal.

Very comfortable bed and quiet place. Can be expensive depending on the period but you have to aim for the promo.

The apartment is to be redone (old-fashioned, poor general condition). The sofa bed is uncomfortable and the hallway smelled like tobacco.

Hotel of not too many claims. Excellent x position x go to Paris and to Disneyland.

Room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant. Good range of facilities in room.

Perfect place to stay near Euro Disney for 3 nights. We're 10 minutes from the RER that takes us in 15 minutes to Disney. Hotel Residence easy to access and easy to find. Well located close to large area and shopping mall Val d'europe as well as Valley Mall. The hotel is very nice and very friendly by a young woman who will delight your children! The reception is very nice. Location is very good. Easy go to outlet and Disney land.

Is knows surplus that the quality in the hotels of Europe is "questionable", but a thing is that and another that not has service of rooms. You are perfectly arranged room upon entering and they forget it. Missing things by changing the towels under your stay or make you bed in the morning.

Very good value for money! Small kitchenette enough to have breakfast for those who do not take the buffet. Close to the great Park after busy days.

We find a very cheerful and always tuned team with its customers.
The shuttle to disney and the village of val in europe are two steps.
Locals are always very clean and good heat.
The kitchen is functional and well thought for small meals.

Very dirty appartment. Looks like a storm has hit it. Floors are sticky. Bathroom urine stains on the walls and radiator.
