Very good hotel, never disappointed. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, and quiet. Full breakfast. This hotel is my only address when I come to Disneyland, no stress to get there with their shuttle systems to go to the park directly. 2 steps from the shopping center, sincerely I recommend it.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. 11 of us stayed here for a hen party to Disney. Not far from the train station. The free shuttle to disney was great (and not too busy as this hotel was one of the first stops) Modern rooms. Very friendly and very professional staff. They looked after our luggage while we were waiting to check in, so we headed to Disney. Comfy beds! Nice bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again! USB plugs in rooms for charging phones etc was a modern touch.

Great hotel! Wonderful staff. Nice sized clean rooms. Breakfast was included and was AMAZING. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland that comes regularly. It only stops at 3 hotels and they are all close, so it doesn't take long to arrive. I would stay there again.

They had a shuttle to take the guests to Disneyland and back. The location was good. There were restaurants and a mall close to the hotel. However the corridors had a faint smell. Sometimes we had the same odor in the room as well. Don't expect any toiletries. All they had was only 1 small soap for 2 adults and a kid.

We stayed two nights in order to go to disney land. There are regular shuttles for free and we were really satisfied with the hotel. Clean, modern, good breakfast and good price. Outlet shopping, railway station and restaurants, all just next to the hotel in walking distance. We had a room without breakfast, so we paid separately for it as it is better than the one you get in the restaurants around it. They offer a buffet and you can freely choose and eat as much as you want, which is particularly good with small children. I give it 5 stars because value for money is outstanding.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as we were visiting Disneyland Paris and central Paris. This is a great hotel for a family. Very clean and modern. Staff are incredibly welcoming and very helpful. The breakfasts are fantastic. There is a very convenient and regular shuttle bus from outside the hotel to Disneyland. The train station to Paris is also opposite the hotel. (50 mins to Central Paris) I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough if your looking for a great and affordable place to stay for a family.

The rooms are cozy, breakfasts are ordinary no frills, do-it-yourself juice, eggs by yourself, water nose itself, mini bar consists of thermal water, had to ask for a late departure tt tc baby was a temperature of 39, said of course! At departure they said that you need to pay for it money is not sorry, just when asked and gave the go-ahead about it not a word said, saying the child is sick of course we can provide you with a room not up to 12 but to 14, and here so.

A great hotel for those wanting to go shopping and visit Disney Land. Pleasant staff, cozy clean rooms. Delicious breakfasts. Very tasty and inexpensive in the restaurant at the hotel.

It's a nice, cozy hotel. Good location, near a large shopping center, metro bus station. Disneyland bus tours from the hotel. The rooms are clean but small. For the bathroom give out (in my opinion) little accessories.

Hotel is nice and new, didn't have time to check any amenities. My most annoying complain is that there was a cracking noise from an ongoing opening and closing door during all night, I complained to reception twice but the problem was never sorted out or even looked at.

Really good experience here. Great to stay in if you are going to Disneyland. Also has a pretty good restaurant inside it, which you get 10 percent discount at for staying at the hotel. Hotel is clean, modern, and has a free underground car park. Would come here again.

The hotel was beautiful Scandinavian décor at the top. On the other hand the breakfast to help! of the hair in the jams. No good cheeses. Very limited in choice. Not good at all for a hotel of this type.
The air conditioning was weird. Either it warmed too much or cooled too much.

Perfect hotel near Disneyland with very helpful staff. Hotel have bar and good and modarately priced restaurant on site and gianr shopping mall across the street. Perfect place for visiting Disneyland.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. Its recently had a major revamp the rooms are modern and comfortable. Its very handy for Disneyland Paris with the free shuttle outside the door. We had a few issues this time but the staff at the hotel were excellent and helpful and resolved all in a satisfactory way. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Heat wave and no air conditioner, but great service. Free water to make up for the heat. The George Bar bartender was busy but super gracious. Clean, great beds, weird shower.

Very good hotel and much more affordable than the options within the Disneyland park. The staff were excellent and the attached restaurant has a really good breakfast buffet in the morning and makes a fab steak in the evening. Cocktails are really nice too.

The hotel is new. Unbeatable location, next to a shopping center and the station of the RER. Buses to Disney direct. Rooms quadruple spacious, but no wardrobe. The first floor somewhat noisy by the bar. Do not put a brush or toothpaste, nor accessories for shaving. Very friendly staff.

Great hotel close to Disney by bus. High-end rooms. Great Restaurant, go if you pass. The bar is chic with a wide variety of cocktails. One cocktail offered per person. I would definitely recommend this great hotel.

The hotel is clean and welcoming.
However, the location of the shuttle to Disneyland was not specified on the site.
Also, the room I was assigned was connected with another, so when the next room wakes up at 4:00 in the morning and the only thing separating us is a door not at all insulating, we appreciate the stay very little.
When at the restaurant I found very average on the level of quality and especially when you get served the dish at 11pm when we arrived at 21:30…

Great hotel associated with Disney. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Food in the hotel excellent. The only thing we did not like was the noise from the bar service for the night. Better not be on the first floor.

Very nice hotel, about 2km away from Disneyland with half hour free shuttle bus to Disneyland. The breakfast for 12 euros is great. Even at half past ten, everything is still being laid down. There is something for everyone. The rooms and bathrooms are generously cut, tastefully decorated and the beds very comfortable. Also the bathrooms are quite large and very elegant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only point of criticism is that nobody speaks German. At such a large hotel, with many foreign guests, especially from Germany, it would be appropriate to explain this at least in the afternoon and evening when the new guests come to someone in German everything.
But still always happy to return.

A very warm welcome despite our late arrival (5 am). A perfect breakfast for an optimal awakening, spacious and pleasant rooms, a bed to make fat mornings never to get up. A staff at a high level of hospitality with very good advice on activities as well as transport.

I would have put 5 stars if I had not had on the phone someone unpleasant to fix a parking problem.
Otherwise the hotel itself is excellent. The room was perfect, the breakfast was great. The place is awesome I recommend!

Very spacious, beautiful rooms!

Such a lovely hotel if visiting Disney! The rooms are large with a mini fridge, hairdryer, safe and USB ports beside the bed, which is a lifesaver! The staff are lovely and super helpful! The breakfast was perfect and constantly full! The restaurant for dinner is also gorgeous, and really reasonable! The shuttle to Disney is also really handy and goes back to the hotel until 12ish!

Very nice hotel redone recently, quality sleeping with dinner with small onion not hesitating to pass the meat to be perfectly to the customer's envy. Gently wake up thanks to the adjustable intensity light system and time to take a hot shower towards the reception room with breakfast which is made to satisfy both salty (British breakfast) and sweet mouths. And the most of the staff listened, kind, smiling. So I recommend.

The spacious rooms and good facilities with some maintenance problem. The breakfast is a disaster, it was all of the hands, overwhelmed, there was no coffee with milk, a bit of bread and ham York… the rest of things ran out and were not able to replenish in time. The location very good.

Chose to stay here after good reviews and good price but I really wasn't prepared for how lovely it was! Very friendly staff including staff at the hotel bar/restaurant. Includes a free shuttle to Disneyland too.

We had opted for the L ' Elysée Val d'europe because quadruple rooms were offered and we found the location close to Disneyland and the shopping centre very good. The hotel did not disappoint us in this Regard. It's great that there is a free shuttle bus that will take you to Disneyland within 15 Minutes. The breakfast is super tasty and the price is really worth it. For dinner, the restaurants are located in the shopping centre. The choice of restaurants is very good, the prices just OK and the quality satisfactory.
The approach was a bit stressful, as there is no reserved driveway and you — should not happen to be free parking — must park in the second row. But is not a big thing…

Ideal hotel, both for visiting Disneyland and Paris. The station for RER line A is across the square and takes you to Paris in about 35 minutes. The hotel is nicely decorated (and I think refurbished) and offers a restaurant and a cosy bar. I was staying in a “premium” room, and this was more than OK: spacious, good bed, water kettle AND Nespresso machine, fridge and safe. The free Wi-Fi is decent throughout the hotel. I’ll be coming back!

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, and I've stayed at a lot! Very friendly staff and most speak at least enough English to help you with most any situation. Very conveniently located across the street from both the train (RER A) and the bus pickup. Also, very close to Disneyland Paris for those planning on visiting the parks. They offer a free shuttle bus to/from the park throughout the day (and well past park closing).

I stayed at this hotel in December 2016 and now November 2017, excellent value for money, clean, spacious, modern rooms.

I've stayed in quite a few expensive hotels and apartments in France but none of them come as close to this hotel. It's very clean, modern, secure parking, fantastic staff, great restaurant and also it's located right opposite a big shopping mall which has a massive supper market inside it. There are also quite a few shops and restaurants around.

Nice place, very nice reception and facilities quite complete. Maybe some small retouching paints to do in the floors, otherwise very well for a 3 star…
I recommend, especially for a DISNEY weekend, located 2 km away. RER 200 metres.

Hotel recently renovated which gives a nice cachet instead. An excellent bar is available. The hotel is very close to the transport and the Val d'europe shopping centre.

Nice and convenient hotel, only 7' by bus (free) to get to Disneyland Paris, with really nice breakfast and good attentive staff (reception, room service and breakfast). The hotel is just a step away from a large shopping mall with supermarket and everything that you may need. Also is just one step from the train station that takes you directly to Paris or to the park. Been here twice and I'd surely think to go there again.

Wonderful hotel, restaurant and staff.

We have visited twice before and have two future bookings. So far we have been very impressed. It's one of the best off site hotels for Disneyland Paris and as there is a shuttle bus to the parks and you are moments from the RER it is easy to move around. We will be testing out the on site parking on our next visit. Looking forward to seeing the refurbished rooms.

Beautiful hotel with incredibly nice rooms and a huge breakfast buffet.

Hotel is not far from disneyland as well as being situated within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The train station is a 30 second walk. Rooms are a good size including all you would need for your stay. Food is good and no complaints if service. Would happily recommend.

An excellent hotel close to everything you could look for… The Disney Park is 5 minutes by RER, the shopping centre of the Val d'europe and Sealife are just across the hall.
Welcome, service, staff, professionalism: perfect.
Very nice and very friendly hotel.
A lot of change since the last time we went there. The diplomat bar has been totally refurbished, and its decoration is simply beautiful. Just like the restaurant Le Georges.
Regarding the rooms, we opted for the Executive Suite (formerly Tuilleries). Perfectly equipped and very spacious. LCD screen, living room, large bed, comfortable bathroom with dryer hair, nothing missing. We appreciate the view of this room on the mall. Well despite the world, soundproofing at the top.
The staff are courteous and professional, well attentive to the customer.
Check in as well as check out are done quickly (and with a smile! What is rare in France! ).
Breakfast does not suffer any shortcomings. In self service, very copious. The pastries are fresh, orange juice tastes like orange juice, not a taste of Tang or industrial as can be found in many hotels of the Disney Park. From salty to sweet, the breakfast is top to start the day well.

So close to Disneyland Paris. The area offers free shuttles to the parks. Very convenient. We upgraded to the newly renovated rooms. Very spacious. We had the use of robes and take home slippers. Loved our stay here. Will for sure return in the future.

Located in a small town just a few steps from the RER station and a shopping centre. Great solution to visit Disneyland.

Extensive recession to the hotel * Reception: The reception is very friendly, some staff are proficient in the English Language. Rooms are available on time for Check-in.
Rooms: sparsely appointed rooms, the closet reminds of hostel, the safe is very small. A purse and jewelry fits in here, but not a notebook. A small flat screen that also has a few German channels on Offer. Even to the street you don't hear much, the windows are very well Glazed. All in all a solid but need to renovate room. The beds were very good though.
Cleanliness: unfortunately, on arrival we had a dirty welcome card on the bed, which went through the hands of other Guests. The window frames could also have a rag to See. The rest however is befitting for a 3 star hotel Ok. The sanitary facilities are tidy.
Breakfast: taste thing — probably something for everyone.
Hotel-restaurant: madness! Price Performance mega! The food was just fantastic to the Point. I can't do better.
Hotel Bar: The Hotelbar is simply Flawed. We have received a voucher for 2 non-alcoholic cocktails due to renovation work on the 3rd Floor. Well, fruit juices served in the paper mug is definitely not a cocktail for Me. Also the bartender working alone, who makes and serves the drinks. The tables were dirty and despite repeated notice that he was immediately cleaning the table nothing Happened. Smooth 6!
Location: the location of the hotel is just Perfect. It doesn't get any better.

The only negative about this hotel is the rooms. The plus side to this is that they are currently renovating the entire hotel, which is due to end this May. Once the rooms are updated, this hotel is near perfect. Location is exactly what we wanted, free shuttle to Disney, train station round the corner that will take you to Paris, and a shopping centre across the road with a variety of shops and restaurants. The best part is that although the above mentioned, we never heard a thing. No renovation noise or traffic! Would definitely return after the complete renovation.

Quiet place at the gates of the Euro Disney amusement park. A Metro stop from the park allows you to stay at affordable prices compared to those in the park itself. Continental breakfast, large and comfortable rooms in French style (not very modern)

Very chic, brilliantly located and comfortable. Right opposite a huge mall which has stores for every Appetite. Highly recommend it, shuttle for Disney leaves from right across the hotel.

Located on the corner of a beautiful square. Friendly concierge, spotless lobby and cozy comfortable rooms.

Hotel premium, everything is nickel, clean and neat. All for an affordable price, the price/quality ratio is excellent. Finally, there are a few minutes away by RER to Disneyland, which makes it an ideal position to receive visitors from the Park (which indeed they understand as they propose tickets and a free shuttle bus to Disneyland). I recommend.

This experience + lunch at the deplorable service have finally convinced me: I n will not return!

Very close to the Disney parks!

The hotel is easily accessible from Disneyland Park thanks to a comfortable free shuttle (10 minute journey). The room was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. In addition, in front of the entrance to the hotel is the convenient Val d'Europe shopping centre (Auchan hypermarket and many shops)

Great alternative to disney hotels to visit the parks. There is a free bus in front of the Hotel in a few minutes will take you to Disneyland. The breakfast and the staff definitely available. Located in front of a large shopping mall/outlet.

— WLAN didn't work (they got it run a day later) — A/C in bathroom didn't work — Breakfast was so-la-la. Not much to choose — Breakfast environment was bad (staff did not recognise when something was missing, e. G. Spoons, plates, juice, …) — Equipment in the room so-la-la, however, the price too high for the offer — room service did not work (they don't exchanged the dirty used cups) + friendly + free shuttle to Disneyland + car parking All in all, I am not going to recommend it.

Good place to stay. First bus entry for disneyland paris line 50. So empty bus from the start. Also big shoping hall in front of the hotel. Service, Room and Parking was perfekt.

Stayed at this hotel in October 2014 for a short trip to Euro Disney. Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and great parking facilities (indoor parking garage). Room was large and clean. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
