Fuimos porque íbamos a Disney 3 días. El apartamento está muy cerca de Disney. Justo a la salida del apartamento hay una parada de tren para poder ir a París y ver la torre Eiffel. De la comida no puedo opinar ya que compramos comida en un súper qué está cerca y cocinamos. La habitación estaba muy limpia y había de todo. Colchas, mantas, toallas de sobra… Y el menaje de cocina también completo.

Great hotel. Clean and stylish. Easy transport to disney as right on metro which is 1 min walk. Shopping centre 5mins walk away. Great!

Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation just one stop away from Disneyland Paris. We arrived at midday after a long flight from Guadeloupe and, although when we enquired via email a couple of days earlier we were told we could check in early if a room was available, when we arrived we were told no rooms were available. We were able to store our luggage and go out for lunch at the shopping centre less than 10 minutes away. We ate in the bar/restaurant on the first night and they had run out of pizza for the children but other than that it was fine. The kitchenette was more than adequate to prepare our own breakfast and lunch each day and we ate dinner out but you could cook a basic meal with the hob and microwave. There is a useful little kitchen starter pack with a dishwasher tablet, sponge and washing up liquid. The self-service laundry was a welcome feature when travelling with young children but oddly we found hotel staff extremely reluctant to give change for the machines, as were the local shops and even the bank had a sign saying they did not give change! We therefore had to go to the supermarket in the shopping centre, use a €20 note to buy a packet of chewing gum and ask them for change! The room cleaning service was good, the children enjoyed sleeping on the bunk beds and there were plenty of towels and toiletries for the five of us. It was nice to have a bath after 10 days of staying in a hotel with showers only!

Great family hotel near Disney. Very nice square with lots to do one block over. Near mall. Great breakfast!

It remained a fantastic experience to stay… quite friendly and supportive staff. Perfect room arrangements and not to miss the breakfast. Highly recommended for a peaceful vacation stay.

No Freedom of Movement in the Bedroom.
Furniture old. 2 Lamps defective. Brewing Head hangs around like this. Badarmatur almost accommodates one. Balcony with Table and Chairs dirty.

We spent two days in residence apartment, friendly and courteous welcome, we enjoyed the location at 200 m from the entrance of the RER and close to the beautiful shopping centre Val d'Europe with very nice shops. (be careful not to heat the blue card too much)

Great place for a trip to Disneyland, 50 meters from the hotel station RER A, a three-minute walk shopping center with Ashaom. The only thing, water from the tap with lime, after boiling on the Ware white foam…

One stop from Disney station, next to the metro station, convenient transportation. There is a kitchen where you can make your own food, suitable for family accommodation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Very good location close to the RER and the shopping center. Being passing for one night we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are large, clean and clear. The décor is nice. The bedding is good. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages. Very convenient for a stay in Disneyland Paris.
We will return!

Excellent location close to disneyland, breakfast could have been better.

Well placed, the apartment is large. A 2 step from the RER, convenient to reach the Disney park. Nevertheless some details to be resumed: plates too large for the dishwasher, dishwasher broke anyway, grilled bulbs, broken foldable table. That did not prevent us from spending two good days. It's just a pity.

Good hotel and the location is close to val d'europe mall, la vallee and disneyland. The room has a mini kitchen which is useful. You can have a direct access from the elevator to the underground paid parkings of the hotel. They took time to check me in and when I wanted to check out the system was down!

I'll add some photos later but I'll review all the same. We've done the Disney hotels before and paid the price for something that's not really worth the extra money. We found this hotel literally one train stop from Disney. You come out of the hotel, walk 10 seconds and your in the train station. Also the same train station can take you directly to Paris City Centre. The hotel is surrounded by places to eat and we had the opportunity to try a few. There is a shopping complex about 5 minutes walk and it's the biggest we've ever been in. Think of the largest you've ever been in and times it x 5 and you'll close. The rooms are clean and suitable for a family. You get a room with a proper double bed. Living room has a single bed sofa and a double bed sofa. Toilet is by itself. Bathroom has a bath and a shower. Dish washer, fridge, coffee machine and microwave with a cooker top. No kettle, found that a bit bizzare. Safe in the room for valuables. TV, one in each room, if your looking English channels, don't bother looking, there's none to be found. Games room for the kids with pool table and table football. Bar onsite with loads of options. Bar food served up to 11pm. My advise go for the pizzas the pasta dishes arnt worth the money. Staff are pleasent and speak and understand English as well as French. We'll be back.

The room is OK. Good bedding. But no more. Elevator inconvenient. No lighting in the parking lot which is not worthy of a 4 *.

Nice and cozy place, clean rooms and very well equipped, good service, ideal to visit Eurodisney, train stop at the door of the Aparthotel.

Room dirty and run down.
No maintenance, no refurbishment.
Everywhere in the apartment were silver fish.
Walls, strips, ceilings, cupboards and floors were partly broken or very dirty.
Receptionist was rather annoyed by complaints and naughty in dealing with these problems.
Breakfast was ok but definitely not worth 4 stars. Every day one expects the same food and empty food will not be replenished at all or only very slowly.
Bartender was very friendly and accommodating.
We were 10 people and stayed for 5 nights!
Both apartments were in the same condition.
It was definitely the first and the last time.

Bubble bath, buffet breakfast and a door between me and my kids at bedtime! I am really warming to the French interpretation of "family room". Staff are all very efficient and polite too.

Very good stay perfect if you want to visit the Disneyland Park on several days thanks to the RER just a side.

A decent hotel and perfectly located, the value for money is very good for the area.

Not very close to Paris but I recommend the structure also for the presence of kitchenette.

Yes, there's a parking area opposite. Clean and comfortable, bed is comfortable. Not far from the city center, the downstairs is the bus stop.

This is my second visit here and my partners third. The staff are excellent, when we were checked in the man remembered my partners face and asked if we'd stayed before. That's a lovely human touch and really enhanced our first impression. Onto the room… What a pleasure to stay in somewhere that has equal measure of practicality and looks. The kitchen if basic but functional and well stocked. The king-size bed was firm but supportive and we loved having a separate toilet and bathroom. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for Disneyland Paris. It's within 100 metres of the RER station which is one stop to Disney, there is a train roughly every 15 mins. It only takes 4 mins on the RER to Disneyland and it takes 45 mins to get right into the centre of Paris. There is a huge shopping centre in Val D'europe with lots of shops which is less than half a mile to walk. If you want to be adventurous go two stops on the RER to Torcy where you'll find another big shopping centre and supermarket. All in all we have a couple of days left on our trip but our stay here so far has been brilliant and I can't recommend it enough!

The only good thing is the deal received by the staff who were always very attentive and friendly and close to the train station which is right across the street. The apartment was dirty to rage and the furniture half broken and worn. The laundry gives between grief and shame not only for the antiquity and state of the apparatus but of the huge dirt that covers them. We won't repeat.

Definitely an excellent aparthotel, the staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is excellent, the experience with them was wonderful, and they take care of all the details, it is definitely the best option if you want to visit Disneyland Park just 1 stop away.

Very clean and nice. The staff are friendly and friendly. The apartments are functional and have all the amenities necessary for a short stay. The location is ideal at the exit of the Metro Val d'europe.

Very well located aparthotel, just opposite the RER station. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable.

Actually thts me ning generous. Broken shower. Blanling you when you leave and return. Prices for drink astronomical. One hand towel for two people. House keeping clean your room about 4.39 to 5.30 pm. Rooms clean apart for the occasional spder. Being a veggie at breakfast all I could was bread and butter and coffee. 20 pound plus per day. Well worth the money. Paid for a double bed like my Room got two singles. I will put a awesome recommendation on trip adviser. Tui just sold me this for a sale and some staffs bonus. Nice value for money. Spacey and refurbished appartments. Equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher and refridgerator. Excellent beds. Situated in a new village at the east of Paris (39km's from the Eiffel Tower). A safe environment with a metrostation at just 80 meters away. Recommended for a visit to Disneyland and Paris.

Superb value for money. A good hotel with spacious rooms (apartments), well-equipped kitchen and superb cleaning service.
As bad points the heating is central to 21-22 degrees and cannot be modified from the room so depending on how fríolero or hot it is each one may not be to your liking. On the other hand, the apartments for three or four in the basic version are composed of a sofa-bed in the living room and a room with a bed of 1 ' 60 separated both by a sliding door. Depending on the intimacy shared by the people who share the apartment will be enough or not but it is well to know.
Finally, the hotel does not have a meal-dinner service, leaving its dining room only for breakfast (at 12-15 € per person).
The area is great, right in front of the RER that takes you to Paris or Disneyland and very close to a huge mall with everything you might need. The price up to Paris is €7 per person/trip and Disney €2 per person/trip.

It's a good place to go with the family. Near the metro, and a stop from Disneyland… Clean and beautiful… Just a hit that not all your workers speak Spanish.

A great hotel to stay with kids near Disneyland. Responsive staff, delicious and varied breakfasts, clean and cozy. The big plus is the 50m RER stop. You can get anywhere in Paris and to Disney 5 min. (1 stop). Recommend!

I've only been there four days, and I didn't have much perfect.

All phenomenal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location 1 minute from the train station that takes you anywhere in Paris. To a Disneyland stop. I would advise and repeat insurance the next time we visit Paris.

Excellent for its proximity to the Eurodisney, supermarkets and shopping malls are also nearby.

An excellent hotel for a budget. Both the room itself and the bathroom are spacious. Facilities were clean. The RER stop is only a minute away and bus services just a few more. Would stay again.

Great location for Disneyland and also getting into Paris. Only a few minutes walk from Val d'Europe RER station but in a quiet area. Check in was fast and easy and staff were friendly and efficient. The room is extremely well thought out and has everything you need for a short self catering stay.

I stayed there for three consecutive months. The best Appart hotel, with rooms equipped with a good kitchenette, a convertible sofa and a bedroom with a double bed. Full of services (printer, children's playground, laundry, bar…) and especially a very nice staff and that helps a lot in case of emergency.

Classic French Hospitality, as professional as it is detached. Great solution to go to Disneyland. Great apartment but poorly distributed. French double bed, that is small. I put 3 out of 5 because in the morning they forgot to reseat the room.

Very nice hotel, nice welcome, courtesy tray On arrival (coffee pod, tea bag, milk concentrate, sugar, cakes), well equipped and clean room (kitchen with cutlery, pots, plates, bowls, glasses, microwave, kettle, Coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher), small samples for dishes as well as for Bath, several towels in the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. The RER is right in front of the hotel, and is less than 10min walk from the Val d'europe shopping centre.
Only downside, the air conditioning is a bit noisy but we had a nice stay at this hotel which I would recommend, and I would definitely come back!

Very clean and tidy. Beat my expectations for position with it being right at the train station so within 3 minutes you're at Disneyland. Also within walking distance is an impressive shopping mall and some great eateries. Highly recommend.

Fridge broke overnight leaving all our food spoiled. Eventually got staff members to replace the fridge and compensate us for the food but the way we were being talked to made us feel as if it was our fault. Spoiled mood for the entire day.

Perfect hotel to stay with family when visiting Disneyland Paris. Friendly personnel, great breakfast (try the strawberry pie! ) right near the train station! Only one stop to Disneyland.

Accustomed to come to this hotel, I always was satisfied except during my last stay
Unpleasant home (I will not mention his name, but man, fifties, tall and gray hair with baldness)
The room was still not ready despite my late arrival to 16h10 from when it should have been ready for 3pm.
No excuses and no commercial gestures. Was forced to upgrade to the heart after 20 minutes of waiting because no room was ready.
Also the upgraded room was less well appointed than the one I originally booked.
The rest of the staff is welcoming I have no complaints about it.

We came to the hotel because of the Disney land. We got a family room on the ground floor. The reception took an extremely long time and there was no one there except us. After a long journey, prepare yourself to fill in the form with your passport information… and wait for the receptionist to check the papers of other clients before she turns to you. Frankly, I was very enoyed, as they already have all the information — complete waste of time. The doors to the hotel are always locked and the key that they give doesn't work, so you have to ring the reception every time you come in. Not very welcoming. The room was OK, except that the dishes were not clean and one of the cupboards' doors fell on me because it was detached and broken. Thanks God, it didn't land on the children. They suggested another room but much smaller and with one bed less! The sink in the washroom didn't drain. The gave us 3 tea bags and 2 cookies to 4 people in the room. Overall, we didn't enjoy our stay and won't be back but fortunately we didn't come for the hotel. The commute was very convenient though.

Fantastic hotel, very close to the RER a which takes you directly to Dineyland or in Paris, recommended for families and couples both for visit to Paris and only for Disneyland.

Very comfortable Hotel, the rooms are real mini apartments with kitchen-living room with mini refrigerator Xon Frizer, mini dishwasher, crockery, pots and cutlery, and of course bedroom and bathroom. The only drawback is far from Paris, but on the other hand the hotel is next to the metro station.

Very pleasant, smiling, attentive staff. Unfortunately it is a bit noisy but we are in the Paris region! Arriving from the province very quiet, I'm quickly used. And we got a bigger than expected apartment! In short, awesome!

Exclusive Residhome Aparthotel in Val d' Europe was the worst accommodation I had ever stayed in some of the staff very unfriendly especially the females. I left the room and my child's heart medication in the refrigerator forget and as I, also called a few minutes later she said that she it into the trash can tossed, because she could distinguish it from food in the refrigerator not? The person in charge had a very poor attitude in our front office. In any case never again.
