Good location next to Val d'Europe and the RER to go to Disney. Clean and quiet rooms, nice welcome. Breakfast enough to start the day.

Great hotel. Very good location. The breakfast was excellent. Parking in basement paying. We'll come back.

The bed is not very comfortable! The parking lot is paying! For breakfast there is a choice! The RER just next door and located not far from Disney! I prefer to go to the b&b which is located a little further but cheaper and more comfortable with free parking!

Excellent chain hotel at one Metro stop from the entrance of the park…

Literally right next to the Train station. Best value if you want to go to Disneyland. There's also a big mall just walking distance from it. Bed is comfortable, everything was very clean and staff was very friendly! We were allowed to leave our luggage in storage after checking out so we could enjoy the parks. Great value!

Perfect if you're going to Disneyland! Great rooms, great staff and amazing Italian food in the restaurant downstairs!

The bedding to be lived must make great change (room 431). Very friendly staff except the one we were entitled to on 16/12/2017to 21H… very unpleasant, no way to have a plate in the room while the day before no worries, in short, and it was the same during another stay. It has nothing to do as an employee in this hotel in contact with the clientele. Then, breakfast level is the Ibis quality (mostly frozen). A press machine the oranges would be welcome. Fare level is very correct and it is ideal to go visit Disney. In the end, mid-range hotel, ideally located but with an employee to be fired quickly.

Great value 100 metres away from the train for Disney and Paris and about a 10 min walk to Val Dr europa shopping and restaurants.

Very good value for money clean convenient to all services and center. Decidedly the aesthetics is a bit bad but ultimately acceptable.

Great budget hotel. Very close to station and shops. Super friendly staff. 2 stops from Disneyland. Only issue is mattress is like a camping mat.

Rooms bad cleaning and smoke smell. Very nice people in the reception.

Nice, clean hotel.
Only big downside the rooms feel the dry wet or a smell of old may be of the product on the carpet.
I had room 310. Having detected the smell, I asked to change a room. They gave me the 319 and I got exactly the same smell.
I recommend so any this for now.

I was very disappointed. I want to warn the person live Ibis budget like me ' before).
I booked for a week on the site, 1 adult and 1 child 9 years old + small lunch.
In other ibis budget such as the ibis of the puy in velay, the breakfast are included in those of the parents.
but not ibis budget Val europe, I have paid a little more than 40 euros to arrive.
If I had known I would have chosen another Hotel.

Having stayed there a number of times, we have never been disappointed. Ideal for Disneyland Paris.

I saw the precedent advise after booking the hotel. I would probably not book this hotel based on that advise. The hotel is now called "Ibis Budget", not anymore "Etap Hotel". It has probably been totally renewed since the previsous comment because I found it totaly clean, and perfectlly aceptable for a low budget hotel. As for every low budget hotel, you have to pay when you check in, at least in France. Nothing strange about that. The Wifi is available for free in all rooms. The only point where I agree with the previous comment, is the parking. Be advise that parking is free for 1h. After that it is 7€ for 12h, in 1 shoot. This means that if you get out of the parking with your car and get back again before the end of the 12h, you pay again 7€. The underground (RER) is 40m from the entrance of the hotel. And is only 1 exit away from Disneyland. If you are used to Sheraton or any other 4star hotels, you won't appreciate this hotel. If you are not, ot's a good hotel to spend a few nights.
