What a super clean, spacious hotel with an Excellent Breakfast. We really loved the convenience of being close to the Metro and Indigo Parking by the Hotel. But having a really clean hotel with an amazing staff, which was so helpful, and an excellent breakfast which included everything you could possibly imagine. What a great way to see Paris and it's surroundings.
It’s a new and lovely hotel that recently opened. The room is well appointed and good to have usb-a plugs installed bedside. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tim. Housekeeping was also great and kept our room clean. A couple of suggestions to improve the room: could have usb-c and multi-plug installed, and also have a hair conditioner in the bathroom.
The Villette neighbourhood is friendly and near supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
We were absolutely delighted with our stay. We had a large group with a total of six rooms, and throughout the course of our stay were repeatedly impressed with the level of customer service from the front desk staff, the friendliness of staff throughout the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, and in general, how delightful our stay was. As we were there for several days, we did take advantage of the laundry facilities, and were very grateful that that was available and easy to use.
