BED BUGS! Keep as far away as possible. Had a group of 17 here and rooms were deplorable. At least 1 room had to be changed for bed bugs. Stay at your own risk.

The room was modern and newly furnished. The breakfast buffet was not very large but fine. Mirror eggs can be prepared for yourself.

Great hotel in an okay location. The rooms can get pretty warm in the daytime but they are perfect at night. The area can get a little sketch at night. Just be careful and don’t walk alone at night and you will be fine.

A nice hotelroom, but the bathroom was not the best. Service eöwas unfriendly at night, friendly in the morning. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is clean. For me the rooms were small. At the same cost you get good apartment hotels with better facilities. The biggest problem I see with the property is not having a microwave, storage for clothes and shower size. Storage is there but pretty tiny. I am average built, for me the shower was too congested.

In the center of the defance and very close to the center of Paris, they have computer problems in the sense that they always ask the same things even if you went 50 times you have to register always.

Frankly. A 3 star hotel in construction. Assessors down three days. Home of F1. The only top is the kindness of the staff who suffer from this situation as guests.

Hotel in works, obliged to come out and cross a place to arrive in his room, breakfast little hearty, obliged to rid oneself the table to be able to eat… A good spot for bedding!

As it is right now, except if you have business in Nanterre, I would advise you against going to this hotel. Let's get the nice things first: — Hotel rooms are big. I was upgraded (but I suspect that's 90% of the people going there) to a privilege room. During check in, all the people around me (4 other rooms) were being upgraded. — People at check in and in general in the hotel are very nice. Friendly and joyful. They're the ones preventing me from putting 1 star. Bad things: — This should be called Mercure Nanterre, the "grande arche" is not close at all. About 15 minutes walk. — It is noisy. I was offered either a renovated room on the 4th floor or a new room on the 7th. They told me that the rooms on the 4th floor are a bit noisier (the RER trains go under the hotel). Even on the 7th, you will hear the trains. It is not very loud but it is there. — Renovations. I won't comment on the decoration of the old rooms but the renovations themselves are painful. On the second day, no lights in the corridors, TV and Wi-Fi were out for a while. Hotel restaurant (for those who care) is not available. Breakfast feels more like a survivor TV show (for 1st world people) where you need to gather what you need for breakfast while in rude competition: table, cutlery, mugs, bread, butter, glasses are scarce. Around the hotel you have some restaurants and shops, while not charming, they do the job decently.

Noisy. It's on top of the RER station.

Worst home ever known in a Mercury: hostesses who do not know how to make a simple "hello" that we seem to bother, a shower clogged because the water does not flow well, vibrations felt in the room due to the RER A although we were on the 5th floor E T a bad housekeeping in addition… In short we certainly do not recommend. Go your way.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although if you want to visit Paris in a little away from the tourist attractions.

The small snag is the service of the Sunday morning breakfast… it lacked everything: squares, cutlery, yoghurts, bread… Damage.

Rooms were okay, the breakfast could have been significantly more possibility upstairs.

Stayed two nights for a training, and this is really a place I would recommend!
It's beautiful, it's all freshly renovated, the staff is present, available and incredibly nice and attentive, nothing to complain!
The rooms are impeccable, small plus for the king size, the coffee machine, the huge TV and the USB plasts for the recharge of the appliances, the bathrooms are large, clean and the Italian showers is top!
A really nice place to do and do it again without hesitation!

The host booked us rooms at this hotel. The convenient location allows you to get to Paris in a short period of time. The hotel is divided into two buildings. The rooms are large and light. Daily housekeeping, delicious breakfasts. But why on every floor crab tracks are not the first freshness? Yes, and there were a couple of moments with electronic keys to the rooms) )

A four star hotel with a four star design in a four star environment.

The reception is very good and that's about the only positive, the insulation of the room was mediocre, both in the cold and the sound. The building vibrates at every passage of the subway, we hear the street as if we were there and the window allowed to pass the cold…

I spent two nights 7/8 February 2018 for professional appointment, shower yellow and dirty water (photo and video to the press), hygiene to review and the attic bite of bed flea reconfirmed by my doctor 5 days later. Health hazard I strongly advise against.

Price in the context of Parisian conditions.

Room on the first floor of good standing! clean, decent mattress, breakfast with lots of choice…
The only negative point is the RER a from the room (on the first floor)!

Did have a small problem finding it as it's not that close to the grand arch. However the welcome was warm, the room well appointed and the restaurant ok.

The Least: — no catering offered on Sunday Evening.
— Television does not work very well — you hear the RER very well every time you pass it.
Most: — Gym — staff available — clean hotel.

Justito in cleanliness, state of the room and general appearance. Well located and at least with comfortable bed. I think you will find better option A in Paris price/quality ratio.

Perfect location to visit the clock Arena and visit La Defense.

I did not like that many rooms are separated in another building regarding the reception… that yes the Hitel is Cerquisima from REE to.

Super disappointed for 260 euros I wish I could sleep! Not soundproof at all. There is a real job to be done on this. The average bedding, not great pillow at all. A small bottle of water lost in the fridge. The room next to the deco could not be simpler, the same not complicated to bring it up to date! Used to the Novotel standard, I thought a step up. Yes for the price! I'm usually pretty easy to please and love to put nice reviews but the impossible! Damage. Only positives the staff very friendly and nice breakfast.

Dark basic room, bath water won't empty, Aircon not working… all for 200Euros. Very overpriced and in need of a referbushment.

Old room but quiet hotel.

Cannot fill bath for a BATH since the faucet is fixed for showers only. No dinner provided on Sunday nights (even though the menu says so… apparently an error), no microwave or proper cups or mugs (you are given 2 paper cups per day) … pretty basic. Other than that… bed very comfortable and breakfast very good. Certainly acceptable if on a budget.

The Mercure hotel is more exceptional for me, on July 21st and we are newlyweds, I am happy to spend my beautiful moments where I left unforgettable memories in Paris.

This place do not deserve 4 stars. I got room with dirty toilet… terrible smell… disgusting! Refrigerator (minibar) is not working. They do not change sheets. Can't believe this hotel do not have any standard of quality… So bad I can't give it minus 5 stars. It really deserves! But nice and friendly stuff.

Located above the Nantarre Préfecture RER Station. Rooms are small/moderate size enough for 2 people to share. Service is great.

Deserves a rejuvenation cure: faded paints, damaged furniture, limited but clean sanitary facilities. And the noise of the street…

Hotel rooms were big but in all honesty was dated. Additionally my room phone didn't work and asked reception to bring me some food at night and nothing turned up. Fine for work but I wouldn't stay there again.

I stayed here for 1 night on business. The service here was fantastic. Reception staff were very helpful, and the restaurant staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately, my experience of the rooms was nothing like the photos. Instead, they were extremely tired, not particularly clean and in a desperate need of an update. The carpets were stained, marks all over the walls, bodge job fixes in the bathrooms, rotting and chipped wood, a shower that didn't work and that had a ridiculous design — the shower is at the open end of the bed (away from the shower door) and without a way to stand under it. Whilst the hotel has good rail access, it passes right underneath the hotel and can be heard quite clearly in the rooms, even when put on the 4th floor.

Close to the rer and it's very convenient. Otherwise we hear them all pass. The rooms are dated and the toilets and sdb are in poor condition.
Excellent breakfast but considering the price it's a minimum.

Spacious apartment. Very professional and very friendly reception. Rooms unfortunately have a big refreshment and to be expected. Fridge of the years 40 as the rooms. It doesn't match a four-star. … I had hotels much cleaner and newer for less than SA. Very disappointed. In short I would definitely not recommend it's apartment. 2 Stool for a 4-person apartment. Hair dryer of the Middle Ages.
Kitchen closed with a key car open on 4 nights (we stay 3 nights) This was not indicated on the website. And I pass…

Room clean but sign of aging too fast /entretien.

Perhaps the fact of going through booking? We would have harvested one of the rooms reserved for this type of customer?
Moldy bathroom, hair in a Cup, bar loose threshold, we are three and should share us a high stool (higher than our little girl three years old! ) … As for the mattress, he lived! What every morning back pain!

Straightforward hotel. Lacks a spa/sauna and a cosy bar to unwind.

Got good commercial rates and it did the job. It's not central Paris, but good for working.

The room is spacious but several devices were not functioning (coffee maker and hair dryer). The price of the night these little annoyances are unwelcome. The restaurant is very nice. You can go without being hotel guest.

Nice hotel, small room, office buildings around. Pretty far from centre.

Needs repair. Does not look like the website at all. Very basic accomodations for an exorbitant price. Stay away if at all possible!

Summarily good. RER Station at 50 meters and Metro ' about 1km. Breakfast was good You can have included in the price the parking or the ticket of the vehicles for Paris. As always lacks however the bidet.

We stayed for two weeks in apartment room 523. We were supposed to be in 623 but changed due to the heavy smoker in the room before us. It is supposed to be non smoking but obviously some dont follow the rules. The hotel staff gets an A+ for their effort to provide customer service. We only had two issues which may or may not matter to you. Ice is hard to come by if you like it in your drinks, and the 1 washer and 1 dryer we were told would be available during our stay were broken and there did not seem to be any burning desire on the part of the hotel to fix them. We cleaned clothes old school in our room as dry cleaning and laundry locally is available at an obscene price. The room was adequate in all other areas. This was our first paris visit and the hotel was ideally located for what we were doing. Next time I will splurge and probably stay at the Renaissance la defence parc by marriott. Twice the price but the hotel is much newer and the defense parc area has a huge mall right there. This hotel is ok but if you can afford it try the renaissance la defense you will like it and the location better. Good things about this location: friendly staff, italian chinese turkish food close by, franprix grocery next door, huge park next door, and a few cafes. Not the worst and not the best. Easy train acces to paris.

Old, not maintained, dark and unwelcomming rooms. Avoid if possible! Price ridiculous, even for Paris!
