Well, it is a budget hotel and meets all expectations, I can say. Hotel location gives it all the points and does not lag behind in service either. Staff is polite and helpful, rooms are very small … apt to sleep though. I liked their arrangement of separate bathroom and toilets which allows multiple people to get ready together, you need a lot of time out in Paris! Breakfast is simple and continental, good enough. They have luggage room to help you on check-out day as well.

It's okay type budget hotel. Can be improved.

We left two jackets in the hotel, and after having sent three messages and called by phone, have not deigned to answer. The loss is our responsibility, but the lack of education and little concern towards your customers says very little about the installation. We are still waiting for response after 2 months…

Nice hotel. Walkable bus stop nearby … rooms are cozy.

Service discriminatory the 3mpleados have rooms but they say they don't have to see 50 euros they will pass some kickbacks.

Economically interesting. Located 5 ~ 10 minutes from the Metro Porte d'orléans, it has everything to please but: — Arrival: Wrong room given and it was not empty — door to code, the worried blow: When the code changes?
— WC in the room: no lock and door which does not make all the height (space up and down) — shower cabin in the room without lock (and with a hole for handle) and partially transparent glass (will be hidden only the belt, we're family! ) — Double bed and mezzanine: Two independent single beds with box spring which is a plank of wood all on wheels and the bed of the mezzanine was not done (I understood why before doing it myself) I could have put the average because the hotel is qua nd even quiet, well located and the all cheap at all. But the stress of this room to code and without privacy! Is it to justify the Ibis style that is next door?

Location: About 150 metres from Porte d 'Orleans Metro Station. There is also a good selection of pubs & small restaurants.
Reception with good English speaking staff and lots of vending machines (drinks, sandwiches, sweets, nibbles — can also be found in a small shop in front of the metro — entrance or during the day in the Lidl opposite tram — Porte d 'Orleans stop, about 200m. Buy removed).
Rooms: Very small, purposefully furnished, clean. Shower, toilet, sink available, everything works well, but not a real bathroom. No wardrobe. In the 3-bed room 3rd bed across the Queen Size bed. TV: Sat1 Austria only, CNBC, RAI1 & TVE, plus about 30 French stations.
Breakfast very simple: Bread, croissants, tea, coffee, chocolate, plus A — & O — juice, jam. Also available at the bistros on the Porte d 'Orleans at similar prices.
Public parking in front of the house (Sundays, holidays free), behind underground parking (€ 14/24 h). Right next to it is a Novotel.
The house is clean and tidy, but price and performance are just on budget — level. For Paris, the situation is absolutely right.

Fire alarm at 7:30. No explanation!
We are found stuck in the stairs: possible to enter the stairs but not to get out: great!
Otherwise quiet hotel and good bedding.
Pity to have put the shower directly in the room, without door of separation…

The location of the hotel is quite good already, that near passes the tram and the metro. The two stars that I give this hotel is the location and the soundproofing that has (despite the fact that it is an area with a lot of traffic within the room do not hear anything). Now… the rooms are small, very small, we were two adults and a child and there was no more space to quit the topa. It lacks a wardrobe, there is only a stool and a coffee table. We had to leave the clothes in the suitcase to be able to "walk the room". The bathroom door is made of wood with an opening at the top and bottom, with which the odor that may come out of the bathroom… is unbearable considering that the rooms may NOT be open, and privacy is scarce. A esclbilla bathroom very basic no with which you can't clean your A mini sink without hair with just a bar of soap and two disposable plastic cups preside over the room and a shower-type caravan with a transparent door glass does not invite nor a lot of privacy in the room. In order. The towels that are there are microscopic as well. The Wi-Fi don't even try because it does not connect ever. Yes the hot water and heating 9! We didn't go cold in the room at any time. Nearby there are several cafes where we had breakfast good for 7-9€. The girl who greeted us when we arrived, we knew to speak English and was quite friendly. To go in pairs for a short period of time this passable. To go for three I don't recommend it.

74 euros for a room where the heating does not work and without breakfast included, it is rather expensive! Fortunately, inside I am very warm…

There's budget chain hotels (and I have been to another IBIS Budget before), and then there is whatever this hotel was. It wasn't quite 1* bad, but I can't bring myself to give it 3*. The rooms are seemingly laid out to be purposely inconvenient, toilet in one compartment with no lock and open at the bottom, shower on another side which is see through and has a mirror opposite it so while you shower anyone else in the room can see you. The sink is in the main room next to the shower, it's not bad but the whole thing could be closed into a single bathroom and it would make much more sense. The rooms had sealed windows which couldn't be opened and the air con was dubious and it didn't seem to warm the room up thus it was quite chilly. As for size, the rooms are very small and the decor is tasteless. We asked for a hair dryer at least 6 times across 3 nights and they kept telling us to come back later. If you are considering this hotel and aren't quite on a shoestring budget, pay a little more for something better.

Nothing wrong at all. Just very basic indeed. Location is good for Porte d'orleans on line 4 of the metro. Sound proofing means you do not hear the road outside. There are many cheap eats nearby. There is free Wi-Fi and one English TV channel.

Please do not booking in this hotel… All cheating business happening here. The taxi services are double… Staff may be involved in some cheating business. Taxi service of prestige voyage was booked by the lady staff to the airport and the driver charged 110 euro. Taxi number: EC 645 NJ. I am looking for refund from the company to my PayPal account.

Right place.
Room very small but clean. The room had only small single beds.
There is a Novotel and an Ibis style, right next door.
Services rather consistent with the price.

Horrible service. The second bed in the room wasn't made and we had to make it ourselves. We lacked a towel and at the reception: after unacceptable looks, they gave us two bath towel rugs instead of one normal towel, being one of them dirty. I will never come back to this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff are friendly and speak English. Rooms are clean, Wi-Fi available, breakfast good and not expensive. The hotel is close to the metro from where one can reach the city centre quickly. There are alot of restaurants and other shops near the hotel. We also had the Eiffel Tower view from our room.

The room was very nice and tidy and staffs were really helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very cheap and close to metro station and the ring road of Paris. Rooms small, but complete, great for back to sleep, and the rest of the day visiting the city.

Shocking group of hotels, don't ever believe anything regards this place or any other under the umbrella of ibis hotels…

Exceeded expectations. As my colleague and I in the short term, there is no room in the us famous Hotels in Paris have received, "had" we the IBIS BUDGET Dodge. The two rooms were very clean, well maintained (as new). Although small, everything was very effectively arranged. 2x small Doppelbeet + Kinderhochbett. The Breakfast for 6€ had a very good PLV. All around pleasantly surprised.

Staff very friendly and Nice. Clean room but the drinks machine was not working properly.

I came to this hotel a day earlier on 26th and tried to get some assistance. Girl on the speakerphone didn't speak any English… she was saying "Sorry, but I don't listen"… then I got in to plug my laptop to get the order id… shortly hotel manager (short dark hair guy… around 50 years old) got down and started to YELL on me because I plugged my laptop in restricted area. He was extremely RUDE. The worst service person I had to deal with. He said they don't have rooms, which is ok, but he also said I have to get out of hotel and come back on 27th… didn't help in any way or suggested another place I can stay on 26th. I booked a room for 3 adults with 3 beds. Next day I showed up same hotel manager gave me a key but when I came upstairs I found out that there are 2 beds. I went back to hotel manager asking for another room with 3 beds explaining that there are 3 adults, no couples and we can't sleep together. Again, manager was extremely rude and said "you want a refund or what? "… That was a finish for me. Choosing Porte de Vanves Etap Hotel ruined my trip to Paris. Worst customer service I've experienced ever.
