Hotel in the near suburbs of Paris.
It is right next to a metro station and close to the city center.
The street is quiet.
The rooms are OK, but if you want to sleep the window open, it is to be on the inner courtyard only on the street because of the Metro line.

You can spend the night, but little more. The attention was downright bad, there was no elevator for the luggage, counting only a narrow spiral staircase to climb. The good thing is that it is relatively central, and there is a subway station next door.

Great place. Cozy atmosphere.

Good value for money, Malakoff. Room and welcome good. Breakfast a bit expensive (€8), but undrinkable coffee. A 20-minute walk from the fairgrounds. I recommend for small budgets. You'll drink tea.

I spent a good mom from Anne set hotel it's Leparadi.

Lage ist gut, obwohl außerhalb. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und Metro und Bus. Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich gereinigt. Es gibt ein öffentliches Parkhaus für 12 Euro für 24 Std. Es ist im Hotel schon recht laut (sind die Gäste)

First of all, I have to say that the very friendly portiers are on site and the reception is 24 hours.
From the outside a beautiful building. — from the inside, I'll call it a familiar one. The rooms are clean!
The location is good, 3 minutes to the metro and 5 to the bus stop.
Bust/Cafés Sundays also market, can be reached by short walk (2-3).
There is no hotel car park. — A public park house is 2 minutes away. Open 24 hours, €12 per 24 hours.
Television, only French broadcasters.
I would book it again.
Some things could, should be put right.
Water in the bathroom, loose, as well as the shelf.
Various grids should be used to be renewed.
Lamp at the bedside loose.
The window frames and windows in the rooms and hallway require basic cleaning.
The hotel in a 2 star hotel, but it is good …

Not bad, but some material degradation to repair (window that does not close for example) and pity that you can not regulate the heating in the rooms! I was way too hot!

Fair hotel with clean sheets. Doesn't have a lift. Far away from the city. However very close to the Metro station.

Small hotel, not bad for a 2 ☆, quiet and clean, the rooms are quite small but comfortable, the downside is that the bathrooms are tiny… but overall it is a good value for a hotel in 2min from Paris.

A nice quiet spot in the hustle and bustle of Paris. I had a very good weekend there. I want to especially thank the staff at the top of the top and frankly friendly!

For the positive points if we look good, the bedding was good and access to the Metro very close.

The shower floor is not attached to the bathtub and it is too long compared to the length of the bathtub.

The terrace is very pleasant.

The hotel is okay for one night. For the fist look it seems that it has been recently refurbished, but there is was dirt at the wall in my room and the paint flake off the door. All in all okay for the price. The guy at the reception had a serious cold, not so nice when he touches the key and your belongings.

The hotel is very good. Near Subway.
