There are good prices, however it is not really well cleaned (bathroom and kitchen utensils).

Value for money completely absent. Cleanliness to put into question. No television. No shower gel, no soap, no conditioner. Studios away from the reception. To avoid.

To flee! The bed was a wooden plank, the room far from the address indicated on the site, a shame for the hotel.

We rented three studios, rue Dollt in Malakoff. The house has four for info.
The location is nice, quiet and less than five minutes walk to the subway, it's perfect. Plus, part of the street is in free parking, we found 2 places (one Saturday), economical at the time.
The studios are properly equipped with mezzanines to optimize the number of sleeps.
It is a pity that they are better maintained. The cleaning is not optimal when it would be enough to have a little bleach from time to time to avoid the small moulds in the bathrooms that spoil a little the picture.
Note that the studios at the bottom are wetter so even more subjected to mould. Too bad, a little extra effort could have made a more star…

Doesn't even deserve a star.
We stayed for 5 days in this place, spent a night in the cold, the radiator being broken.
Dirty sheets, uncomfortable mattresses, bathroom with mould, clogged shower…
It was a very nice Hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. These pictures are false. The old wetroom with old equipment. I got the room for 3nights but I coudn't stay there. I had to got another room in another hotel and return key without any money back. The reception is in the Agustin domount street and the hotel is about 1 km away. no one is accountable. I think if someone wants to travel and go there better cancel the trip.

Studio located on the first floor of a house. The ground floor was actually an 8-person dorm. Pretty noisy. No information about it when booking. Otherwise good quality studio. The coffee maker and the washing machine were missing…

Horrible place. Booked last minute Bc lack of options. Like another reviewer said, you're better off sleeping on the side of the street than pay for the disguising room they give you. Upon entering there is an overpowering stench of musk and damp stale air. Not sure if the bedsheets were washed as multiple people in our group found short squiggly (pubic? ) hair on the beds. The duvet and pillows were given with separately covers that look like they've been there since the French Revolution and feels scratchy as hell. Found a bunch of hair and dust balls when I entered the room. Don't expect great hygiene. I slept with my sweater over me instead of the given covers. My biggest complaint is that the reception and actual hotel are at least a fifteen walk from each other. Also this is not a hotel at all like it was advertised to us. This is a hostel cohabited with other youths. Biggest regret ever booking this place, stay somewhere else when you're in paris.

A modest studio apartment perfect for non-fussy travellers. Very close to metro, with a grocery store a few blocks away. Free wireless. Washing machine (a BIG help since our luggage was delayed). Friendly and helpful staff. In fact we've found everyone we've interacted with in the neighborhood quite friendly, from the sandwich place to the metro station to the people at the local shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty Dusty, the bathroom does not deserve this name and a very disturbing sign indicating a "danger of death" covered the remnants of a fire … Great atmosphere.

It's a normal sized room with two dual beds stacked on top of each other (not the best mount), unfortunately there is no air-conditioning or a fan (it's pretty hot in the room even at nights (it's the 16th of July) and the place at which the room is located is not the calmest either. Anyhow, it is located near the exposition center of Paris (porte de Versailles), there's a supermarket, pizzerias and other kinds of restaurants near the room and it has a compelling price to go with it for people who are on a budget.

This room is perfect if you want no internet connection, to be very far away from Paris and cramped in a small place that is poorly designed. You are guaranteed to hit your head on the loft bed stub your toe on the cheap wobbly table and feel cramped by the furniture. Once you check in at the front desk, they make you walk unaccompanied with all your luggage another 12 minutes to get to the room. Upon arriving there was no Wi-Fi, unfriendly neighbors and a stove that doesn't work. Don't let the "studio apartment" advertising get you as none of the amenities function. We even walked another 12 minutes back to the front desk to get help in regards to Wi-Fi and when coming back (another 12 minutes-) it still didn't work. You will leave feeling very dissatisfied. I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. The worst accommodations in Paris.

The apartment that they gave to us was small, but especially dirty and poorly maintained. Kitchen and bedroom were together. Door handles were falling apart and has been logged in a nasty stench of rotten wood. The only good thing about it is that he was quite close to the Center. So I don't recommend it for any number of reasons.

Me and my family have stayed 9 nights at studio 185, I find that it was OK for the price paid. The area is quiet and peaceful with a neighborhood very sympatric. The studio was well equipped: hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and Wi — Fi. Finally, I yours to thank the staff at the reception who was always listening.

It is undoubtedly the worst site that been in my life, to begin it is not a hotel nor approaches, is a fourth very small which smells very bad.

First of all the situation: it isn't downtown but is very near a metro station (5 min). It is a little weird to get to the office and which take you to the apartment in an area that is residential (Malakoff). It has supermarkets and bakeries nearby.
As for the apartment: 20 m2 are scarce, but it has a full kitchen, very comfortable large bunk bed and a very small individual bathroom.
In terms of the equipment: do not have maid service, has kitchen utensils, a flat TV, towels, large heating (were without clothing) …
It is a practical, modern and cheap site. I advise to young people.
The problem may be not very clean and the cleaning service that does not exist.

We, a young couple from germany, have stayed there for a week. It was a beautyfull room we get. The metro and a supermarket was just around the corner. 10min with the metro and you are everywhere. Perhaps we will come back. I can recommend it!
