Very well placed, back from the street, very friendly welcome, the apartment is simple and comfortable. A little bit tired anyway.
The equipment is complete, the dishes are in perfect condition and very pretty. Nothing to say.
Sleeping level is perfect too.
The value for money is excellent, you just have to agree to walk 5-10 min max to access a metro station.

Great for 1 to 2 people clean and friendly staff.

Nice and quite place and the is clean it's secured place and the bus station the staff they are doing them best to helping customer.

Considering the prices of the city, and that there were people in Booking who were talking pests of the site, we were happy with the hotel. The room was quite spacious to be Paris, the bathroom had hairdryer, towels. At the reception they were very friendly, they spoke Spanish even. We recommend it.

Not bad for the price you pay. Rooms all have kitchenettes and are smoke free. They are fair size for Europe. The floor in my room seemed dirty. Might not be the cleanest hotel, but worth the money. Parking is only 8€ per day, but you have to get in the garage by 2200 and it doesn't open till the workers come in for work in the morning. If you come back to the hotel after 2200, you have to park on the street. That's no easy task as parking is Very limited. Breakfast seems over priced for what they offer. I didn't get breakfast since I brought my own food.

Very beautiful, you enter for free, but to go up you must make reservation and the cost is 10 euros.

Very good location and very clean room. Only downside: the shower which is not separated from the toilet by a wall.
And you have to put the heat because it was cold!

Comfortable room. Breakfast average: Bad organization, it always misses some at the buffet, more coffee, more milk… Always ask!

The room was clean, and the size was adequate. The hotel felt pretty secure. The attendants were helpful (and all three of them spoke fluent English). It is possible to hear the neighbors, but not to the point of annoyance. The kitchenette area was adequate. (Little stove, sink and refrigerator with an icebox). This is a typical weekly hotel; no daily cleaning/restocking, and you are not provided with coffee (only an electric tea kettle if you want to purchase coffee and make it yourself). The room did have Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi was not stellar, but did work. Be advised, they will only allow one device connection at a time (This is the reason I gave it 3 stars and not 4). Within easy walking distance, you will find a grocery store, bakery, creperie, bus stop, metro, and city bike rentals. You are about 5-6 miles from the Eiffel Tower.

To be a 3 star hotel The truth is that this very good, the facilities are excellent and the service is very good.

Pay 8€ per night for parking and there is no other option because parking on the street is non existent. The room was nice and it had a kitchenette but it room it self was dirty. Some of the dishes where dirty, there was crumbs all over the bed and the floor would make ur feet super dirty if u walked barefoot just a few minutes.

Location of this hotel is good. Rooms were okay too. But they clean the room only once in a week. No room service. You can get breakfast for 8.5€ here.

Room that stinks of cigarettes. When you get to breakfast more croissants, more bucket than grey bread. More coffee, … They don't want to pay us back and go shopping after 20 minutes in a big area. Peson that does not respond to the problem. Shame, to avoid.

You need a deposit of 80€ if you want to open the outside door to park your car. Rooms are not cleaned unless you pay for it.

The hotel is very good for the money it costs. It's location is convenient — accessible by car, close to metro, in quiet neighborhood. The garage has good capacity and seems safe.

One of the best value for money hotel in Paris.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room has gas stove, refrigerator, can buy food back cooking, double room about 50 dollars a day.
Living in a comfortable and clean, continuous housing will not have cleaning staff to clean, there are good and bad.
About 15 minutes away from MRT station
I'll come back for a chance.

Hotel Residence of wine standing at fair price near Paris.

A very good location in a large studio very comfortable with everything you need to be well and quiet on the courtyard, it is appreciable in the suburbs of Paris. A flat however, the bedding, too bad!

Very amazing experience in this "residence". After a late arrival. The receptionist who luckily was still there. Give Me the key to the room. Coming into this one. The bed was defeated. I go down and he gives me another one. Fortunately there were still staff or I would have stayed in a used room. On the other hand going up in my room, I get a bucket of water on my head. (in the proper sense). Strange the guests of this hotel.

Good self catering hotel but response to room issues is slow.

Good prices for Paris but the rooms could do with a refurbishment.

We were on the 6th Floor. The bathroom was smelly and not clean. When I was taking a shower, the water turned cold and I had to ri de my hair with cold water.

Good but the fridge smelt. Book at ur own risk. The plus side is: Comfy bed/pillows, Got a mini kitchen and over all a very convinient room (and very freindly staff).

A great receptionist, a quiet hotel and very clean.

Stayed here for 2 months… Overall liked the hotel and the facilities provided… The rooms were cozy and spacious for one person but 2 persons can also manage comfortably. Some problems I faced were with regards to Wifi issue (it wasn't solved completely even after 5-6 weeks of constant assurances and got annoying towards the end) ; the hot water (it can go off around 1130 am in the morning) ; the room cleaning (there wasn't a fixed date and time when they would come in) … Otherwise the receptionists speak English, French pretty well and some other European languages also… Thanks to Jasmine and Stephanie (the receptionists) … They assisted us very well…

Great location, quiet area, felt safe, locals seem nice. About a 10 min walk to the metro. 5 min walk to the supermarket. Staff were nice, cheap accommodation, not the most comfortable beds but I've had worse. Twin room had plenty of space, great big window and not too far away from central Paris. Took about 25-30 mins total including walking/metro to get into the centre of Paris. Great patisserie in the local square selling the best quiche and croissants. Get some soft cheese, cold meat and tomato from the supermarket and you've got a gorgeous lunch.
