It was a great stay, close to supermarkets, bus /train lines, coffee shops and restaurants. We loved it because it was quiet and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The only problem was the taxi that they hired to take us (party of 5) to the airport on 24, August 2018 @ 11:30AM to Charles De Gaulle. The guy was a fraud, he took all these twist and turns on purpose, he overcharged us. He was a very greedy guy and unprofessional. Even though, it is not their fault, I wish that they don't use him again.

It is a Hotel which can be termed as our Home away from Home. All types of home facilities are available here. The staff of this Hotal is very friendly and helpful. The location of Hotal is nice. We can visit nearby markets without the help of any vehicle. The Hotal provides a beautiful bar service. Good and tasty food is also served in side the Hotal. Breakfast facility is the main attraction for this Hotal. In the Breakfast, most tasty and hot food is served on each day. Very healthy and friendly atmosphere is the main attraction for Visiters.

Very bad location, badly connected a bit with everything. Decent and pretty clean rooms. Careless and confusing reception, getting a taxi booked in the morning was a feat. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, though not of great quality, barely saves the hotel.

When I stayed here in January it was not ready, sort of pre-opening phase. No licence to sell alcohol, only one soft drink available in the entire hotel, strange furniture layout in the room. The wardrobe had no hanging long enough for even a shirt, the heating replaced by a stand up radiator in the room… It was actually OK, the staff were friendly and helpful but… Not a Mercure. A pleasant fully refurbished quirky hotel yes, but not a Mercure. Yet. Maybe it's finished now.

Room upgraded to the top bcp large bathroom space and bcp storage for clothes and a large living room. Two tv.

Very nicely located on the banks of the Seine River. Very scenic. Hotel is clean with friendly and helpful staffs. Nearby restaurants is very convenient with the atmosphere of a small township on its own.

They are saying it’s 4star rated Hotel, but its not even 1 star. We stayed 5 days there, no AC, worst room (they call this superior double bedroom). Not again.

Average hotel, convenient as business traveller if you need to be in de same area. Not a hotel for a weekend stay-over to visit Paris. Too little comfort for a longer stay although the rooms are ok and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast. As I had a business meeting in the area it is the perfect location. For central Paris, you need to take a bus or taxi.

Just another hotel. I prefer to stay in a place like A HOME AWAY FROM HOME where you can cook breakfast together.

So far quite good. Pity the restaurant is closed over the Easter weekend. Cleanliness 5star. The Außstattung 5star, nice large TV sets, and clean neat rooms. Stand from the hotel in the whole including elevators, underground garage, flute, Ambiente 4stars. Breakfast was a little bit for European standard 2max. 3Sterne. So comes the Gesamtresüme on 4by 5 stars.

Best Novotel I know. However the location is not the best for visiting Paris and parking here is very expensive, even for guests.

This is a great hotel which deserves a detour if you pass in the corner 130 euros for 4 at night with a great breakfast in the morning of the great rooms the very friendly employees who know the area well and then very clean and pretty.

Hotel near emblematic sites. Spacious room with toilet separated from the rest of the bathroom. Bathtub. Bed with different cushions and Nordic quilt. Reception staff Very friendly.

Hotel well located to get to Putes, La Défense and Porte Maillot, while staying calm a little away. The parking lot of the hotel is very convenient to get rid of any parking PB. Please note that access to the reception from the parking is via a staircase (no elevator). So for those who have heavy baggage, it is advisable to unload in front of the entrance, before going down the car. For the rest, nothing to say of particular is the Novotel, and this is exactly what I am looking for my travels. When booking, I had asked for a quiet room, and the one I had (511) was perfect with a view of a green space on the back of the hotel. Staff at breakfast Quiet area.

The hotel was fine. It was pretty far from Paris proper and the public transportation isn't exactly convenient from here. The bathrooms are also apparently designed with gymnasts in mind since you have to vault over the edge of the bathtub. The elevators are poorly situated so that it takes a very long time to call one if you're trying to get downstairs when others are.

Very good reception, a director of the small care, exceptional for a Novotel! Quiet, clean and quality meals. Bravo to the team!

Location isn't that good but hotel is very impressive.

Very nice hotel and respectable place, the rooms very good breakfast very good and very near to bus station, I really recommend it to any one wants to stay in Paris.

Rooms are good, breakfast spread is nice, location is out of town so depending on where you want to be in city connectivity is low compare to places like La Defense Kitchen staff is cooperative but interactions with reception staff is mix bag.

A 4 star Parisian = 1 star less in the province. I even know a 2 star superior in everything at this 4.
Large and modern establishment. In a suburban neighborhood without any interest. Attention even in the evening.
On the room side, they are well appointed. First thing visible, a pack of cigarettes crushed on the ground.

Access to the floors of the rooms only by lift. The stairs are hard to find in RC.

Nice and convenient hotel in Suresnes. The rooms are fine and clean, the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good and Wi-Fi connectivity too. Staff is friendly. Definitely not a luxurious hotel or touristic option if you want to visit Paris but convenient to attend work events nearby.

Not far from the station, snacks ordered at the seminar were good. Discreet staff. I only had the opportunity to test the part "rooms of seminars / meetings".

Nice rooms for the money. Only complaint is they don't staff the bar full-time. Someone working in the restaurant on the 2nd floor will periodically look to see if someone is at the bar. Expect to wait a little while for service.

We just spent 2 nights at this hotel. The staff was at the top level. Friendly staff. Clean room. No complaints. Except continue as his. I recommend.

Great even for a family. Bus ride to la defense and then to Paris centre. Cheap hence better than hotel at la defense. Got worried when read a previous review but be assured the place including the bath and the sink are perfectly designed and have no problems what so ever. At night bus is available though we chose to take a cab from la defense. It was under 15 euros. Breakfast isn't the greatest but nit bad either.

This is no flattering but realistic review after my two nights stay in this hotel. First of all, do not get carried away by the brand Novotel. The latter group no doubt has excellent hotels across the globe but this is surely a black sheep. Rooms are badly designed and the toilet can make you pity the stupidity of the interior architect for designing such a crammed separate cubicles called toilet and a bad bath. I have never seen anywhere such a stupid wash basin and poor bath. Honestly I felt, if by chance, it was a medieval prison converted to a hotel! The hotel doesn't have a portico. It was raining when we arrived at the hotel and we were trying hard to lug the luggage up the steps but the guys at the desk did not bother to suggest us that there was a side ramp to pull the luggage up! They did not bother to unlock on sighting us. On our demand they opened when we were checking out. The hotel staff, I found, to be unhelpful and the desk clerk, a black, quite arrogant and don't care master. A kinda reverse racism, I thought! The room ambiance was 28C and reached 30 later. Quite sultry bcz of rain. No fans in the rooms and they would not run the air conditioning despite repeated calls for service. The standard answer I got was the technician had inspected and every thing was fine and it soon would cool, which never happened. I had to keep my room windows open but constantly worried about room theft of passports known to occur in the West. It was 1st floor after all!

Lamentable. Suites at the weather for the month of February in Normandy (1 m of snow), I was forced to cancel the reservation two days before. The reception wouldn't know and I pay full price without being able to come. Other hotels in my travel have hand no problem.

The first impression is immediately ruined by the bad taste of the corridors. The decoration is hiddeuse, it looks like a boat.
But the room was very nice and well decorated, clean.

This is the nicest business hotel in Suresnes.

For stays where you're visiting Suresnes or nearby area it is well placed but if your intent is to visit Paris proper, you'll quickly find that public transport is not very good. For public transports you need to either connect with La Defense or Porte Maillot to reach the heart of Paris which adds to your journey (bus 244 or 175 or the tram T2).
