An arrogant and unpleasant young receptionist greeted us (if you can call it the reception…). We had booked four rooms several weeks in advance for a business seminar, warning that it was possible that eventually only three would be taken and that I needed flexibility. This deal was accepted by the hotel manager.
In the end there were three of us. Despite our agreement, he threatened not to give me the keys if I didn't fix the four rooms.
Next time, I will go to the Ibis Gare (at 50m, same price, Accor quality, and especially no tangles).
Several people have already told me about bad experiences with this hotel, in my turn to live this awkward experience.
