New, clean and good breakfast, you can park comfortably outside and the town is really nice. To see absolutely plumereau square.

Well located to visit the city center. The room is clean and quiet. The presence of the parking lot is appreciable.

3-star hotel close to the city centre so well located with underground parking for the modest Sum of 10 euros. Bus and tram right in front of the hotel. Hyper convenient right?! The welcome is nice and the breakfast ok for 10.50 euros. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. That's cool.
On the other hand, the cleanliness of the rooms is not the great foot. Weird stains on the box spring and on my toilet towel, empty HS sink I tried to look at it myself. But nothing to do. And icing on the cake, no more shower soap for the shower. Forced to use the tiny hand-washing soap. Not nice Kiriad. A little disappointed anyway.

Really nice rooms with great bathrooms. Very modern and cool air con rooms gave a great night sleep. The room and breakfast was a bit more than other hotels we stayed in on the Loire but it was worth it. The breakfast is delicious, fresh pastries, good coffee and frozen yogurt with maple syrup were my highlights but there's all sorts of fruits and other savoury options too at the buffet. As touring cyclists it was good to store bikes in the basement of the locked garage but I'd have been a little happier if they bolted the bike rack to the ground and put in a camera there as the car park is used by many people. But I'd still happily store my bike there again even as it currently is as it did still seem secure and out of view.

Good air-conditioned room for driving license points recovery courses! One black dot… The parking lot! A 24, €50 the half day or €25 l fine (€20 in minority)

Correct room except shower completely déglinguée. Nice welcome but time to set the note very and too long.
Organization of the catastrophic Breakfast. Noisy room and staff exceeded by the number of People.

The reception was disappointing, we were greeted very coldly when we arrived. Our room had was very poorly cleaned, we found a shoe sole from the former tenant. Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel.

Everything was spotless. Nothing to report may be that the bed was not firm enough to my liking.

The reception was great. The room pretty on the other hand we heard people talking outside and the car passing by.

Clean rooms, quite central, slow Wi-Fi, good breakfast and quiet.

We have stayed before and really love the new refurbishing that has been done. Staff friendly and the hotel is well placed for the centre of town & visiting the area.
One concern is the garage. It is very dangerous coming out onto the pavements. Could a flashing light be fitted so that pedestrians know to take care?

It is not what you expect. Seems familiar.

The hotel is simple, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is a horror. If I do not put a star is because the receptionist, despite the fact that neither spoke English nor Spanish, you worked very hard to communicate with us. The parking is not suitable for a large vehicle. The room had cigarette burns on the furniture and if a good night when we arrived we saw very sloppy the next day with the light of the day seemed much worse. Charged us 10 euros for a tiny tube of toothpaste. I would not recommend it for anything.

It was all great, and very cool, except that the Wi-Fi was regular. The truth is that part of what the Wi-Fi is very good!

Quiet, room redone.

Clean room, spacious bathroom with bathtub and free Wi — Fi. In a quiet area of the city center but not in the inner city.

We were disappointed with this hotel, the room was not clean: naked in the bathtub, corner of the room sucked not and dust on the table of the room the other night was noisy on a busy boulevard.
regarding the room breakfast in feels like a cafeteria, the choice of products is really not terrible "frozen Crescent" and the rest of the industrialist. We would not stay in this hotel.

Well-placed (500 m of the place Jean Jaurès), hospitality is perfect and overall superior benefits to that could offer competition (calm and silence in particular, teapot courtesy, free Wi — Fi, deco not so unpleasant, satisfactory breakfast).
I've been there 2 times already and the quality of the service is constant.
I would recommend.
