The reception is excellent the staff is both discreet and present to be attentive to the needs of customers. Room 106 is beautiful and very quiet. The bedding is comfortable. The period is not conducive to the use of the swimming pool but the hotel has one. The varied and hearty breakfast makes it possible to satisfy everyone. The neat decor gives a cozy atmosphere similar to that of a cruise. Hotel to recommend in all points.

Perfect family stay, the children's breakfast buffet and the games room were very appreciated by the children. We didn't have time to test the pool but that will be for next time!

The hotel itself is nice and in line with expectations, at the room level, clean comfortable, just lacked liquid soap and shower gel at the bathroom level. Nice, quality and hearty breakfasts.
Where I am really unhappy is at the level of the commitment validated by the hotel during my reservation during which, I had really insisted and stipulated that I needed a charging station for my electric vehicle, and I was promised it. What could not be the case, a vehicle occupied all night the only non-tesla terminal of the hotel. When you make a commitment, you respect it, which has not been the case here… too bad really.

Friendly staff… The food is outstanding… in my opinion. Local beer being served… Which is also outstanding… in my opinion. Very enjoyable stay… and the room I'm staying in is very good… clean and tidy and a good size.

A big thank you to all the team for the past week there during the France championship of chess! The staff at the reception and restaurant have been at the top all the stay, very accommodating, with a smile and sense of humour!

Pleasant hotel with very nice pool in great heat, ping-pong table and terrace. Breakfast well provided with wide choice. Staff welcoming and smiling which is very nice after a day's drive. Easy access from the highway.

A medium size 4* hotel with good prices. It is made with the motorist businessperson in mind. It is situated in the immediate vicinity of the highway, including all amenities: conference room, free internet, spa, restaurant and bar not to forget outside swimming pool and parking which make life easier when having business meetings. Clean, quiet with multilingual helpful personnel. Food and beverages are OK but rather pricey and the attempts at high cuisine of the chef somehow fall short of target. The occasional train tourist, though, will find the town pretty far away (about 1/2h trip by bus line 5, coming every 20min or so, or a 15 Eur trip by taxi) and would rather take accommodation closer to the tourist objectives downtown.

Suitable if tired and need somewhere to spend the night, but no more. There's a new body nearby, it's much better.

One of the best Accor Group hotels we stay in, the rooms are fresh and modern and always clean, the Resturant and bar is great they are obviously trying hard here having a selection of local beers, and always something tasty on the 'dish of the day' menu which is a nice change from the normal Novotel menu.

Friendly staff However aging hotel, decoration to review. Breakfast is overpriced the never seen, 20 euros. When you're in the family I don't tell you the budget.

So sometimes noisy in the rooms. The gym doesn't. Includes devices that are not plugged in or malfunctioning.

First impression_the Receptionist very helpful in sorting 2 adjoining rooms for 5 of us, dinner was good and the breakfast was fantastic. Our 3 children (13, 11 And 7) said it was the best hotel they 've stayed at and were very impressed to have a swimming pool And a complimentary shoe cleaning sponge! We found hotel clean, tidy and good value for monry.

Good standard nice rooms, also consider the IBIS styles Charters, as they have nice rooms and a good breakfast also.

Old fashioned building with reasonable rooms let down by rude waiting staff in the restaurant.

Nice hotel, rooms were small but ok for one night, breakfast was not one of my favorites, but none of the hotels in France can compare with those in Spain and Portugal.

Great location to explore beautiful Chartres. The hotel is nicely decorated, modern and light. The reception service is great and efficient. Superior room was a bit smaller than expected but quite comfortable. Some issue with dirty sink in the bathroom and the shower enclosure that was not as clean as we can expect it to be in a 4 star hotel. The other issue was the temperature in the hotel, it was cold, in the room as well as in the restaurant where we took our breakfast. Great experience overall.

The welcome and departure were without fault. We found the room clean and comfortable. There were some extremely noisy guests on our corridor who disturbed our sleep (it was after 11pm and we were too tired after a long day to go out and complain). This is the first time we have encountered such noise. Breakfast was busy but a good selection provided and when I asked for more bowls, the request was swiftly and pleasantly responded to. We have stayed here several times and will stay again.

Very nice and affordable.

This must be the absolute worst Novotel wotldwide for Accor. If they want to train their people on what *not* to do ever with customers, this is their training center. They failed to have a bed for a baby (despite a request made on the site and by mail), never apologized for it, "welcomed" a party of 4 including two children with towels and linen for 2. Now, the worst is we had similar problems with their rude staff and poor service back in March, but because of their being part of a chain that's usually very nice we thought this was an isolated problem. It turns out it was not: rude staff, poor service and lack of organization are the signature of this Novotel.
