The hotel is nicely presented and clean, The main problem for me was that the hotel is situated in an Industrial Estate with no facilities for a meal or a beer. I hadn't realised when I booked that there was more than one Hotel B&B in Chartres, and I obviously booked the wrong one. Although I won't be using this particular hotel again, I will use the B&B in Le Coudray, which is closer to Restaurants etc.

The room was great. We really liked the new layout, it felt more spacious and having the window on the outside meant we could have fresh air.

I'm 6'8" and the bathroom was very small.
The lack of wall also splashed all over the small bathroom which wet our belongings to the ground.
Lack of hand towel for the lady's hair.
Apart from the bathroom, room at the top! Very clean and design! Very large TV. Quality chain.

Convenient in the middle of Chartres. Staff. Parking and room with entrance only with personal code provided on arrival. Undoubtedly the best hotel since in France. Value for money beyond expectations.

I liked the hotel it was nice and new. The Breakfast was ok except the coffee which didn't tast so good. They had fast Wi-Fi and the staff was very friendly.

We spent one night in this hotel we enjoyed super very good quality bedding no back pain as in some very breakfast establishments. Although very nice personal and listening to our manager very friendly and the top a terrace out very appreciable finally we know or go when we pass in this city I highly recommend it cordially the Ardennes passed last night.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms are new, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The hotel is a 10-15 min from the center of Chartres. We would definitely stay here again. A very good value!

Very new and shiny. More modern look to the rooms etc. All access is inside the building unlike older buildings. Very helpful staff. Keen to answer questions to help you decide how to make the most of the town. Great breakfast. I'd certainly go back.

Welcoming and helpful staff and a very clean hotel — we were there on a Sunday and they even had a list of restaurants with Sunday opening hours. The room lay-out was well thought out with two singles and a double. I struggled to work out the air-con when the room heated up once we were all dozing without waking everyone up — next time I'll sort out how to do this before we go to bed! The breakfast was good with the unexpected welcome addition of scrambled egg and 'bacon', so not just a standard cold buffet. Very well priced too.
