I prefer a hotel that sells a facade and a monumental entrance hall but hides lousy rooms, with hardly any light, with an old, smelly, air-conditioned decoration that is replaced by noisy air conditioners that do not cool anything and emit a disgusting fishy smell. The only positive thing they sell is their central situation but that in a small town, it is not at all relevant. Undeniably a hotel to not come back at all and nothing recommendable.

A sublime setting in a superb hotel. Room comfort super nice with bathtub, only small downside to the board, the room I had was not air-conditioned from or the 4 stars.

Beautiful place but rooms can be hot and noisy… Situation is very good, breakfast too.

The Art Deco Hall is breathtaking.
My room is spacious and very well appointed with separate toilet and sofa.

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. It has a beautiful art deco entrance lobby and staircase. The rooms spacious enough a large bathroom with a bath shower combination. For me personally this was a minor because I prefere a shower over a bath. But if you are a both lover you'll enjoy this! I can recommend this hotel. It has all the things you need / want. Mini bar, Wi-Fi, an excellent breakfast buffet with Nespresso coffee of your choosing.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed here to attend a wedding in Belfort. The lobby, stairway and first floor salon are grandiose, and the art deco style of the hotel is charming! Our room was fine, quite small but plenty cosy, quiet and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast, a nice continental buffet. Our interactions with the staff were seldom but we had no issues. Parking is available in a courtyard behind the hotel. The Wi-Fi worked but was a bit spotty. I am removing a star because of what some of the other guests told me about their difficulties with the staff, especially with one of the receptionists. I am only removing one star as we personally did not have difficulties dealing with her, as things had been straightened out by the time we had to pay, but this affected others more than it should have.

The staff was very polite and the hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was excellent. The only problem was that the hotel room is a bit on the old side it was nice but the acoustics let in every sound from the outside. Otherwise a generally good hotel. :)

High ceilings. No carpet. Water with a gorgeous head. Rare. In winter, the heat in the room. Breakfast for 4.

The location is enviable because it is centrally located, two minutes from all the best restaurants of the city. We happened to have two rooms a bit old, but very spacious, warm and comfortable. Breakfast in the media. The restaurant of the hotel very good.

Great hotel very affordable, clean nice service. Included very dicent breakfast lots of local pubs, nice hair salon and great restaurants at walking distance and free street parking.

Nice setting and nice staff, some rooms need to be refreshed and better insulated from the outside noise.

Beautiful hotel. The architecture is very old and beautiful. Service is amazing. Enjoy the breakfast and there are many places walking distance with great beer, wine, food and cheese / sausage places. Love it!

It's a beautiful place… But they don't have A/c and it's not perfectly clean.

Nice room in perfect location. You can see the lion of belfort from your room and walk to train station, museum (the fort) and many good restaurant nearby.

Miserable experience: fire alarm went off repeatedly from 3am, combined with an electricity outage. From then, no sleep due to noisy works and more fire alarms throughout the night. Hotel refuses to refund, as the stay was not directly booked with them.
