An incredible welcome. Exceptional dishes but above all extraordinary attentions. Souvenir of my birthday on September 9, 2021 with the dessert offered by the chef with the candle. An unforgettable moment. 🧡

Not up to the price
Excellent gourmet meal but the service is not up to scratch!

We stayed there on the way to and from our vacation in the south with our 14 month old son. On the way back, no air conditioning and no one warned us when the problem seemed known. No fan made available when it was very hot. The property does not respect the expected standard (broken shower, lack of cleanliness) for the requested rate.
We are disappointed and do not recommend this property given the price and amenities.

The recipe for the Bistrot Lucien to displease : • Serve to several guests of snails cold
• Come back with the same snails, and share the plates of the guests
• Do not taste the wine, lay in the middle of the table without any attention neither to the wine nor to the guests
• To serve the guests of the pork cheeks burned
• To declare to the guests that they do not know how to read
• Require the guests to claim the bill then they paid for it
• Charge each guest a menu more expensive than the one served. That is, outside the Bistro Lucien, we had a great stay in Burgundy and have wonderfully eaten in other Bibs and stellate.

(Bistro Lucien) A nice framework for combining heat and flavours! The home-made food is served with class and the price very accessible. For a dinner out in Dijon, and in one of our most beautiful villages of great wines, I highly recommend it!

Lovely food for dinner this evening and the hotel rooms are beautiful. We’ve had an amazing stay. Wine tasting at 6:30 in the lounge is very interesting and great way to start a wine tour. Cellars are stunning and hosts are brilliant. They have made our stay wonderful.

Beautiful place and great food. They also have a lovely wine list and it is close to the wineries so you can go and have a look afterwords.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Huge Log fire to welcome you in Reception and the staff are just as warm and helpful. Food in restaurant really superb with wine to match, and again friendly, helpful staff. We will visit again :-)

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Gevrey, run by a young and enthusiastic team. The room was super — large and with a great bathroom. We booked a wine tasting with the sommelier which was great fun and very instructive — held in the cellars! Well worth doing. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Ballast was especially good with super home made bread. … Will be returning within a few weeks — can't give a better review than that.

Great hotel. Frame, atmosphere, friendliness of the staff, pleasure of tastes, pleasure of wines discovered, thank you. It's a very good address. I recommend.

Hotel is beautiful, but no restaurant no reception after 7.30 so unable to get any service at all, no staff in the building at all over night, our 21st wedding anniversary very disappointing and the staff in the morning did seem to be bothered.

A great time spent a delicious meal. I enjoyed the setting and atmosphere, and especially the delicacy of the waitresses and the waiter. A serenity, a calm taste. No waiting between dishes. In short a real shared pleasure, thank you for all these qualities. It's a good address. Nice day.

The only Rotisserie in Gevrey Chambertin. Very large works have been undertaken and the outcome promising. The kitchen area is worthy of this great restaurant. The chef passionate about fresh food of the day. The space brew is finished. Very friendly for a breakfast without the frills but the quality of the food is top notch. A must try!
