Good wine list and nice food.

Fantastic meal with all fresh ingredients. We had the house wine which was superb along with a large selection of small plates. Everything was delicious. Reservations are highly recommended.

Easily the best meal we have had on our trip to France so far, and also one of the best meals we ever had in our lives. The food is amazing, and the service is impeccable. Sit outside if you can, as the beautiful mitre dame of BEAUNE is right across the street.

Wonderful! Made reservations for a Thursday night at 8 and when we got there it was pretty busy already. We got to sit out on the patio and some of the people coming after us without reservations had to sit inside. They had menus in French and English which I would usually find to be a turnoff for a restaurant but it in this case it was not the case! I ordered the eggs with truffles and my bf ordered the beef tartare. We were both extremely happy. The egg dish came with the eggs and were served in this creamy sauce with a bunch of truffles shaved on top and crunchy croutons. Deliciously decadent! Ended with the apricot pie with honey and lavender. Floral flavors in dishes are always hit or miss for me but my bf liked it and it had a lot of apricot in it too. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try interesting, authentic French cuisine in a beautiful setting.

Stopped by for la petit dejeuner. Nice location just off the main drag so not too busy. Food was nice.

Wife and I came here two nights in a row for dinner, which says a lot given that we rarely ever repeat visits while traveling. Food is fresh, exciting and absolutely delicious. Great selection of wines by the glass and deep menu of bottles curated by a friendly and knowledgeable sommelier. Friendly and warm service once you're seated. Good english spoken.

Excellent place. Best in beaune.

This place is a quaint slice of charm and perfection in EVERY way! A delightful 1574 building with 5 rooms that are updated with every amenity & look like a page out of a Restoration Hardware catalog. Huge bonus is the incredible Gastro Bar it houses with acclaimed chef Roland Chanliaud! Not sure, but I think he and his wife are the owners? Every morsel of food we had was divine. We stayed 2 nights in October on our way from Paris to Nice and they were both so gracious and welcoming along with the whole staff. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the charming town. If you can, try to be there on a Saturday and the market will be bustling out your pieds-à-terre when you throw open your windows in the morning to breathe in the fresh baked bread (super quiet when closed) HIGHLY recommend this place for a genuine French town experience with exquisite style and charm.

Very good restaurant in the center of Beaune. The best wine list I've seen contains 64 pages and there are all types. Waiter has very good knowledge and can help you with choice. Very very good food only that didn't have much variety on the menu but contemplating wine if;)

Location Superb service impeccable. At the small care for us very good atmosphere atypical place asked the vault it's just perfect beautiful decor. The meal and the wine without a word. Excellent in every point.

Pushing on 5 stars door. I think you really need to know why your coming here. If all you look for is 4 or 5 stars without reading and understanding the reviews. Go pound sand. The food is well crafted dishes in the gastropub tradition. They do some remarkably lightly touched dishes that keep things fresh. If your looking to come out of here stuffed and your looking for an easy approachable cuisine shop elsewhere. They definitely put their spin on things. I think they have done a great job in my opinion, I look forward to coming here again.

Epic food! Great little place on the square with really delicious food. Not much choice, but really good execution. We had a superb 3 poached eggs in I don't even know what covered in shaved truffles. Order it if you can — super yum!

I walked in, alone, and with no reservation. Brilliant service, super friendly staff and amazing food. I only had a starter, but it was amazing. Outstanding wine, and the waiter told me about the vineyard it came from. The staff went above and beyond what one would expected. I will go again, soon.

The rooms are beautiful and the restaurant is top value for money I advice strongly to go to dinner downstairs.

Excellent hotel in Beaune. The location is second to none, right on the middle of town. The rooms are made up with high quality amenities, from the heated mirrors, to the towel warmer, to the free fancy water and espresso. Very clean and well designed. The restaurant downstairs serves good tapas and wine too. Only complaint would be the tight, narrow staircase which was somewhat challenging to navigate with luggage.

I love this place. Everything here just falls perfectly in place. The atmosphere, the furniture, the friendly waiters, and off course the food and wine. You can come here for some smaller tapas, but also for a bigger menu. The eggs with truffles and tangerine cream are a real recommendation. (Actually everything we ever had here is a real recommendation). You can taste that they work with really fresh ingredients here. The wine list is very elaborate and of good quality. But if you're not up to for a whole bottle, than you shouldn't be afraid to take wine by the glass. They have a large variety of good quality of wine per glass also. A must go!

Lovely food, great accomodation.

Great little wine bar with a small — because it's all freshly cooked to order — and excellent menu: Velouté de panais (parsnip), Parmentier de pata negra (duck), Oeuf à 63° aux truffes (lots of truffle! ) were on it when we went. Totally delicious! I want to go back and do it again. The wines were delicious, if a little expensive, and the staff are professional but laidback enough for this sort of setting. Don't expect your food to be delivered quickly, though — as I said, it's cooked to order.
