The service was very disappointing, we had no hot water or heating in a room at almost 400 euros.
We tried to talk to the staff but no one was able to fix the problem. No commercial gestures were made upon our departure despite our request.
No hot water in a 4th-star establishment is unacceptable.

Deplorable quality of service. Incompetent staff. Definitely not up to the height of a 4-seat hotel.

Chaotic, I have had no refund since the beginning of march for a massage duo that they have cancelled 5 days before. I left dozens of voice messages, text messages, e-mails, registered letter and I still have no return and no refund. It is simply pitiful.

· The location was ideal. The spa and its staff were professional. The bed was spacious and comfortable.
· The restaurant was clearly over-rated. The plates were coarse and the service very slow. We had dinner in three hours! The price, on the other hand, was well seasoned… The person who made me settle even added a 0 inadvertently! Without rereading the TPE on my part, I paid 1210 … Experience we will never do again. We didn't have hot water for 2 days! By pointing it out to the reception, the staff tells me that this has already happened and that it has already been reassembled but without the action of the management… The siphon was mouldy and the bathtub lined with a pretty plank bent by water. Even in a low coast hotel, the service would be better than in this 4 star. The room we were occupying was the 11 next to the spa and hotel toilets. We remain at the hotel's disposal and yours if needed.

Magnificent meal. The staff is friendly, efficient, in short very professional. The scrumptious dishes.

$150 a night on sale for this so-called luxury hotel hotel hotel pool jacuzzi sauna steam room. Room 102 in front with adjoining, its entrance and independent toilet, its shower room, and its large terrace overlooking the sea and the fireworks of July 14! We were served the hearty breakfast on the terrace with a large table and sun shield, seen on beautiful beach. Downstairs the restaurant opened partly outside, protected from the wind.
To improve dust on upper shower room shelf, remote rolling shutters that would have been enough to move a little higher before they are broken by the bedside table, rocking chairs around the terrace table, the pool that walks in the middle of the bar tables!? I think the value for money is favorable. And, through the back of the car park through the rear gate, discover in this street 100m to the left, a superb and succulent tapas bar! You will tell me about it.

Free private parking (limited in number of seats anyway), smiling welcome, free access to the hot tub and steam room for hotel guests, our room was spacious and very comfortable. The bedding was very good, in the bathroom we had a large and wide bathtub, there was also a terrace with table and 2 chairs to enjoy the outside in complete privacy. Only reviews: not very modern décor and very small television, a pity in the period of world football 2018. We didn't test the restoration.

Beautiful sea view. Good restaurant and a bar ready to make you discover a bunch of cocktails and rum from around the world. A very good welcome.

We were usually at The Thalasso club (formerly known as accord chain), which we account a few rooms for 4 people and a customer-less family… Staff very attentive, friendly, give the impression of loving their work, it is classy, but not stuffy. This will be our new drop-off point to Carnac! (we hope this time to have a table at the restaurant we had excellent echoes)

Great location, clean and well staffed.

The hotel is very welcoming. Parking included free of charge 24-hour service. The little fridge. The bathtub and the shower in the bathroom… the small sitting area and the terrace. The room was clean nice to quiet. Enough towels and bathrobe. Little slippers. Enough to rest and relax!

We had a great weekend with my husband and daughter in a sea view room + large balcony. The brightness and the view are beautiful when you arrive in the room. The staff are very nice and very attentive. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and we feasted. Special Mention for the training of desserts! :) The proximity to the beach is really a plus for the kids, my daughter loved waking up and admiring the sea!

Despite an exceptional setting, the proposition hardly convinces, a card with missing translations plunges you into the atmosphere.
Half an hour waiting for your deli board will reassure you that the products are cut with love.
The wine list totally dephasé for the place will confirm your fears.
Do not expect glass for your carafe of water, the boss will not think either to add a knife that would have been very convenient to spread your butter on your raci thawed bread.
We had planned a shared board followed by a dish, but since the addition was given to us in the middle of what we considered an entry… and little convinced by the concept…
We will find the resistance plate elsewhere!

Two nights here. Very friendly lady behind reception made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely room with a great bathroom and a very pleasant stay. Bike hire comes free with booking which was very handy as we spent all day touring about on bikes! Relaxing pool area. Breakfast expensive and not that great but you can go elsewhere. Great location opposite the beach. Would recommend. Obviously a well run family business. Thank you for a lovely stay in your hotel.

This charming hotel was kind enough to welcome us after a dismal at best western Celtic! We were received at 22:30 in a beautiful room d comfort cleanliness perfect a host of incomparable staff, the availability, the kindness and smiles galore! a buffet for breakfast worthy of the very big house! Servers are just as nice as professionals, we will be back with your family with great pleasure, thank you to the team and congratulations for the holding of this great establishment! Thank you.
