We had lunch at this restaurant. We took the lobster menu and a simple lunch menu. The entree of the lobster menu was cold lobster and foie gras slices with pineapple (chocolate and passion fruit sauce). The taste of chocolate sauce was strong so that it covered the taste of other ingredients. The main dish is half grilled Brittany lobster AKA blue lobster, which was perfectly cooked (very tender, juicy with tasty butter sauce). I think it is better to choose menu gourmandise if you want to have lobster as main dish, as the selections of entree are wider. The veal steak in the simple menu was very small in size. I highly recommend the grilled lobster here, price is reasonable and quality is great.

Hotel not of notice. On the other hand restaurant facing the port of ploumanac'h beyond our hopes given the reviews read. Simple and caring service and a lobster with perfect cooking!

Very nice Hotel, great location with views of the harbour and a stone's throw from the customs trail and the pink granite coast, access to the terrace very appreciable. Too bad we arrived too late for the meal, but the restaurant looked appetizing.

A haven of peace. The Hotel is very well placed on the border of the customs road to be surveyed without fail. Room 10 to recommend spacious and very bright with breathtaking view in 16/9 on the small port of Ploumanach, beautiful. Excellent bedding. Onsite restoration of a good level especially in seafood fish. Go there without fear and be sure also that you will want to come back.

OK restaurant, a bit pricey had the special of the day, which was not good.

Restaurant more than mediocre lobster formula to 44 euros to avoid absolutely. Nothing on the plate and still hungry on the way out. Only the outside frame is worth a visit.

Superb lunch this Sunday 18 February for my husband's birthday we were there with our children, quality service, neat, in time, me, gluten intolerant I had the nice surprise to have gluten-free bread, in short that of the positive for this beautiful restaurant, in a heavenly setting.
We will return C is certain thank you for this beautiful moment.

Located in a lovely bay from where you can admire the tide, this small hotel has everything you need. Comfortable rooms with safe, very large flat screen television, a shower for two people, Bay View, all comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Finally it has an excellent panoramic restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had a very large, beautiful room towards the bay. Very nicely furnished, everything clean as you wish. Breakfast was good, you can't do much wrong with croissants.

Well-appointed room, very nice bathroom with a shower of at least 2m long and 2 bottles of water in the room.

The staff and accommodation at the hotel were first rate! We stayed only 1 night (sadly) in the huge apartment and loved it. Well appointed and tastefully furnished. The restaurant however was a disappointment the one night we went. We have some French but were floundering with florid haute-cuisine lingo so perhaps chose poorly but there was no excusing burnt potatoes with the main. Love the hotel! The Restaurant? Not so sure.

Restaurant has great food if you are looking for a more elaborate dining experience, fresh and well prepared seafood and smaller portions. It has a really nice view of the harbor. Parking is simple, right in front.

Small flat on the pastries I would have preferred to real good big growing butter of an artisan Baker.

I recommend the menu gourmet with its 7 browned oysters and his St-Jacques sauce clementine and chorizo… Delish. We stayed 3 nights and we will return because nothing is left to chance, nice setting with view on sea, friendly staff, impeccable restaurant service… everything is there.

WONDERFUL! Everything for a dream holiday. Welcome, service, comfort, quiet, breakfast with fresh orange juice and valuable advice. The view is breathtaking, certainly the most beautiful of the corner. Do not hesitate to choose this address. She is guarantor of successful holiday. I will certainly return!

I have been asked to review this hotel one year after our stay in October 2014, however I still have vivid memories of this charming little hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the picturesque harbour as it was during a quiet period. The friendly and helpful staff suggested we take the coastal path walk along the pink granite coast in the afternoon. This was a delightful and scenic walk which enabled us to fully appreciate the beauty of this area of Brittany. The meals were excellent quality and the evening view over the harbour from the restaurant was stunning. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

A wonderful place to Ploumanach.
A nice hotel with a great view of the harbor and located at the trailhead of customs, very pleasant walk on the peninsula with views of the Islands all around.
Very well renovated rooms with all comfort multi-function shower.
The restaurant is also on par with choice of fish and crustaceans.
A regret? The room on the 3rd floor without lift… mandatory exercise, but it helps us get the suitcases!

Lovely views of the little port, friendly welcome, comfortable and stylish rooms, excellent showers and very good food in the restaurant. We liked the breakfast too. In all this is our favourite small hotel. Get a sea view if possible and always book the restaurant in advance.

Wonderful! great location and very nice room. Even had a patio artea to sit out on (1st floor) which we werent expecting and was very nice. Thoroughly recommended.

Me and my mate were here for a night, little surprise from me, and I must say that we have not been disappointed! Very welcoming, Spotless room. We unfortunately have not had the pleasure to taste the breakfast because we had to leave early, however we came away with a pillows each, big plus for bedding.
The only caveats would be the restaurant. It seems to me that the hotel has nothing to do with the restaurant but the latter, for prices posted, does not offer what I would call as a "complete" meal. Everything was very good, but in small quantities! We left a little hungry. Too bad also that rain and not the weather has been, because we could not take full advantage of the magnificent view of the sea and the coast of granite that was offered to us.
I still very good memories and would love to return.

We stayed at Hôtel Des Rochers in October of 2014. It has a beautiful location with a sea. Our room faced he sea, as well. The room also had an outdoor patio overlooking the sea. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The dinner we had in the restaurant was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the staff was very helpful, as our French isn't very good. I highly recommend staying here.

However, it seems necessary to provide for a 1/2 Board package more interesting than the sum of the price of a room and a meal offered by the restaurant to clients non-residents of the hotel.
It should be particularly emphasized the high quality and diversity of meals served.

We had a wonderful gourmet walk in this restaurant very nice on an exceptional site: Chief do us ship. With his knowledge varied do makes us rediscover the seafood, everything is just, subtle, and worked well in respect of the product, a delight! Surrounded by the accuracy and attention of a staff and a beautiful kindness, it is rare and valuable. Entries to the desserts time stretched for a stopover of pleasure. Thanks to the team, we will be back.

An address that is wonderful to spend a romantic weekend. Reception excellent, hotel very well located very comfortable rooms with a view of the small port of Ploumanach — as for the kitchen again fresh and very smiling and very pleasant service.

Very quiet, the rooms are quite clean and comfortable.
The host is very friendly.
Breakfast dinner are excellent for a very decent price.
The icing on the cake: the site which is superb and a walk along the rocks of ploumanach after dinner summer actually a very pleasant destination!
Only downside but small: staircase leading to rooms and corridors a little narrow, not very practical when you have big luggage, probably a little difficult also for old people.

The hotel is in a perfect position and we had a wonderful view from our room, as well as from the restaurants. Dinner was excellent! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! A great spot to commence the Sentier des douaniers.
