Great hotel on board of met, nothing to complain about the lovely people at the reception, for the restaurant service which can be long but there also the service is very professional and the menu of the market served in half board is excellent.
For the room we had a sea view and there again nothing to complain very clean, large, well appointed and well soundproofed.
Possibility to use the SPA with Bathrobe loan (include flip-flops, bathing slips and a bath cap).
Only positive for this hotel but it is better to come by car as a little secluded.

Nice establishment, friendly staff. The head of the ranks and the assistant to the Butler very pros with a certain professionalism. Being myself of the profession, are blameless. On the other hand, no cocktails to offer, overpriced excessive prices of the Mets (when you are in half or full board) only big problem, food poisoning (with confirmation from my doctor) with the rabbit with mustard proposed in dish of midday on Wednesday 17 January. Several clients (in addition to mom and me) very sick the same day. Told the Director of the establishment who said it was an epidemic of gastro… Easy answer not to incur the responsibility of the restaurant and not have to make a commercial gesture, which yet would have been welcome and quite legitimate… What would have been the consequences if it had affected children? Before this unacceptable fact we thought we would stay there again in July and January 2019, but more now (the reaction of the director helping…) Heartbreaking and unfortunate because everything was "almost" perfect otherwise… Unless you are a smoker because you take the wind and rain in the face when you are on the balcony of the room (very poorly sheltered) and I do not talk about the problem of network for your mobile phone (we receive very well in the room, very little or not at all in the restaurant and elsewhere no one)

Very well placed hotel with a very welcoming staff. Recently renovated with still some defects of repair. The restaurant and very good with a flat for breakfast which is not up to the height of a 4 star. We did 2 days of swimming pool and spa treatments which unfortunately is not up to the height of its local sisters.

Very nice reception whether at the hotel or spa the map is very friendly thank you very much to all the staff for getting wonderful stay.

Ocean view rooms are definitely worth the extra expense here. We had a great room overlooking the bay, with a large balcony equipped with a Jacuzzi. You can walk right onto the beach from the hotel's pool area. The hotel's restaurant was full that night but there are several restaurants within walking distance. Parking is also convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We did not have a chance to experience the spa treatments but if we have a chance to come back they seem worth checking out.

On the other hand although the service is impeccable on the restaurant a lot of frozen … Frozen lobsters sip of water well too bad and 30 minutes waiting between the dishes, far too long.

From the arrival to the start, the reception is perfect. The hotel is new, modern, and neat decoration. The rooms are spacious, the bedding of good bill, the bathroom well equipped. The breathtaking view of the Bay of Douarnenez, beautiful. Efficient room service, good fast and cheap.
The breakfast is classic, no more. Industrial pastries, industrial orange juice, Nespresso coffee. €17
The restaurant, no more also. Homemade dishes, fresh produce. But cooking that lacks "pep. " It's okay, but it doesn't break three legs to a duck. The service is long, too long. 3 servers, it's too fair.
The pool is small but correct. 2 Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna.
A good stay, a good establishment.

Staff very nice, beautiful hotel, room view Sea your shot! Thalasso Nice, clean, sea access but would deserve more water jet and sauna/hammam bigger.

Thanks to the whole team for your kindness and your availability, superb establishments clean and beautifully decorated tastefully, thanks to the chef for his tasty cuisine, Sandrine and Yannick Cury.

A great disappointment and a sense of deceit, the staff of the thalassotherapy is inexperienced and unlovable, as for the thalassotherapy, it is a disaster: bathtub and showers dirty, cold seaweed slabs instead of hot without possibility of getting Rinse (imagine the smell) no towel when you come out of the bathtub, massage 10 min And I pass … not against the price is without reduction to avoid.
