Comfortable and clean. Parking included 10 mins car to the city centre.

Great but located outside Avignon. You arrive downtown by the TER train quite frequently.

We only stayed one night and all in all we enjoyed it, despite a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom, perhaps due to the drains.

Awful, awful place. The check in person was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, but the accommodation itself was disgusting. I note some responses to reviews saying they are renovating, but we saw no sign of this. Given our room smelled like a farm we asked to change rooms and were shown three others. They were all revolting, with stained carpets, a strong smell, and inadequate air conditioning for the South of France in summer. We opted for the least smelly room. At night the corridors were in complete darkness and the place felt quite unsafe. We had prepaid, and only had 2 nights there, so decided to take the frugal approach and not check out early and lose our money, although we were very, very tempted. Avoid this place.

Good stay. But far from city. Need to take TER to go to Avignon.

Rancid fish smell in room. Stains and spills all through public and carpet areas. Guests leaning out of windows to smoke. Air conditioning didn’t work so room gets hot and stuffy. Apparently parking is not permitted for everyone, even if you paid for it and there are plenty of spaces available. Breakfast area was overheated. Breakfast is croissants and orange juice from the Carrefour across the road it would seem. Wi-Fi worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Spacious studio but overlooking a noisy, eccentric road, not much around… less than average cleanliness, dirty Windows, stained carpeting, dusty shelves, uncleaned refrigerator, Reaver dishes, stained bed mattress with mattress Protector not to its size as well as the bottom sheet that one never could tuck…! Bathroom with hairs and hair and the floor leaving to be desired. Air conditioning without real action…!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice parking.

Close to downtown easy access. Nice and clean room.

The AC had not yet been started while it was hot, opening the windows there was a lot of noise. Too bad otherwise it would have deserved a good value for money.

Simple comfort and Breakfast summary. Unpleasant odor in some rooms nevertheless very clean.

Good location, next to a supermarket, and private parking included, on the other hand room with faulty water heater, we are told that we can not offer another room because full hotel, while there is no one in the corridors and parking, more than one shoe is gone!

Good welcome, good price, modern Aparthotel, room with kitchenette and well equipped shower. Advice!

Convenient hotel apartment 5 minutes walk from TGV station, welcoming staff.

Value for money quite correct. It's clean. Only downside: no ventilation to the toilets that are in the bathroom.

Convenient location for the TGV train station connecting to Paris and Lille. We found it conveniently located for exploration of Avignon with a shuttle train into Avignon Centre. Nice breakfast and breakfast room. Supermarket close by and large bakery. Our studio was a large room in comparison with other studios we have stayed in. Good value for money.

Really bad… dirty… stinks of Mildew… not recommend it.

There is no service the rooms you have to clean yourself the front of the reception is obnoxious there is only the station near NE a shop or a pizzeria Maybe it's for people who must work outside the house not for tourism also the breakfast is very stingy.

Comfortable. 3 minutes from Avignon TGV Station and you will arrive in the centre in 5 minutes as in the Metro.

Only good notes the proximity to the center (there is a bus stop to/from right in front, but the reception do not tell you… so you walk to the station even if NN need, the ticket is done on the bus! ) and the bed very comfortable (at least at 216) … for the rest is worth less than What they ask you.

Overpriced. I've paid less for a much better service. The shower was too smal and unconfortable. The bed was poorly made. They had not enough room to attend all guests at breakfast. Wifi conection was bad. I definitely did not like it.

It is misrepresented, needs update pillows horrible new carpet, new lighting in room, bathroom is clean but has an offensive odor management needs to check the place out, some chairs outside in the court yard.

I dont like the tab and sink into the bedroom. I had not stayed in Aparthotel before. The room in aparthotel have no housekeeper for cleaning room. I think hotel is better than aparthotel.

Close to TGV Avignon, only 950 meters. Free parking and nice stuffs.

About 400m from Avignon TGV station, reasonable price, but no shop nearby. Some auto vending machine is inside the building.

Visited here with my two partners. Location was great if you wanted to use the TGV but not so great of you intend to walk to Avignon! We checked in and parked our car in the secure parking (free) to the rear of the aparthotel. We were issued a disabled room which meant that we had a wet room (we don't like wet rooms) — we would have preferred a standard room or at least to have been given the option to have a standard room (the aparthotel was not busy). The apartment was in good condition with what we needed in the kitchen (although there was no dishwasher and no kettle). Also on your door step was the Carrefour (2-5 min drive). There is also a laundry room where you can wash, dry, and iron your clothes. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Convenient for the proximity to the TGV station, for the rest a bit decadent but clean.

I think if I understood where it was I would not have picked this location. However after having stayed here I really enjoyed the place thoroughly. I easy access to the town center and to the train (steps away). Rooms ere very comfortable. The only issue was the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty.

Fine host reception hotel apartment air-conditioned fridge for cold drink, but more than 8 euros for pdt too expensive and in addition we can go with our dog otherwise very well located on the periphery d Avignon.

Pros: Walking distance to TGV station. Rooms are quite spacious. Rooms have a small kitchen with utensils. Not too expensive either. Cons: Far from city center, but there is train service to City Center station until 11pm. No businesses next to the hotel. Closest supermarket is 10-15min. Walking distance away and it closes at 9pm, kind of early. Front desk closes at 9pm. If arriving after 9pm, make sure to ask for check-in instruction ahead of time. Wifi at lobby only, but ethernet cables are available in room.

Aparthotel right and proper, inexpensive, clean, tidy, fairly new and well situated for car. The spotlessly for 4 people are a tad small, but perfectly serve for dinner-sleep-breakfast.
Nearby there is a Carrefour, and a few meters the Rocade Charles de Gaulle, facilitating both access by car to the parking of the historic centre such as the outputs to visit cities and nearby villages.
You have a parking with limited places, you should ask the remote control because parking in the area can be really difficult. There are many parking spaces, but she is close to the station, most are occupied for several days.
The receptionists are friendly and speak a little Spanish, it can one understand with them in a mixture of French, English and Spanish.
