Standard Appart'city. Our bathroom is in pitiful condition (tiles detected and broken), the kitchen is small with utensils not very clean. The lamps in the living room are useless, they are not powerful enough and there is at least one window for the light, one is obligated to all the temp turned on. After for some night and at that price it can be suitable.

Smell of the toilet unpleasant… of the Open the toilet door it stinks throughout the room. But at the staff level are nice…

Good location, quite and friendly staff. Internet was weak, No paid cleaning service was available, also its written in their welcome book!

A pipe odor C-O-N-S-T-A-N-T-E in the room (nice to wake up I recommend) carpet stained, missing in places. Not hygienic at all.
I took a shower and the water was not draining, ditto for the sink. I want to clarify that on my reservation I had to have a bathtub and that finally I did not get it.
The kitchen area really leaves wanted it also cleanliness level, grease task on furniture, antique furniture.
The rooms are not cleaned during your stay. I'm not going back to that sign.
Only positive: very good reception, good bedding.

Don't go to this hotel! It's got bugs! Or make sure that it could be removed! The room was filthy and we experienced the total horror after this one night… we were full of bug bites and had great luck that as they didn't haul home! The hotel has not responded to our notice by mail!

I found the room room The carpet was full of dog hair its smelled bad.
No functional radiator (wire cut) in the bathroom on December 23rd it's a little cold.
Could not take a shower the next morning as the water was evacuating we were 4.
No brush to clean the toilet bowl.
The access to the parking Okeeffe The Big galley is very very fair to pass and with a car of medium size Ds5 very on for the price €94 I already made se kind of reservation on Bordeaux I paid less expensive and it was niquel.
I recommend it at all.

Very good reception, spacious apartment, well equipped and 15 min from the centre of Lyon by Metro. Pillows and Judah carries to be revisited.

Clean room, gentle service.

Good apartment, includes two single beds, one little kitchen and one bathroom. The main problem might be the lack of fans (during the summer). They do rent fans though. Location is right in Villeurbane, there are metro stations nearby as well as local commerce.

A living hell. If it was possible to put 0 stars I would. This isn't a hotel 3 *… We had booked for 3 days in lovers but it was horrible. This hotel does not even respect the bare minimum. Already, all services are paid and expensive. The rooms are rather expensive for what they are. We got a dirty room (plastic on the floor, dirty dishes, dirty sinks) in addition, the furniture was damaged (broken water, carries the broken shower also hunting button). No cloth cover on the bed. The reception is nice but too rare. No relaxation area so that it is a service. Cannot pay in cash so that the call center told us that it was possible. No TV the afternoon. Glass dirty, deco dated. Terrible and damaged carpet. Bed not very comfortable. Dirty heaters that do not work. A single pellet for the little washing dishes and none other except detergent cleaning product. No sponge or cloth to clean the table. Only a single cloth. And to get a second pay. Poorly insulated room noise and cold. No Wi — Fi in the rooms. In short, a horror. Then run and the other book very quickly. Nice day.

Arrived we had the bad surprise to learn that our reservation to was canceled, besides there was nobody at the front desk. We had to repeatedly reach a flat form of appeal which informs us that a Manager will spend to fix the problem.
We waited a few hours, but nobody has come to be presented.
Result we had to find a new hotel for not sleeping outside for our holiday
Really disappointed.

Outside the opening hours is a bit chaotic (need to call a toll number, overbooking etc) but the prices are OK with often discounts on their reservation site. However, the decorations are dated and the floor carpet can be a problem.

One piece of advice: take the leak!
Non-existent home… Arrived at 11:50 to take knowledge of the premises: reply to the hostess: it's time I go. We are back at 2 pm, and especially before 5 pm if you want a physical home, anyway you will receive an email and a text message because I have to do to a room change… 4:45 pm: still no SMS received, we call and there the hostess agrees to give us our room number… Arrival: the refrigerator does not work, or the electric plate. No pressure at the level of the shower in a bathroom half moldy, the carpet is stained. The whole House is dirty, the word housekeeping unknown. About the State of the quilt: unspeakable! Blood stains and so on… We requested a room away from the noise of the road. Result we are on the 4th floor in the corner of the main boulevard and a street… The icing on the cake: a huge permanent snoring in the room (from the VMC? ). It's a good thing we had planned the earplugs! We arrived in the room Saturday at 7 pm and again on Monday morning at 9:30. Home always closed (even at the time of our departure) so of course no possible claim!

We were 15 people from the same company, for a same rental prices from € 39 to € 77 while we all booked between January and February, 2014. For a 3 star displayed bed in some rooms is a sofa bed in the 80s! impossible to sleep and in the morning a very bad back. We all came together, we requested a smoothing of prices, the hostess told us that the prices were at the SNCF…

-L' sink is clogged in a bathroom: answer, we'll see tomorrow (Fortunately one was asleep one night ')
-In a bed, my colleague has to sleep on the draw sheet because no bottom sheet
-In a shower full of pie shower head "it squirts everywhere"

-Breakfast, at 8:15, more pastry: too bad for the other
