The location is to be put in half tint since the weekend the area is almost inactive (no restaurant at the hotel, and the nearest close close early)

The hotel is easy to find, perfectly located for those who want to spend some time at the park terraces, and 4 tram stations from Part Dieu station.
The staff are welcoming, available and helpful. Perfect.
The room is large, there is a mini bar, a bottle of water available on arrival, a bathroom with bathtub and bidet and a separate toilet from the rest.

Only mini downside, we did not find any power sockets close to the night tables.

Spacious and convenient family room! A variety of breakfasts. Quiet establishment with a closed car park. Reasonable prices.

Accustomed to this hotel, this time it's a disappointment: heatwave 39 degrees in Lyon:
-the first room is overheated, we are replaced after 2 complaints: still not air-conditioned — sleepless night!
-second night, finally a solution to grant us a room normally air-conditioned as in any formula 1.
— Solicitor, the parking for free (the hotel was almost empty) was not granted.
-No compensation either when settling the 2 pdj of the 2nd night. 3-star hotel — BOF.

Rooms are great. Location a bit weird, though the neighborhood seems safe. We'll see the breakfast tomorrow.

Very average… The rooms are spacious, very clean, the staff very friendly, but it's all in positive… The hotel is located far from public transport, the furniture is marked with blows, the soundproofing both indoor and outdoor leaves for the least to be desired, the arrival at the hotel is done by a volley of walking surrounded by concrete, which deserves some Blooms. Good price paid for a * * *…

Very slow Wi-Fi connection. Tail in the morning for breakfast. Very very small air conditioning. No electrical outlet next to the bed to charge a laptop. Besides I found only 2 taken in total in the room. Consider taking a multiple plug if you have a lot of electronic equipment like me. Handshower door not suitable for large people. Very austere neighborhood around the hotel.
Do not take the numbered rooms at the end in 01 02 13 14 16 and 17. There is a double door that allows to open both Chambers to make one with a simple latch that can be unlocked from the outside with a simple pliers. And I see that there have already been attempts to break into mine. Not very reassuring (see photos) positives, the staff is welcoming and friendly, the management made efforts to modernize the establishment, the tram T1 and T4 is right next door and the hotel is clean.

It's good for a three star.
It lacks enough to make a coffee or tea in the room to be really good and in line with the price.

We are happy to have discovered this very well located establishment. The access a complicated to the works but not to impute to the Hotel. Fortunately a parking is available.
Large and well equipped room. Comfortable bedding. One more for the toilet separated from the bathroom. In the morning we were waiting for a sumptuous buffet for breakfast, fresh fruit and lots of choice.
We had dinner at the hotel and again, very pleasant surprise. Carefully prepared dishes with good products and a very high quality service.

Very nice stay with a large room, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the welcome. Possibility to go to the center with public transport.

The hotel is so old that make me feel that I traveled backwards on time. Sadly, the rooms are not in a good condition. Don't trust in the photos offered by Booking, they excel in the use of Photoshop!

Wifi does not Work. Keycard had to be recharded every second day. No powersupply Next to the bed. No shower holder.

-: Noisy and hot. Couldn't sleep. No power sockets near bed. No tea facilities. Looks and smells old. Since this hotel ruined my work trip, I would recommend staying somewhere else if you need a quiet and cool place to sleep. More details: No airconditioning as you usually know it: it's a centralized system so it's impossible to make your room cooler. I was mostly staying in a room on the south side and the airflow from the vents was basically of ambient temperature, nowhere enough to make the room sufficiently cool for me. With open windows, you can hear the neighbourhood, motorcycles and trains very well. With windows closed, and earplugs on, I could still hear the trains. So not sure why they advertised soundproofing. The noisiness and heat made it very difficult for me to sleep and one night I didn't sleep at all. The staff tried to help and moved me to different rooms, one on the north side, where you can hear busses on the street underneath the hotel (and my room in particular had a constant noise that I could hear with earplugs on). Then I was moved to the west side, where you're still disturbed by trains. In the west room, was woken up by construction works on a different street and then again by drilling inside the hotel. +: The rooms are spacious, no complaints about the beds. Room was cleaned up every day very well. The cleaning person even folded up my t-shirt :-). Supermarket and pharmacy next door. Big park 8 minutes by foot.

The location is not very good! But the hotel and the good attention!

Fair price for a night. Nothing fancy. Basic rooms with aging design. Breakfast buffet is 15€/person and quite basic for such a steep price — there is no alternative breakfast place nearby… Hotel has a kids playroom (2+years) which was really a nice touch. Neighborhood is ugly — parking cars not following any rules, little square in front of hotel is scary. There's a outdoor shopping mall of some sorts next to the hotel with basic services (and a casino). However, the park with the free-entry zoo and botanical garden is 5 min away, which renders this a really nice place for family to stay.

The hotel is very good It was a bit long at the restaurant but very friendly so we accept the wait.

Spent one night while in Lyon for business. Room was spacious, clean, and bed very comfortable. I don't like the toilet to be in a tiny room separate from the bathroom, but that's just my quibble. Buffet breakfast at 15€ extra was expensive but very high quality and I'm glad I went for it (would highly recommend if you have an appetite for more than just coffee and croissant in the morning). Wi-Fi excellent too.

Satisfactory. Good value for money. No shower, only a bathtub. A bit little space for clothes (no drawers). Staff friendly and welcoming.

Very good value for money! Booked for a business trip, spacious room and bed, breakfast with good and plentiful products and nice receptionist. I highly recommend.

Quite expensive in terms of the benefits offered. A renovation of the rooms would be useful for more modernity (bidet and bath tub dated). Very good reception, close to station and faculty. Clean rooms and great responsiveness of the teams.

Very nice and friendly staff. The hotel is in a somewhat abandoned area, surrounded by residential buildings. Most of the shops in the vicinity are closed and a few shady people turn around at Night. Hard to find it the first Time. There are signs but it is difficult… Rooms ok, Nothing special but they are fine.

4 days in hotel, 3 evening at the restaurant. A nice greeting, A bartender very nice and very professional (Dominique), a full restaurant and listening to your needs.

Very unfriendly people on the reception. The rooms are very old. I think Was very loud in the morning as there is a school opposite the road, and the window's not that well isolated for noise.

Very pleasant stay. The shower / bathtub configuration in my room meant you would always spray a lot of water out to the bathroom floor :/

Staff is very nice and friendly, breakfast is excellent but I found several things annoying which can really be easily fixable. Only one elevator was working, other one was out of order for a week. Room Wi-Fi signal was bad, around 1 or 2 from 5 signal cells. And there were no electric plugs near the bed, you can't charge your electronic devices near you. Apart from that it really is a hotel to recommend.

Frankly where to find a terrace and a complete menu for this price with the quality that is offered … we'll be back.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. The neighborhood is a bit dull but it's in the middle of the business center, as the name gives away. Good place to stay if you're passing through or know where you're going.

Great location for the huge park nearby but bit of a walk to the city centre.

It is a very ancient place, the Wi-Fi goes very wrong, makes a lot of heat and without the possibility of putting the air conditioning.

Very clean hotel. Employees very kind and welcoming. Furniture is quite old in the 80s style.

Place is not bad for a 3 stars hotel. Clean and well insulated. Internet connexion was fine. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy as the hotel is an old appartment block transformed in a hotel. If you're to arrive late at night, better use a taxi imo.

Stay of 28 to 29 January 2015. Location, staff, room without flaws with even small rare attentions (sewing set. ). Too bad, the 'self' at night but style dishes are good. I will gladly come back and recommend you.

Stayed here for over a week while working on a consulting project. It was an excellent experience. Tremendous staff and room was just as described.

It was quite expensive for the hotel that was, but the experience at the end was good. The breakfast was very very good, great variety and good quality. However, it seems pretty outrageous wanting you to charge €3 for a disposable toothbrush. Obviously, we went to buy them from a super who was in the side. But well, the hotel was fine. ;).

I love this business hotel. It was fabulous for our seminar in lyon.
