Hotel un peu vieux mais travaux en cours. Très proche de l'aéroport mais pas bruyant donc très bien. Parking gratuit et caméra pour surveilller.

Room smelled like smoke, has not been remodeled in a longest time. Bed was comfortable. Elevator is broken. Bathroom ok.

Good welcome. Work is currently underway in some areas of the hotel. Comfort and cleanliness but very dated hotel inside (much in need of renovation). Excellent breakfast.

The elevator was not working, constructions making so much noise that you can't nap, room keys not working multiple times, restaurant closed. I guess I just didn't get lucky but I can't say my stay was nice.

Bad. Impossible to get a shuttle from the airport (and they charge you for it, if you ever get it! ), no food available inside as the restaurant is under construction. Rooms are old with traces of humidity. Lady receptionist was rude when I settled my bill. The best strategy is to go to the IBIS next door.

Internet is so bad that it took an hour to write this review. Staff is not really helpful but the rooms are decent.

Kind and efficient. Room clean bathroom excellent.

The shuttle paying is not justified those who can do 20 min walk by rolling a suitcase c is 6 euros per people saved. Opposite the Ibis budget brings its guests free of charge.
Pay 12 euros to 2 because we can not walk with a big suitcase c is stealing. If there are 5 people at the same time often the case this amounts to paying a taxi to 30 euros of the km.
The breakfast is OK. Evening meal too.

Very basic hotel, good for airport but not very friendly staff.

Reserved for its proximity to the airport this is the only positive point we found at this hotel. At €135 at night (without lunch) there is a welcome tray with teas and lyophilized coffee but only the base of the kettle, for hot water it is to be picked up at the reception. The carpet (photos) out of age is worn out. In the cold bathroom, a single towel of about 55x85 cm for 2. In short, do not hesitate to book in the hotel opposite.

Stay away, old dated, dirty, Ibis Budget in front looks better. A Shame Lyon sanitation or hospitality Bureau, let this place bê só dirt.

Good value close to airport.

Built in the Vucinanze of Lyon Airport, it's great if you have to stay one night to catch the flight the next day. Offers a constant shuttle service. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-finished. Furniture Although Spartan is very well finished. Breakfast Yummy croissants! To return.

The hotel is located right next to the airport.
The room is nice and the storages smart. A kettle tray is provided.
The shuttle costs €4 in the day and €8 if you took it before 7am. The price is a bit exaggerated for an airport located at 800m. There is no catering service or a vending machine on the weekend.

Close to the airport very convenient. At the reception it is offered a shuttle service to get to the terminal (convenient in rainy weather) but it does not indicate that it pays: unacceptable. Restaurant and breakfast of good quality.

Hotel faded. No kettle in the room (just the base…). 1 set of towels in a room for two and shuttle to the airport paying… Way.

Dingy and the Wi-Fi is constantly falling.

The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast was really good and delicious. It also starts very early, good for who has to take an early flight. Cleanliness not so satisfying, but acceptable, good also the transfer to the airport. Wi-Fi was really bad instead.

Good hotel nice people and professionnal.

Arriving at the TGV station, I did not find a shuttle to take me to the hotel. It is only about fifteen minutes on foot but the ride is quite dangerous. I was very well received at the front desk. The ground floor was totally redone but the floors and rooms are very antiquated. Finally, the restaurant is to be avoided: canteen food and very average service. I will not go back.

A single day at best one night stay — rooms dated and need of renovations — carpets in hallways smell — overpriced food and poor quality — overpriced rooms for the quality of the room — staff is at best adequate and not friendly — heads up if you need to take a shuttle early : 6 Euro charge — restaurant closed on weekends with no signage to tell u.

A very good location for anyone visiting Lyon with a car (20-25min to the city center). Breakfast is abundant but we did notice that the coffee machine breaks once a day. We found the service to be on a fairly low level as the employees always did the minimum to help us out. On our 2 night stay the room didn’t get cleaned. As we mentioned this at the reception at the checkout the employee there didn’t even offer us a book of complaints to fill in. Take the hotel if nothing else is available if you like good service. Otherwise hotel seems nice and on a standard Kyriad level.

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. I advise without hesitation.

The look of the Kyriad chain but rather aged room with a broken electric radiator under the table. The air conditioner noisy, but it warms up well.

Nice team always at your disposal. Correct price. Clean and quiet room. Correct breakfast of choice. Except coffee not terrible better to have tea.

I arrived around midnight because a delayed flight left me at the Lyon airport without recourse for the night. Upon arrival to the hotel I was informed that they had to charge a 'special tariff' which was double the normal price.

Price not aligned to the standard of the hotel. Rooms with old furniture.

If you want to go from the airport to the hotel please arm yourself with patience especially if you arrive late at night. A so-called shuttle is available every 30 minutes after calling a kiosk. For my part I waited 50 minutes after several raises at the hotel. What annoyed!

Staff not very nice. Hotel looks dark and gloomy. Wifi is miserable in the room I stayed. Shuttle to airport is nice.

Morning breakfast was not good, starting with coffee, extremely black and not really good. When the eggs finished, they just added a little more from a plate from the kitchen. Hallway carpet to the room run-out, old and not confortable. Need to book the shuttle in advance as they don't really have a dedicated person. The only good point, walking distance to train station and airport, max. 20mnts walk. Good enough for one night, no more. Better stay in the Ibis which is just across the street.

It was a very nice hotel. The person from the shuttle who picked us up at Terminal 2 was unpleasant because he had not yet eaten
And he was 20h15. When the person fasts for Ramadan it should work in the evening so it will be more enjoyable. Special Mention for the young person who served us at the restaurant on the evening of June 19. He was kind and courteous.

Hotel found on the internet. Good price but because there is a but. They give me a room above the front door of the hotel. It squeaky every two seconds. Horrible!

Pity because otherwise the reception is friendly and the room is very good.

Proximity to airport and airport shuttle makes this a very good option. However, the front desk isnt cooperative and the food is pathetic.

Free shuttle from the airport, friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, good shower and relatively quiet. All of these for a very reasonable price.

This is fair given the fact that people come not to spend the holiday.

I liked, the perfect care prices quite acepetables and above all holder family. The only bad thing didn't speak Spanish.

The hotel is in a poor condition, rusty bathtub, air-conditioning at 26 degrees imposed, open windows to be less warm, not very eco-friendly.

Nice and large room.

Worst experience ever. Staff working here have no interest at all in their guests. Just waiting till their shift is done. Room airco is noisy. You have to book the airport shuttle ahead but this is not told until you need it. Next time I went to NH hotel on the same airport: a world of difference.
