Superb hotel, very nice spacious suite (larger than my nice apartment) bar and pleasant garden, close to the Park of the Golden Head, hearty breakfast, professional and welcoming service.

Very good hotel (a little bit old rooms, but quite ok). Very good employes. Very available. Why this note? I had an awfully experiente: the taxi who was called from hotel and was in relation with the hotel, had remain without fuel on the way to airoport and the driver leave us on the road! Really! No direction. No help. And we began a journey with big lugagge over the roads, over the fields and had run like crazy to cach our flight. And something more: we paid to driver the pursuit (50 €! )

Good service and lovely staff all around but furnishing is a little tired and rooms can get a little dark at night. Would recommend for longer stays as most rooms come with your own kitchen and living space.

Very large and clear apartment. Good bedding even for the couch. Kitchenette convenient. Too bad the décor of the living room is old and the drapes smell. Very good location.

We stayed one night; The room and the facilities were spectacular. It is very nice location and you can walk to the historic center.

I got there well with rooms that look more like those of a Resident who is a hotel worthy of the name But overall I would stay here again with pleasure.

Spacious room in the executive suite of the hotel, with kitchen. Washer and dryer are common and not in unit. Pleasant reception staff and helpful housekeeping. Our stay here has been comfortable.

Old House bar renovated in hotel room. We have for 4 a "suite" with living room sofa bed, kitchen "equipped" (2 plates, 3 forks, 1 glass…) with old tiles, a mini bar (paying too much), a bathroom with bathtub and bidet.
The common areas are very dilapidated.
Breakfast super good, bread machine cake, orange juice pressed on demand, pastries, salted, deli… Very good value for money.
Fitness room, small but well equipped with treadmill, bike, rowing machine, steepeur, bodybuilding bench.
So a little expensive to my liking for a 4 star in this condition.

Very good hotel: The suite is beautiful, ideally placed in Lyon: loan of public transport, loan of an entrance to the park of the head of gold.
About the meals: breakfast very good really hearty nothing to say.
As for the restaurant, I find that there is no great choice disappointed at first glance but when the plate arrived the smile came back: it was very good some difficulties to park in the vicinity and the parking is the hotel is difficult to access (especially for Novice drivers)

Esta genial, es un hotel muy limpio y con una asistencia muy atenta, ademas las habitaciones son muy amplias y tienen sauna y gimnasio. Ademas los recepcionista hablan español ingles y francés como poco.

Good quality hotel for the price with direct trolley bus connection outside. Family suites are very spacious. Underground parking available. Only a couple of minutes by foot to the Tete d'Or park and free zoo or down to some of the main shopping streets.

Great service in a great location! I always stay here when I travel for business to Lyon. The staff is knowledge and friendly, and the suites are incredibly big; just do not expect modern features or decor.

Ideally placed. A restaurant of a Buon value for money. The staff are available and the rooms Parfaiotes.

The suites are great but the decor… from the years 70 it is very very old the value for money is not at all. It's expensive and ugly!
It is not even planned to have a small bottle of water available in the room, it is €5…
I strongly advise against it!

Reservation on the fork with — 40% great family meal and beautiful setting… The desserts of a great pastry chef… it changes the frozen foods of most of the restaurants in Lyon…
In addition, a good selection of cigar to finish on a beautiful terrace…

My favourite hotel in Lyon for my business trips there; although it's not always within the cost ceiling of our corporate travel policy. The only drawback is that the baths/showers are on the small side. The thing I like most is that the rooms are elegantly French & not identikit international.

Since we travel with a big dog (German Dogge), this hotel with its suites including cuisine and the fuss proximity to the Rhoneufer is ideal. Underground car park suitable for SUVs. Restaurant very good.

Disastrous commercial Service, for a card error at the reservation the hotel informed us that we had no more room 2h before our arrival, with a baby of 5 months. We were coming to this hotel with my family before, but the quality became disastrous. An evil for a good:)

One of my favourite hotels n Lyon. Not in the buzz of the city center, but close enough to be there in some minutes walk. Huge apartments, nicely equipped and very good beds! Simply I love this place!

Stayed in a deluxe suite which was huge and included many amenities that I hadn't expected for the price I paid. Hotels has lots of parking nearby and is a close walk to an excellent park in Lyon. This stay was well worth it, I would recommend staying at the Warwick Reine Astrid in Lyon.

Good prices, very friendly stuff, rooms are clean and nice, but no free breakfast.

Excellent value for money great place to stay but if you want to visit Lyon steer clear on Sundays and Mondays, very few places to eat and the Paul Bocuse market is woefully lacking on these days. I would imagine that on any other day of the week you can eat drink and be merry and buy lots of produce in the market stalls. We made the mistake of booking on an off day… The hotel however, apart from the dropout of the English channels on the TV was excellent, oh and if you want fresh milk there's a great little supermarket in Rue Garibaldi where you can find it in the fridge, along with loads of other produce open 7 days.

The services were awesome, the breakfast was the best in my life and the room was huge!

Beautiful spirit for the hotel that makes you want to get lost in the hallways and in its small garden adjoining the bar (quiet).
Family, quality service and good team responsiveness on our requests.
Clean rooms with minibar and bathroom adapted to our number.

The location is excellent. Spacious, well-equipped rooms. Just missing the normal "caretaker"-there's creak, it's a bad opening. Well, we really enjoyed it, and we'd love to come back.

Great hotel with very large rooms in a place quiet near the Park of the Golden head and not very far from downtown which allowed me to ask the car to do everything on foot.

I love hotels with terrace and garden, the Queen Astrid Warwick has the two! It's super nice for breakfast and dinners as the restaurant is very good. The rooms are really very very large with a bedroom and a living room. There is also a gym and a sauna and it is TOP to finish the day.

My favourite hotel in Lyon. Stayed many times for just 2 or 3 nights when attending conferences. Once in April 2008 for 8weeks when the family and I arrived in Lyon. Now we will again spend 15 days before leaving Lyon after 5years to go back home.
