Very comfortable hotel and well located in the city center. Easy to access. Secure parking in the basement. Good breakfast. 2 beautiful double rooms on the 6th and 7th floors with a circular balcony overlooking the Hill of Fourviere and the docks.
But aging decoration.

It was clean. Nice shower nice room. Near metro D. The area is quite nice 10min to river. Good but not amazing breakfast.

Good room, access to metro station was easy, breakfast was middle, I imagined better! Wifi connection was sometimes good sometimes bad! Nice and friendly staff.

Since it was a 4 star I thought better the receptionist did not make any effort to try to make I understand what she wanted from us. Very detached.

UNSAFE HOTEL! Someone walk into the room at night while we were sleeping and stole our passports and money. The hotel would not take any responsibility at all. Believe it or not but they would not even refund what we paid for the room and they even suggested that ghosts took our passports (! ) Terrible experience and very poor management!

WE WERE ROBBED INSIDE OUR OWN ROOM WHILE SLEEPING! Someone opened the door of our room (that cannot be opened from the outside without a key) when we were still sleeping and took our money and, more importantly, our Passports! As a reason of this we had to cancel our whole holiday at a great expense and frustration. The hotel just didn't take any responsibility for the occurrence nor they provided any real support to us after this happened in their premises. The manager never came to speak to us even to apologize! Really poor management! Extremely shocking and frustrating to see that the hotel cannot provide even a minimum level of security to its guests and you will never know if you will find your belongings when you are back to your room. We regret greatly have chosen this hotel and don't recommend as it's not safe!

Very good location for a pedestrian weekend, rather quiet, beautiful and very good bedding. Courteous and available staff. Small — average lunch. Only point "negative": the bathroom a little old-fashioned.

Very good reception, parking in the hotel, small structure with good services, on the other hand as a supplement to pay for a small dog (5kg).

I had a very good stay in this hotel. It is just few seconds distant to the river and 10-15 min walking distance to the main centre. The staff is very welcoming. In the toilet there was smell every time we used the sink but the bed was large and extremely comfortable.

Nice and cosy hotel. Big rooms and good breakfast. Close to the river with a lot of restaurants. But it can't be so expensive to repair shower : — ( No wall socket next to nightstand. Some of the sockets not working.

Rooms are below average; I had to ask to move rooms because the first one I was given smelt like an old smoking room. Decor is dated and the whole place really could do with a refurbishment. The only redeeming factor was the lovely lady on reception — the staff are the the saving grace for this hotel.

Very nice staff, breakfast with wide choice. Hotel very well located from the city center.
My blackheads, room far too small (even for a single person) and with a view of the building in front, no balcony for smoking (I don't smoke, but I can see), no handle to get out of the tub without breaking figure. Price abusive, and mini bar which is presented as a basket of courtesy so big surprise seeing as actually all is paid! Mini same fridge not lit, and poorly closed by the maid.
The best for the end, j found my open bedroom door (so badly closed)! Still happy that nothing was stolen (an ipad in the room). On four nights past, 3 very badly slept because curtains not so black, we hear what is happening in the hallway so much say that I n would not return.

Very central. Wasn't very lucky because my room was on the top floor, near the lift. Otherwise would have given five stars.

Positive: nice comfortable room with a nice, big, clean, air-conditioned and quiet location with a great view. Without being in the centre of Lyon, the hotel is still good with the tram a few meters.
Negative: Like all mercury too expensive breakfast (€16) for poor quality, the neighborhood near the docks at night is to flee, and I regret an incident in my room: room service had left my door open all day by mistake (with my computer inside. And no excuse when I point out. ). I also advise to print his booking because some oversights to hospitality (including breakfast which failed to be charged to me for example).
Work in the hotel who were not mentioned in my book, but I quibble!
Counsel: prefer a good breakfast on the terrace of coffee that you would be much cheaper, and avoid going out Saturday night on the nearby docks. There are much better in the peninsula ' island.

Near Part Dieu station, and Liberty T1 stop, I enjoyed this hotel. Nice room, and a walk distance to the touristic region of Lyon.
