Cute and cozy. Is convenient walking distance between train station and old city. Very close to great little indoor food market. Rooms are cramped so get upgrade if you can. Breakfast is not impressive. Wifi frustratingly disconnects each time you leave or times out and must be relogged manually in each time you return. Best for its walkable location.

Really decent hotel and exactly in the centre of town… Great value for money…

It is very well located, a few blocks from the Part-Dieu station, and a few other blocks from the city center. Ideal for travelers who mobilize by train. The service is good and the staff is friendly and very helpful, breakfast is charged separately (15 euros). The room was comfortable, clean and the bathroom was ok.

Very good hotel but unacceptable as the bar is closed on a Friday night.

The hotel is clean, modern and with tea / coffee facikities. The rooms and lift are small and no air con. Parking is available at a €18 charge per night in an underground car park, do not drive a large car!

This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. We had a room overlooking the outside, it may not be all the same but this one is horrible, nothing to do with the one present in the picture. Rather small and the heating makes a lot of noise.
The shower is not clean, there are hairs in the bathtub, floor of the bathroom that takes off, coffee table of the room showing traces of I do not know what… Very dirty knowing that the minimum to do at the arrival of a customer are the surfaces visible at least…
The bed is on roulette but still very comfortable. The problem is that given the cleanliness when I arrived, I did not feel very comfortable in the sheets. A real discomfort because of the gentleman of hygiene.
No toilet gloves for the shower, while it says in the welcome book that there are available.
The parking is a little narrow but convenient.
Despite all the receptionist was very nice, to listen, she informed us well for our discovery of Lyon. The hotel is pretty well located, very simple to walk to town.

Nice room and clean, the host is quite satisfactory and the location of the hotel is an asset with a 20 mns walk from bellcourt and 15 minutes from the part dieu, ideal for a weekend discovery. Hotel has advisor.

Clean city hotel close to many attractions and restaurants. Rooms reasonable but air con very feeble. Street parking can be available for evening.

Quiet area and centered hotel own comfortable but small room.

Hotel is nice but they didn't have the air-condition enabled until I complaint that it was very hot in the room. The next day they enabled it even though it wasn't "summer" yet… Came back late to the hotel and it was closed only to find a note to call some French number to open up the door… But what I expect from a Best Western!

Really nice, quiet, staff is great. The only small issue is that the parking is really tight and has a small entrance, due to the fact that the hotel is in the center of the city.

Otherwise it is the breakfast has €15 which is simply a buffet like anywhere else. Except that somewhere else it costs between €8 and €10

Free Wi-Fi, room OK and clean and a supermarket around the Corner. Unfortunately very noisy, no bar, restaurant closed on weekends and surroundings at weekends quite extinct. Parking at the hotel with €18 per day very Expensive.

Perfect location to use as base for discovering Lyon. The room was a bit smaller than usual but so was the price too. The breakfast was surprisingly pleasant because of the nice layout of the internal restaurant. Most of the hotel is new: not all but that is understandable given the location.

Nice room but bad noise insulation and the Wi — Fi does not work.

Room is ok. But Hotel is very old.

Wall made of paper. A lot of noise coming from the corridor during the morning and I could not sleep. Although the hotel has this odd smell typical of best westerns, the room was OK.

Room average range small enough, decoration very fresh, very average value. Several annoying details: Rod curtains bothers opening the window, invoice not in standard format, dated building very poorly soundproofed, AC not working, breakfast super expensive (€14, I wonder why. So I took none), pc rotten (in the lobby) with screen dead soon and Windows that plant (at the same time it's windows. )

The ++: quality of the mattress, super, which enhances my rating to 3/5 (note is given relative to the price, around 120 euros, really unjustified during the week).
