Very good welcome, beautiful hotel and restaurant very good.

Not professional. 1 hour wait to get the menu card, the manager spoke very badly and told us to leave. No excuse from him. Very aggressive towards his clients. We were 3 tables from, and 2 still waiting for almost 2 hours. No jug of water, the service is awful, and the servers very unpleasant. We asked 3 times to get our drinks. I don't recommend it at all. Case to follow! Beautiful establishment but not at all professional. It's a disgrace!

Excellent cuisine that deserves just a little more dishes filled in the evening and wines a little cheaper. But the setting is magical and the waiters full of delicate attentions. I'll go back.

Very satisfied with the quality of this 4 star hotel, very friendly and professional team, restaurant to recommend for the quality of its products. I come back regularly for several years always with so much pleasure.

On the other hand, we discovered the places as part of a working seminar. The space is not very well designed for that. A few misses on the benefits that were negotiated.
Amazing Point… The kitchen team took a break in the reception of the hotel. It doesn't return a "very" 4 star image, rather "good franquette".

Beautiful interior and exterior Manor, planted with centenary trees. Young people affable and available. It's all thoughtful.

This hotel has zero service and zero specification or luxury. For 200 euros a night this hotel is a joke. The check in does not offer any greeting, no one offers to help with bags, the room has paper cups, the coffee machine was dirty, there is no fridge or mini bar, no room service menu and this is just the basics. The bathrooms, the fixtures and fittings, the floorings are all about what you would expect from a ibis. It is as if a quick visit to the local Leroy Merlin was seen as the best solution to the design and build of their so called garden suits which for the record are in the car park. My wife and I stay in around forty hotels a year and for us this I can assure you is to be avoided, there is no luxury or service here. It is a 2 max 3 * at best and even then the staff need training and they need to understand tactility of everything from a piece of furniture to a towel to a cup. I would ask the owner who proudly walks on the promotional video if he drinks his coffee in France from a paper cup with no fresh milk? And expects when he pays for a suite to carry his own bags?

Frankly delicious… on the other hand if you are outside there is a lot of noise due to the proximity of the highway.

Lunch at the restaurant: delicious cuisine, crisp fresh vegetables, cooked meats and perfect fish. Ultra Pro and efficient Service. Superb setting.

Very good hotel, great breakfast, great staff. We had a marvellous diner in the restaurant. Some might consider the F&B expensive, which is quit correct (Diner 188 Euro — 2 persons) but it is worth to pay for it. It's a pity to use the hotel only as a stop & go place while heading south. On the other hand the hotel is located to far from the city center of Lyon to book the hotel for a city trip.

Fantastic new find. As a regular visitor to Lyon, this great little boutique hotel will be my first option from now on. Fabulous rooms, super friendly staff and great food.
