Small hotel and clean bedrooms. Every day toiletries are changed. Satisfying breakfast with friendly service. Small town first visited with a calm atmosphere. Affordable public transport from hotel to riom station (only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop)

We always stay at B&B Hotels on our way through France as we find them to be excellent value for money for a family room. This Hotel particularly was really lovely though. I think it is new and was exremely clean and the staff were ever so friendly and helpful! Will definitely book again!

Staff very very welcoming and accommodating, we asked for ground floor no problem, everything is bright and fresh, back terrace is nice to just sit and relax, restaurant next door is very good also.

Ideal for a rest on the way, spacious room, clean, gecga lacks a bar, spacious and practical dining room.

Great reception, location, room, modern hotel, much better than IBIS Budget for the same price.

Located near the highway exit ç is our second short stay at this hotel. Very good welcome. Comfortable room. Good bedding. Closer to a restaurant with excellent local cuisine. Recommended.

Worst hotelmanager ever met. The room was basic but clean. Disappointing was the bathroom. Breakfast consisted of some cold eggs and bacon combined with croissants. Even standard things like chocolate bread were not available. An IBIS budget offers a better experience. The worst experience was the staff, especially the hotelmanager. The hotel promotes the machine serving some meals in bochures and other information. When we used the machine it took twice the specified amount from 2 different bank accounts but did not serve any food. The receptionist simply refused to help in any way, told us the machine was not part of the hotel. The hotelmanager the next morning was extremely rude, she told us it was impossible the machine could have taken money of our bank accounts and refused to look at the proof I had the money was taken off. She did not understand the difference between a debetcard and a creditcard, simply lacked knowledge and intelligence. Mumbled some nonsense about checking our monthly creditcard statement after I explained her multiple times we did not use a creditcard. I explained her according to European law you can not state things like the cleaning, the breakfast room or the machine serving meals is not part of my hotel. She answered French laws go over the EU laws, so these are not applicable. You have to be a total idiot to make these kind of statements! I travel a lot for work and holidays, have never met a more uncapable hotelmanager.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Our 4 bedded room was a good size with a comfortable double and two single beds. This is the best budget hotel chain I have used in France.

This place is good for spend the night while travelling. Near the motorway and it is easy to check in.

We are never disappointed by the B&B chain. So we go there with our eyes closed.
At 1:00 a. M. (our arrival time), we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome host! Really reassuring.

Great, I went with two big dogs and a giant, I alone, only charged me 4 euros of supplement, and they were lovely with me and with them. The room was perfect. I recommend it.

After Vierzon at the B and B hotel and the hotel in Riom, I can only give good grades. A great welcome, smiling staff. Clean and spacious rooms especially in Riom. (Greater than Vierzon) Nice breakfast One small detail however: the soap dispenser in the shower not working in both hotels but it doesn't matter and my notes stay the same.

A very friendly, simple, warm and efficient welcome, the perfect room, very comfortable bedding. The perfect breakfast in quantity and quality, but what makes it all is the professionalism, the warm and discreet sympathy of the staff this morning with the simple little words and very skillful with everyone including the children! Really good.

We chose this hotel for the secure car parking, but both times we stayed the gates were left open all night so it was not secure. Therefore we will not be using this hotel again.

The only BB Hotel in which I felt well with the tribe (two young children). 1 double bed and two single beds (not bunk beds or unsecured mezzanine). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

For having made several B&B and other hotels of this type, it is without any challenge possible the best we have done. Recent, modern, clean, quiet… no negative points! The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the motorway, but far enough from Clermont. It is in an area where other hotels and restaurants are concentrated. Ideal room, with a large bed, a beautiful TV and a very fast Wi-Fi connection. Not heard the neighbors, except when the water sinks (shower surely). Batteries absent from the remote, the person at the reception gave us very kindly news. We will return without hesitation.

Perfect for a family night. Quadruple room (double bed + 2 single beds) and very functional. Fast and easy Internet. Restaurants nearby.

Great price/quality rating. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. A/C is available. Bathroom is clean, the water is strong and warm enough. Parking just in front of the hotel, secure and spacious. The personal is helpful. The breakfast for 6.5€ could be better… more varieties as cheese and ham. Conclusion: A very good choice.

One of the best B&B Hotels I ever visited. Everything quite new, elevator inside, clean, enough space in the room, big parking space, silent area. I recommend it.
