The welcome is very nice, the breakfast is very ok. On the other hand the parking is very small and if you arrive late you have no parking spaces even if you paid for it. The rate is in the high range relative to the quality of the entire service. Thank you for the welcome.

Knowing this establishment, I chose to return for another stay in Clermont-Ferrand. A good welcome. Some reservations about the first room but favorable suite for another much more comfortable. Hearty breakfast in a welcoming room.

Good cleanliness, ageing paints, nice Street soundproofing. Hard bedding, very hard (recent spring, used mattress) very welcoming and available staff.

Friendly staff and breakfast very good (Buffet at will and lots of choice), nevertheless the room smelled of mildew, fortunately the smell was easy to locate, superb mushrooms adorned the wall on the side of the bed. We can also see the mold behind the pipes of the bathroom, the paint and the tile of the shower are not maintained. Especially since my wife is asthmatic and very allergic.
Full Parking When taking the room I had to park in front of the hotel and my car was vandalized.

The hotel is super well placed and has a good comfort despite the fact that the water can be lukewarm.

I recommend, the possible dishes in the evening are of very good quality.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in Clermont-Ferrand, and a lot of this was due to Hotel Beaulieu — helpful staff, good location, secure parking, nice room where everything worked! Thank you! We hope to come again — for a longer stay.

Very nice, helpful, staff. I had a small single room with a tiny bathroom. It was a little noisy on the weekend by quiet during the week. Good spot for getting into the new part of Clermont-Ferrand, but not so easy to get to airport or Montferrand. Enjoyable stay.

the reception is optimal, the room was functional, quiet and very clean.
I however deplore the smell of the room that smelled like feet. Even after ventilation, she always smelled.
But really, I want to say that I slept very well (comfortable).

Very nice, clean and quiet room. A bit too soft but comfortable mattress… I will return with pleasure to stay on Clermont-Ferrand :-)

A good location downtown, clean and well equipped, rooms a warm welcome. Attention few rooms so think well to book.

I was here for a few nights while at Clermont and I really enjoyed my stay. The Wi-Fi worked fine which I required professionally, but also to keep in touch with the family. Very pleasant service and friendly. Breakfast was well laid out in a nicely decorated breakfast room. I had a small en-suite room that had a little problem with the shower holder but nothing catastrophic. Clean and tidy. The reversible clim/heater worked well. The tri-lingual receptionist was very helpful and very tri-lingual. The hotel is in easy reach of the main-line station and the tram service is a good way to get around while you visit without a car.
