Having no questions from the hotel, I also leave a review here.
Unheard of for us in a hotel: we arrive in the room and we have the unpleasant surprise of smelling a strong smell of closed and tobacco impregnated in the walls (the smell did not leave even open window).
We immediately ask to change rooms because the smell is unbearable and we are told that the establishment is complete. We had already paid so we had to stay.
We also notice that there is no soundproofing, in addition to the smell, the noise all night, we clearly did not sleep and in the morning our clothes were impregnated by this terrible unbreathable smell.
Cleanliness level, we will iron because we also found hairs in the sheets and the equipment in the room being aging, their efficiency left much to be desired.
In the morning we went for lunch, another disappointment, the pastries were not good, either overcooked or stale. We didn't eat anything, it's expensive to pay for an orange juice!
Finally we will see the receptionist to return the keys. She doesn't even ask us how our night went, when I explain all our inconveniences to her, she tells me that all their rooms smell strong and that it is because of the virucidal product that they pass in the rooms (we have slept in other hotels that passed this type of product and no odor problem however). When I asked for a commercial gesture as compensation, she replied "no not for that".
