Such a brilliant hotel on the slopes. Staff so friendly and the food was great. Rooms clean and quiet. Couldn’t have wished for a better hotel and affordable (via Crystal ski).
➜ What can I say … very disappointed with a lot of points! a room that is too small for a family of 4 including two twin beds for parents and a pull-out bed for one of my children! very poor organization of the animation! bar room too small to accommodate the groups in the games of the suddenly very noisy so that there is a room of spectacle that has never been used! last evening animation cancelled due to technical problem! When there is a facilitator there is a solution! buffet is correct but not the height of the other Belambra! in spite of everything pretty calm even if we are locked in the evening because the cable car is open until 20 h (except one evening meal (half board) compulsory, and suddenly the evening! The only big positive point is the friendliness and the smile of all the staff! I do not recommend.
